Neru’s songs are way too powerful for ALYS, and I thought that if I made the inst myself, I could lower the key without killing the quality. So ALYS is singing -3key. Which sounds better than if I kept the original key. Also, I slowed down the piano A Lot (110bpm instead of 162 or so), so it sounds a bit sadder or something. I don’t know.

I’m sorry if the clip looks that ugly, I’m bad with MMD but I still use it, coz doing art myself is even worse. I tried my best??? I guess?? Also my encoder messed up the timing at the end, it was flawless before aaaargh.

Senbie 2023-10-07 | I GOT IN THE BETA. through trades instead of the actual lottery but eh, i can use it so I'm happy.

What is VX-β? It's a prototype plugin, only usable with a DAW (like Ableton here) that's used as a research playground. Its use is limited in time (we have til 2024).

For now, the verdict is rather negative: that shit is BAD. We have to use automations to tune, which is not comfortable, the interface is rather ugly, the parameters are seriously lacking (like. we can barely control the vibrato at all, it's ridiculous). But it's fun to use. My current fav is Ci-chan, who's going to be the next to be used, probably. maybe.

Vocaloid 6 is fun to use, despite its many shortcomings, and that's really all that matters in the end. Gumi has issues with lower notes though, she got nerfed af for that :/

So for this cover, most of it is from the official VSQx by KIRA, and I added some stuff. The "let me introduce myself" was made with Vocalo Changer, the only part that is! and uuh yeah, low notes, very nasal, and my recording wasn't really good so it didn't help but pretend it's good anyway.

omg you have no idea how exciting it is. this is amazing news.
I decided to test the MONSTER VSQx I have from KIRA's patreon, so yeah, it's GUMI AI as if KIRA tuned her. kinda.

First is feeding Gumi AI with the VSQx.

Second is testing the new feature, Vocalo Changer, that allows us to import an acapella and convert it with any AI VB. it is actually incredible, and can allow us to make every AI VB sing in any language as long as we have a clean acapella of it. It's not really... vocaloid anymore though, so yeah, not a feature I plan on using often.

Third is just the a capella I made from the VSQx with Gumi ENG v3. Just so we can compare easily.

It's a bit early to have a full opinion on v6, but know I love Akito very much. Expect stupid things with him soon (and also a cover with stardust. im just too lazy to make the vid ;;)

It's actually an old project I made for VOCALYS3, but I never took the time to make the video.
It's a weird mix between ENDGAME (thus the title), Spider-Man Far From Home, Puella Magi and FMAb (okay just a line is inspired by FMAb but whatever)
So yeah. Probably the actual most ambitious crossover.

Guess who’s back (back again)

SPOOPY DAY!! It’s no longer Halloween in France but whatever I finished it before midnight so it still works. Maybe.

Making this cover cost my soul. I spent 15h on this project, in 2days. Why did I do this, I myself don’t know. Forgive me for poor tuning and poor mixing and poor video (tuning was hell so I gave up immediately, that’s very noticeable and I’m sorry)

I had 19 different Alter/Ego plugins opened, and some parts were added on a different flp coz I just couldn’t open it without it crushing. Ugh. But I learned a lot, since for the first time ever, I added some dubstep parts using BONES and Marie Ork!! All thanks go to karoryfer who gave me some presets to make them, and a lot of great advice. Anyway. New covers are coming soon, I just need art and making it myself takes time coz I’m not good at drawing. LEORAAAAA MY BABYYYYYY I'm so happy to have her??? I bought her as soon as she was out so I had time to test her, although I need more time to master her. She's such a bae, even though she's still only a beta, and not the full product. As beta she doesn’t have the XSY function between her VBs so it’s a bit harder to play with them, but I’m still quite satisfied with the result. Again, my mix sucks ass but I promise I’m gonna learn how to mix properly soon (or not).
(also I just spent a whole week in Japan it was beautiful. I love Japan.)

About this V4? I’m totally in love with this update, it’s absolutely great. As I said in the previous video, I'm doing a livestream on Saturday, 27th at 8pm (UTC +1).
It'll focus on ALYS and Alter/Ego, how to use A/E and how to tune, I'll show some things with Daisy as well because I love her too.
I planned to use both of ALYS's VBs (FR|JP), to use some presets (SYLA, ALYS's genderbend, for example (not the official setting but my own, though)) and some other cool things. You can ask whatever you want, I'll try to answer the best. I can't speak English well so I will only write in English and talk in French I hope you're okay with that (I can try but I'm sure noboby will understand lmao)

As example of my works with ALYS, well, the two tracks I used in the video (links are in the video too for the full versions + credits) but I did more, you can check my channel.

I use Fl studio 12 but it works the same on basically every DAW so even if you use another DAW it shouldn't be a problem.

Please note that it'll be my first livestream ever and I'm probably going to be nervous so bear with me.

Hi there, a new cover with ALYS JP, it’s been forever since I finished it but I wasn’t able to do some art for it and today I just tried again and it didn’t come as badly as the other things. It’s still… not very nice lol. But I tried. Also the clip is kinda lousy because I had no idea of what to do, I changed some colours but it makes it quite random.

Anyway, for the tuning, I put everything. EVERYTHING. To do something cool. I’m not really good with her JP voicebank so I wanted to train myself on it. I know some parts could’ve been improved, but I think it’s my best JP attempt.

J’espère que les sous-titres ne sont pas décalés pour une fois plz. J’ai fini ça depuis des lustres mais le clip traînait, traînait, traînait… Jusqu’à ce que je décide de faire le dessin aujourd’hui en mode YOLO total, ce qui explique sa qualité (je tiens à dire fièrement que ça a été fait à la souris par flemme d’aller chercher la tablette). Remarquez d’ailleurs le travail très poussé du clip qui change de couleur de manière très aléatoire. Ahem.

Pour le tuning, j’ai vraiment tout donné pour que ça soit bien. Je n’ai jamais été ultra douée avec sa VB JP du coup je voulais m’entrainer dessus et tout. Je sais qu’il y a des parties qui auraient pu être améliorées mais à ce jour, c’est surement ma meilleure utilisation de cette voicebank.

Please keep in mind that when I did this cover, I didn’t have her final version so here it shouldn’t be the full extent of her capacities (and I’ve improved my tuning in AE). I can tell you that she’s amazing to use~ If you didn’t try, Alter Ego is free, and you can use Daisy (an Eng/Jp VB) for free as well. It works like Chipspeech (it’s by Plogue too) and when you get used to the interface, it’s easy to have a good result!

Je tiens à préciser qu'au moment où j'ai fait la vidéo, je n'avais pas la version finale d'ALYS, mais sa version beta. Je ne pense pas qu'elle soit bien loin de sa version finale, mais la précision me semble importante.
Pour l'avoir depuis environ un mois, je pense, je peux vous dire qu'elle est absolument géniale ! C'est un plaisir de travailler sa voix, et Alter Ego est un excellent VST. Si vous ne connaissez pas, il fonctionne comme Chipspeech (les 2 sont de Plogue), et est gratuit ! N'hésitez pas à l'essayer, son fonctionnement est simple et très intéressant.

Merci à ma meilleure amie, Bakalone, pour son magnifique dessin~ Elle m'a aussi fait d'autres dessins pour mes prochains covers avec ALYS, n'hésitez pas à 'watch' sa galerie DA (lien dans les crédits) et à mettre en favori son dessin~.
