Scenery areas along this line stretch through numerous river valleys to the point where the Carpathians meet the Danube River, in the Đerdap Gorge. Single track section of the line stretches along the narrow edge of the Danube river bank, over numerous old steel bridges and through several tunnels. Then, the line separates from the Danube River and passes over a smaller mountain pass between Orșova and Caransebeș. In that part, it goes through the valley of the Tamish and Belareca rivers, where it crosses a few bridges and passes through several tunnels.
During this video, the valley of the Belareca River is shown, with its few bridges and a tunnel, as well as the flattened part in the area of Iablanița, Mehadia and Domaşnea. One of the special scenic parts with phenomenal bird chirping is located at the entrance to Poarta train station. Dense forest at the entrance to the Poarta tunnel, with a special mix of the most diverse animal sounds, croaking frogs, evening crickets sounds, birds chirping and singing, gives a special impression of calming appeasable nature. In front of the one tunnel a large dragonfly appeared, clinging to the plant, so that even a passing train couldn't blow away. A significant number of video sequences were created in the Đerdap Gorge, along the bank of the Danube river. In that part, numerous concrete protective coastal fortifications stand out, protecting the railroad from water, old steel bridges stretch over numerous river gulfs and huge protective concrete walls overhang station Vârciorova (Virci Orova).
A significant number of different freight trains of various cargo operators pass through this line. There are about a dozen of them during the day. Long and heavy freight train traction are often pulled by two or three locomotives, where there is often one locomotive in the middle of freight train, which is very rare to see on the European railways. They are mostly Romanian-made LE 5100, six-axle CFR and others electric ASEA locomotives from Electroputere Craiova. There are also a couple of CFR Calatori passenger and InterRegio trains. The longest daily train of them is IR 73 (Curtici - Arad - București Nord). When there are no trains, scenery views and sounds of nature complement the scenic ambience, during the waiting for the next train coming.

The train was going from Mataruška Banja to Batajnica (Belgrade). It consists of 34 special wagons Smmps series, loaded with 34 army tanks. The mass of the train was 1383 tons, of which 709 tons are heavy tanks, and the train length was 416m. It's rare to see trains like this, especially such long ones. The train traction locomotive was 461-158 (Serbian Railways series 461).
Snowfalls in the evening atmosphere give a special charm to the video which was recorded in railway stations Ostružnica, Surčin and Batajnica, on the bypass freight railway line around Belgrade, at 4. Video starts at Mostar passenger station by electric locomotive ride to locomotive depot Mostar. There, the electric locomotive is left and the diesel shunting locomotive is taken. During locomotive ignition and starting, a ŽFBH Talgo train passed by. Then there was a locomotive ride to Mostar freight station where it was necessary to do some shunting work. During the ride, there was also a deck passenger on the locomotive, a large grasshopper stowaway.
Several empty freight cars were moved to rail weighbridge, where the car's weight is measured by train weighing scale. Then these wagons were moved to industrial tracks for loading scrap metal. Along the way, the process of measuring the wagons weight and performing shunting, coupling and decoupling operations was shown.
The action takes place on the Sarajevo - Čapljina - Port of Ploče railway line, in South Bosnia and Herzegovina. The rides on this line is featured in other cabview videos. The complete shunting work was performed with a German-made diesel shunting locomotive, which is quite rare in these areas. After the work was completed, there is a return locomotive ride to the locomotive depot in Mostar.Rail traffic in Hungary - One day in Szárliget Fulfilled day of fast and freight rail sounds [4K]dulevoz2023-03-04 | From the foggy morning to the sunny and clear evening, this video shows a lot of trains in one whole day in Szárliget village and its surroundings. Many fast passenger trains and slightly less freight trains filled this day at the track junction and switch area of the railway station Szárliget.
This railway station is located on the main line from Budapest to Central and Western Europe, at Budapest – Hegyeshalom – Rajka railway line, between Budapest and Győr, near Szár and Tatabánya (Budapest – Hegyeshalom – Rajka vasútvonal at Komárom - Esztergom Hungarian county region). The area is characterized by a winding 140km/h and 160km/h two-track corridor railway line, which crosses over hilly undulating terrain, with an abundance of beautiful meadows and fields.
In order to achieve the best train - rail sound effects the recording was realized in the area of the track switches on both sides of the station. There's a bunch of rail track junctons and rail gaps, where the wheels and bogies of fast passing trains make the well-known and most beautiful railway sounds.
With plenty of different freight and speed passenger trains, spending a whole day on this line is not boring, especially for railway enthusiasts and photographers. Among others, there are InterCity, EuroCity, EuroNight, Railjet and Regiojet trains, as well as intermodal and mixed freight MÁV, ÖBB and Raaberbahn or GYSEV trains.
Recording started early in the morning, around 7am, in a very dense fog. The sight of the fog on the railway with the sun breaking through it, could be interesting as the trains appear out of nowhere and blast through it. After two hours, the fog gradually lifted to give way to low clouds and a sunny day. Recording was completed just before dark, by a slow freight train, which was overtaken by the fast Railjet.

November 2022.4K CABVIEW Beograd - Bijelo Polje (152 tunnels, 140 bridges and 4 canyons from Serbia to Montenegro)dulevoz2023-02-16 | The masterpiece of engineering endeavour, this is how the famous Belgrade - Bar railway is briefly presented. This railway line initially has the characteristics of a plain and flat line, but shortly afterwards it turns into a distinctly mountainous railway line. In order to reach the sea, it was necessary to overcome several large mountain passes. The route runs through narrow and winding river canyons, crosses very deep and steep cliffs and has particularly large longitudinal gradients. Railway line Beograd - Bar is a special railway line, sustained by spectacular infrastructure facilities. On its way from Belgrade to Montenegro and the Adriatic Sea coast the line goes through 254 tunnels and 234 bridges.
This video includes train ride from Beograd to Bijelo Polje (Montenegro/Serbia border). Recording was done from passenger train 431 Beograd (Zemun) - Bar. There are 152 railway tunnels, over 140 railway bridges, 2 significant mountain passes and 4 canyons.
The ride starts at northern part of Belgrade and its first 30 minutes is passing through the Beograd railway junction zone. From the south of Belgrade the train ride is relatively fast as it passes through slightly hilly and mostly plains to Valjevo. From Valjevo, the railway line gradually climbs to the Valjevo mountains pass, through the canyons of the rivers Gradac, Suvaja and Zabava. Next comes the descent towards Kosjerić. Plain and gently undulating areas of the Kosjerić valley appear all the way to Požega. The exception is the short gorge of the Skrapež river. There are several tunnel galleries. From Pozega to Užice, the train speeds up again, moving through a gentle plain. After Užice the line starts to climb steeply towards Zlatibor mountain range, in the beginning through the the canyon of the Djetinja River and a little later over mountain clearings of Braneško Polje. The highest point of this line is located in the longest railway tunnel, Zlatibor. With its 6169m length the Zlatibor tunnel is the longest railway tunnel and the longest tunnel in Serbia too. After Zlatibor the line begins a steep descent to Priboj. It passes through a series of short and long tunnels, many bridges and the Crni Rzav canyon. Between Jablanica and steel bridge across the river Uvac one section of the railway line enters the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Then follows the valley of the river Lim to Prijepolje. Behind Prijepolje the long tunnels and bridges appear again and train passes through the canyon of the Lim river. There are numerous long tunnels and tunnel galleries. Stringed tunnels and tunnel galleries make up the Brodarevo - Vrbnica section 90% underground. After the state border, traih fast arrive at Bijelo polje, the first railway station in Montenegro.
This ride is 320km long. Of that, 76km in tunnels and over 10km above ground. The most significant line facilities are best represented by the longest tunnels and the largest steel and concrete bridge objects:
Unfortunately, the lack of maintenance has led to a very poor condition of the infrastructure. Train speeds are very low at some sections. Somewhere it is 30km/h, and even 10km/h. At some sections in the plains, the speed of the train is 100km/h. All relevant information about the journey, locations, speeds, objects along the track and elevation are shown during the video.
For ease of viewing, the video is divided into the following more important sections (railway stations and stopping places of this train): 00:00 27:14 Zemun - Beograd Centar - Resnik (Beograd railway junction) 27:14 01:09:15 Resnik - Lajkovac 01:09:15 01:29:08 Lajkovac - Valjevo 01:29:08 02:30:00 Valjevo - Kosjerić (Valjevo mountains pass and the Gradac river canyon) 02:30:00 03:04:44 Kosjerić - Požega (The Skrapež river valley and gorge) 03:04:44 03:30:02 Požega - Užice 03:30:02 05:23:01 Užice - Priboj (The Crni Rzav canyon and mountain pass Zlatibor) 05:23:01 06:22:44 Priboj - Prijepolje teretna (Serbian border control station) 06:22:44 07:17:23 Prijepolje Teretna - Bijelo Polje (The Lim river canyon and Montenegro/Serbian border)
Date of recording: July 2022.Rail traffic in Serbia - A tank train for ammonia transport (6 locations around Pirot) [4K]dulevoz2023-01-21 | A tank train for liquid ammonia transportation spotted 6 times at Railway line Niš - Pirot - Dimitrovgrad. These tankers are transporting ammonia between Bulgaria and the mineral fertilizer plant in Šabac. Ammonia is one of the basic products of chemical industry. Such trains appear several times a week on Serbian tracks. The locomotive at this train is a General Motors Electro-Motive Division diesel electric, at Serbian Railways known as series 661. Its well-known and recognizable horn was sounded a few times during recording.
There is not a lot of train traffic on this corridor line, so it is common to chase the same train at several locations for filming and rail photography purposes. This is possible due to the very low permitted train speeds, caused by the very poor condition of the rail infrastructure at this old line. It is non-electrified main corridor railway line between Serbia and Bulgaria (one of the major rail links between European and Middle Eastern railways).
The very poor state of infrastructure on this line contributed to the derailment of the same train near Pirot and a very large environmental incident in December 2022 (only a month since this video was recorded). Freight trains on this line derail very often. Train derailments in Serbia has become usual, almost on a daily basis, and on this line it has become quite common. Passenger train traffic between Niš, Bela Palanka, Pirot and Dimitrovgrad has been suspended a few years ago.
When this was recorded, no one expected that a great tragedy would happen soon. It's almost like Seconds from Disaster documentary. Several tanks of such train derail and overturned from track, near the town of Pirot. Ammonia leaked for days. Official data says that two people lost their lives and 50 were injured. Dangerous goods freight trains run on complete neglected and unmaintained rail tracks all over Serbian railways and there is only hope that such tragedies will not happen again.
Date of recording: 13. November 2022.The Morača river canyon - Banker locomotive pushes freight train high into the Montenegrin mountainsdulevoz2023-01-17 | Scenic part of Railway line Beograd - Bar above the Morača river canyon, Mala Rijeka river canyon and Kruševački potok canyon... Two locomotives train traction (front and banker locomotive) through tunnels and bridges at most steepest part of the line. The railway line follows the canyons and steeply climbs the slopes of nearby high mountains. Maximum track incline is 25‰. That section abounds in tunnels, bridges mountain cuts, steep rocky slopes and very high cliffs. That makes it very special and unique in this region.
Freight trains heavier than 700t require additional locomotive traction. This is done by adding one locomotive to the end of the train. That banker locomotive pushes the train on the steep sections of the track. As this section of the railway is full of steep construction gradients and curves with very small radius, the train resistance is very high (up to 30daN/t).
Montenegrin Railways used Electroputere LE 5100 locomotives. These are powerful six-axle electric locomotives with maximum power of 5MW. Two of these were used to pull and push the freight train shown in the video. Locomotive cab and part of the engine driver devices are also shown.
This banker locomotive cabride was recorded between Podgorica and Kolašin. It begins with the freight train entering the Morača river canyon. It continues with a steep climb along the edges of the canyon to Bioče station. From there, the railway line makes a large serpentine winding through the Mala Rijeka canyon. It crosses an extremely high and large steel bridge. The Mala Rijeka Bridge is 500m long and 200m high at its highest point. This makes it one of the highest railway bridges in the world and the highest railway bridge in Europe. Then the line returns to the edges of the Morača river canyon. It climbs steeply through Bratonožići and continues its steep cut way to Lutovo station. After leaving Lutovo, it crosses a bridge over a very steep and high cliff and literally enters in the rocks. From the Morača river canyon, the railway line goes into the narrow canyon of Kruševacki Potok. The video ends with train entering the 5km long Trebešica tunnel.
During locomotive cabride the traction current indicators are shown in the video. Engine driver controls the locomotive motors traction currents while driving. The value of the traction force depends on the traction currents. The traction force that this locomotive achieves is over 300kN. As the current values are very high (1000A on each axis motor and 400A between the pantograph and catenary) bright flashes occasional appear in the wet tunnels. Of course, there is also the very powerful locomotive engines sounds as the train accelerates.
Pushed train in the video is a freight train with a coal load from the Port of Bar to the north. Its mass was 739t + two attached locomotives. These are the old 461 series locomotives. The video was taken from the end of the train (from banker locomotive) and occasionally the front of the train could be seen in the curves. Particularly interesting are the parts where the front of the train slowly enters and disappears in the tunnels. The low sun and the special colors of the sky above the high mountains, which are continuously make up the background, contributed to the scenery of the video.
Date of recording: January 2023.Rail traffic in Serbia - A Switchman, old signal box, track junction and chainways - Station Šebešićdulevoz2022-12-11 | Old signaling and safety railway station box device looks like the history, dating from a century ago, but it is still in use. There is one central in the station, operated by the train dispatcher (station master), and two more at the ends on both sides of the station, which are handled by the switchman. With a system of levers, chains, cables and safety connections, this device controlling track junctions and signals.
It is a system of electromechanical dependence, which controls certain operations and reduces the role of the human factor in controlling the movement of trains. It is still in use on some very old railway lines in Serbia. This video shows a lone switchman operating such a device and enables the movement of trains in his station. Many frames related to the movement of railroad crossing devices, track junctions and station home and track signals, shown through the movement of the old chains through the old chain lines and old underground ducts. These interesting chainways extend from signal box to track devices.
There is also a railway dog in the scene. He is always there to keep the railwaymen and to chase the wheels of passing trains. Kind of like the dog that loved trains.
The location of the video recording is Šebešić railway station. This is a very old and neglected railway station located on the Subotica - Sombor - Vinkovci railway line. Some freight trains pass that line on their alternative route between central and northern Serbia. This is an alternative route due to construction works at railway line between Novi Sad and Subotica (Central serbia to Hungarian border). Sometimes there are several freight trains throughout the day. It's mostly transit freight trains between Serbia and Hungary (between Southeast and Central Europe). The video shows five such trains and two passenger trains.
The idea and realization of the video were created thanks to the railwayman Brane Đurđić, which is also the main act in the film.
November, 2022.4K CABVIEW Bijelo Polje - Beograd (Beograd - Bar railway line - The most scenic line in Serbia)dulevoz2022-08-27 | Railway line Beograd - Bar is a special railway line, sustained by spectacular infrastructure facilities. On its way from Belgrade to Montenegro and the Adriatic Sea coast the line goes through 254 tunnels and 234 bridges.

This railway line was built during the former Yugoslavia. In 1976, the electrification was completed and it was put into commercial traffic. At that time, it represented a real construction miracle. Such an abundance of long tunnels, string tunnels, bridges and tunnel galleries rarely anywhere else in the world has been built. This video completely covers the entire railway line on the territory of Serbia. It can be considered as a sequel video of this railway line from Bar to Bijelo Polje, which shows unique landscapes through the whole Montenegro, from the Adriatic Sea over high mountain passes to the border with Serbia (youtube.com/watch?v=zomZywCAPTA).

Date of recording: July 2022.Fast trains in Serbia 200km/h and 160km/h at Belgrade - Novi Sad upgraded railway line [4K]dulevoz2022-05-28 | This year, the overhaul and construction of the Belgrade - Novi Sad railway line was completed, and passenger train traffic at speeds of up to 200km/h was established. This is the first time that trains in Serbia ride at speeds of 160km/h and 200 km/h, on test runs and in commercial traffic.
This was achieved by the partial construction of new sections of the line and the modernization of some old ones. Significant changes compared to the old railway line can be seen on the slopes of the Fruška Gora mountain. Two single-track tunnel tubes, 1km long and a 3km long viaduct were built at the point of railway line descent towards the Danube river. On the section between Batajnica and Stara Pazova, the railway line became four-track. Along the line, the railway stations have undergone significant changes. In most of them there are 2 main passing tracks in the middle and 2 side tracks along the platforms.
There are two types of trains on the line, the new Stadler KISS (EMU ŽS series 410/418) for 200km/h and the slightly older Stadler Flirt (EMU ŽS series 413/417), as a regional passenger train with a speed of up to 160km/h. There are a total of 3 new KISS trains in Serbia, which run only on this new line. In the meantime, those trains got a new nickname in Serbia, "SOKO". Between stations Batajnica and Stara Pazova, it is possible to see some freight trains, but only on the side tracks of four track section. These are trains from the connecting railway lines from Ruma and Šid. On the main tracks to Novi Sad, that is not possible yet, because there is a fear of other trains running on the new line.
The recording was done at numerous locations along the sections with a higher speed of trains (200km/h at Batajnica - Nova Pazova - Stara Pazova - Inđija - Beška - tunnel and viaduct Čortanovci - Karlovački Vinogradi and 160km/h from Karlovački Vinogradi to Sremski Karlovci). The collecting of video material started in early spring, during the trains test rides and lasted for 3 months.4K CABVIEW Novi Sad - Beograd - Novi Sad 200km/h IC train 551/552 Stadler KISSdulevoz2022-03-26 | Railway line Beograd - Novi Sad has undergone significant changes compared to the previously recorded cabviews. In some places, a completely new route was built, some line curves have been ironed out and the old single-track line became double-track line. It is the first railway line in Serbia for train speeds up to 200km/h.
This cabview was recorded from IC trains starting from Novi Sad to Belgrade and then in the opposite direction from Belgrade to Novi Sad. The first part of the video from Novi Sad to the south is very picturesque because of the beautiful colors of scenery twilight and the surrounding city evening lights.
The video was taken from the new Serbian Railways Stadler KISS EMU train. The first part recorded from IC train 551 (Novi Sad - Beograd Centar) and the second part from IC train 552 (Beograd Centar - Novi Sad). These trains did not have any stops during the filming.
The ride starts at upgrated part of station Novi Sad. The maximum allowed speeds are: 100km/h and 120km/h from Novi Sad to Petrovaradin, 160km/h from Petrovaradin to Sremski Karlovci and Karlovački Vinogradi, 200km/h from Karlovacki Vinogradi to Batajnica (41km of line, over Čortanovci, Beška, Inđija, Stara Pazova and Nova Pazova), 120km/h from Batajnica to Novi Beograd and 100km/h from Novi Beograd to Beograd Centar.
Timestamps for 200km/h ride are 09:40 and 48:10 in the opposite direction.
Train ride and engine driver are controlled by ETCS level 2 (European Train Control System). Movement authority and other signal aspects are displayed in the cab for the train driver. Train movements are monitored continually by the radio block centre using trackside-derived information. The movement authority is transmitted to the vehicle continuously via GSM-R or GPRS together with speed information and route data. The on-board computer continuously monitors the transferred data and shows the maximum permissible speed. During this recording there were no significant restrictions or obstacles along the track and the train was running at the maximum allowed speed on each part of the line most of the time.
The most important objects along the railway line are: 03:56 Bridge over the Danube River (Žeželjev most) ( L = 474m ) 10:10 Bridge Čortanovci ( L = 2806m one track and L = 2861m another track ) 11:00 Tunnel Čortanovci ( L = 1156m one track and L = 1087m another track ) 28:35 Tunnel "Bežanijska kosa" ( L = 1921m ) 31:15 Bridge "Novi železnicki most" ( L = 1928m )
The most impressive are new railway viaducts and tunnels Čortanovci, over the slopes of mountain Fruska Gora.

Railway traffic in Hungary always offers something interesting. The main railway line from Budapest to Vienna and western Hungary is mainholder of various freight and passenger trains. Almost all rail stations between Budapest, Győr and Hegyeshalom have a shelter places that have parts with little bad track joints and switches which produce old known train - rail - wheel sounds.
This video was supposed to be a classic video that presents rail traffic of freight and passenger trains in Hungary, at Western main railway line (Budapest - Hegyeshalom - Rajka vasútvonal). During the recording and collecting materials there were scenes of trains passing that produced really nice sounds of rattling wheels on the rails. That's when the idea of editing a video like this came up.
The video shows 63 freight, 109 passenger and 7 locomotive trains of various operators. On this line, trains runs at speeds up to 160 km/h. Freight trains runs up to 100km/h. In combination with the old tracks, slightly worse parts on the tracks, track switches and rail joint gaps, a very nice and interesting sounds were obtained.
For video creation purposes almost all stations and interesting scenes along the 200km long railway line were recorded. Extraordinary and unusual sounds appeared at the rail track junctions in the area of Győrszentiván and Győr-Gyárváros stations. There are views of the windmill field, the riverside and the Danube river bank near Komárom, the old railway bridge on the river Rába near Győr, interesting scenes at railroad level crossings and night scenes at Hungary - Austria border train station for the end. There are also train announcements and announcements of the danger of passing trains.
The recording was done during two separate visits to this railway line, at July and August 2021.

It is the famous Sarajevo - Capljina - Ploce railway line. This ride starts near Capljina, at station Zitomislici and elevation of 25m. The most scenic parts stretch along the Neretva river edge. The video ends with a climb to the highest point on this line, at 756 meters above sea level. There is a constant alternation of tunnels and bridges along the whole ride. At this railway line there are 99 tunnels and over 65 bridges. Most of them are on the section between Mostar, Konjic and Bradina. Special ones are the longest tunnel "Jedrenje" (3239m long) and the highest bridge "Gazela" (70m high and 400m long).
Bradina mountain pass is a special railway mountain pass built in the form of numerous serpentines and curves. Climbing the railway along the slopes of the Bjelasnica mountain required the construction of numerous long rail tunnels and high bridges. It is also the steepest segment of this line. It section has 24‰ slope (maximum incline of 26daN/t). This makes this railway line famous and special. Ride through the forests of beautiful autumn colors is a particularly nice experience at this section.
This railway line connects cities of central Bosnia and Herzegovina with Adriatic sea coast. It is important for the goods transport for the needs of large industries in Bosnia. It is mainly represented by the transport of various coal ores and metallurgical products. Coal ores arrive by ships from all over the World in the Port of Ploce and from there are transported by trains to industries in the mainland of Bosnia. Existing cabview videos of this line were made from the passenger Talgo trains on the route Sarajevo - Capljina and vice versa. This video was made from one of the mentioned freight trains which makes it specific.
It is also special that the recording was made from one of the old ASEA electric locomotives. These are old Yugoslavia Railways, currently bosnian locomotives class 441. These locomotives are characterized by a special engine sound which is especially pronounced at high traction currents during ride with heavy freight trains. In this recording, it can be nicely heard during uphill ride on a mountain pass Bradina.
The recording was done from the train 48108 (Port of Ploce - Lukavac). Train weight was 1771t and 337m long. At station Bacevici a half of the train was decoupled and further ride was continued with 865t freight train. At the Bradina mountain pass, from Konjic to station Bradina, two locomotives were used to pull the train.
Important details of the ride are shown during the video. October 2021.4K CABVIEW Niš - Beograd Agency train 13154 Optima Express Central Serbian main railway linedulevoz2021-12-16 | Serbian railways main central line Beograd - Niš is the most important railway line in the country. Railway line Beograd - Niš is the main transport route between the railways of Bulgaria, Turkey, North Macedonia and Greece and the railways of Central Europe. It's mostly double - track line. Single - track line stretches between Resnik and Velika Plana and a short section between Stalać and Đunis. Railway line from Belgrade over Mala Krsna to Velika Plana can be considered as another track of Belgrade - Niš line. The basic route between Belgrade and Velika plana is over Resnik and Mladenovac.
Rakovica and Resnik are southern Belgrade railway intersections for many railway lines. Between Resnik and Mladenovac, the line stretches over Ralja hilly pass. There are some old railway tunnels and old steel bridges. It is also possible to notice several old wartime German bunkers. During the Second World War they served as military protection of important and large buildings along the railway. The another hilly landscape section on the line is between Stalać and Aleksinac. From Stalać over station Stevanac to station Đunis the line follows the riverbed of the river Južna Morava (South Morava). On its way from Belgrade to Niš, the tracks several times cross the rivers Velika Morava, Južna Morava and Nišava.
It is the first railway line built in this area. It dates back to 1884. Since then, the route has been many times changed, upgraded, modernized and electrified. Until the 1990s it was the backbone for the numerous international long - distances passenger trains. Since then, the number of trains has been constantly reduces. That reduction in traffic was followed by great deterioration and the gradually destruction of railway infrastructure. The long term of infrastructure non-maintenance and neglected situation led to a remarkable reduction in maximum allowed speed. In some places it is 30km/h and rarely an incredible 20km/h and 10km/h. On some sections the maximum permitted speed is 100km/h, but it is hard to achieve with long and heavy trains. Along the way, train passes a number of faulty signal and safety devices and defective railroad crossings. All this slows down the movement and the journey on this 243km long railway line often lasts over 6 hours. Freight trains often travel over 10 hours.
The recording was made from the Optima Express agency passenger train number 13154. This train transports passengers and their cars from Edirne (Turkey) to Villach (Austria). Detailed information about route and train composition are shown at the beginning of the video. From Niš to Belgrade, the train has two ASEA locomotives (Serbian Railways series 441). The train consisted of 16 wagons (6 passenger coaches and 10 wagons for car transport). It was 885t weight and 473m long train.
The train ride starts at 04:39 from Niš main train station. The train passes through Niš marshalling yard (Popovac station) at 16:40. It reaches its maximum speed of 100km/h for the first time around minute 30:20. A fast ride is short because there are many limit and slow order speeds. There are also numerous train dispatcher orders for passing faulty signals and not working railroad crossings.

This transport is mainly based on the copper ores concentrate and some transportation of sulfuric and hydrochloric acid between the chemical industries. As Serbia does not have enough diesel locomotives series 661, which are mainly used for freight trains traction on non-electrified lines, some Slovenian locomotives series 664 have been leased for this transport.

Dates of recording: July and september 2021.4K CABVIEW Rudnica - Raška - Kraljevo (Scenery mountains along the Ibar river valley)dulevoz2021-07-27 | The railway line from Rudnica to Kraljevo stretches through the winding and picturesque valley of the river Ibar. That section is part of the railway line Kraljevo - Kosovo Polje - Skopje, the former main corridor through central Serbia and Kosovo. Today, the passenger rail traffic took place between Rudnica (station near the administrative line between Serbia and Kosovo) and Kraljevo. This line connects the Raška region with the rest of the rail network. Freight rail traffic exists between Raška and the north.
This non-electrified, single track railway line, 77,3km long is laid through 15 tunnels and over many bridges. All 15 railway tunnels between Rudnica and Kraljevo are of the old type of construction, mostly built of stone. The longest tunnel is "Dželep", 1100m long. All 7 large steel bridges over the Ibar River have similar steel structures. These large steel bridges of lattice construction are approximately the same length, about 100m. All these structures were made so that the track could be built through a narrow valley between the slopes of the mountains Kopaonik, Čemerno and Stolovi.
The slopes of these mountains and the winding river Ibar with its numerous tributaries make up the beauty of the scenery in this video. Along its way, train pass under the old medieval fortress Maglič and stops at several old, closed and neglected railway stations. The most important railway objects and buildings on this route are: 4:06 ride starts at Rudnica station, 16:58 Raška, 27:20 Church "Stara Pavlica" above the railway gallery/tunnel, 27:35 Tunnel 15 "Galerija" (L=12m), 28:25 Tunnel 14 "Pavlica" (L=78m), 36:50 Station and Coal mines Piskanja, 39:40 Jošanička Banja, 41:48 Steel bridge across Ibar, tunnel 13 "Lucica" (L=122m) and second steel bridge across Ibar, 43:25 Tunnel 12 "Bojanić" (L=525m), 44:16 Steel bridge across Ibar, 49:00 Tunnel 11 "Dželep" (L=1100m), 50:20 Steel bridge across Ibar, 52:50 Ušće, 58:55 Tunnel 10 "Grmčić" (L=67m), steel bridge across Ibar and tunnel 9 "Pusto Polje" (L=592m), 1:00:10 Steel bridge across Ibar, 1:02:40 Tunnel 8 "Jagnjilo" (L=394m), 1:08:00 Polumir, 1:09:40 Tunnel 7 "Polumir" (L=687m), 1:11:30 Tunnel 6 "Bela Glava" (L=1006m), 1:17:20 Tunnel 5 "Dubočica" (L=335m), 1:20:15 Dobre Strane, 1:21:50 Tunnel 4 "Dobre Strane" (L=430m), 1:23:16 Medieval castle Maglič and tunnel 3 "Maglič" (L=409m), 1:26:20 Tunnel 2 "Pivnica" (L=179m) and steel bridge across Ibar, 1:29:40 Bogutovačka Banja, 1:33:25 Tunnel 1 "Lakat" (L=943m), 1:39:55 Mataruška Banja and failure railroad crossing devices and 1:52:10 Railway line from Požega and Čačak.
This ride was recorded from DMU passenger train, Serbian Railways series 711. Date of recording August 2020.Rail traffic in Serbia - Tunnels and bridge Parcani and Ralja Old Belgrade - Nis mainline [4K]dulevoz2021-04-12 | One of the main railway lines in Serbia, the old Belgrade - Niš line, passes through the hilly areas south of Belgrade. Some of the more photogenic places are Ralja and village Parcani. There are two railway tunnels and one large, old steel rail bridge. The Parcani tunnel is of newer construction. The Ralja tunnel is an old tunnel built in the late 1800s, when the Belgrade - Niš railway line was built. It is similar with the Parcani bridge. The Ralja tunnel is the narrowest railway tunnel in Serbia and perhaps one of the narrowest railway tunnels in Europe, with a standard 1435mm track gauge. Trains pass through it next to the walls, with only a few centimeters from the loading gauge of rail vehicles. Train moving over the construction of the old steel bridge and train passing through a narrow brick tunnel, produced very interesting train passing sounds. The relatively dilapidated railway infrastructure with a lot of old rail track joints contributes to the formation of additional sound effects of passing trains.
Railway station Ralja, with its 232m above sea level, is the highest point on this line. The configuration of hilly terrain and old hilly railway line often requires that heavy freight trains must be pushed by an additional locomotive, which appears in several frames in the video. Next to the Parcani bridge and in front of the old railway tunnels, old German bunkers can be seen. They date from the Second World War and had a guard role in protecting important buildings along this line. During the recording of this video, all transit freight train traffic passed through this route.
All freight trains, that pass through Serbia, on their route between the countries of Eastern and Central Europe and Southeast Europe use this way. That is the main reason why various freight trains of various railway operators appear in the video. An additional diversity is the appearance of different electric and diesel locomotives, and also EMU, DMU and old classic coaches passenger trains.
Some of the freight trains that appear in the video: 0:36 Freight train mix from Bulgaria towards Belgrade, in front of Ralja tunnel 5:45 Short tank cars freingt train for transport of phosphoric and sulfuric acids 7:14 Train with open wagons for some ore transporting above tunnel Ralja 8:50 Mixed freight train from Budapest Ferencvaros towards Bulgaria and Turkey 14:52 Intermodal freight train towards Turkey at Parcani bridge 16:24 Freight train for transporting heavy metal coils 20:37 Mixed freight train from Budapest Ferencvaros marshalling yard towards Greece 25:22 Intermodal train towards Piraeus Port 37:01 Intermodal train with 2 electric and 1 diesel locomotive above concrete portal of tunnel Ralja
This video shows a total of 14 passenger and 22 freight trains. The situations of arrival and departure of passenger trains, as well as the station command table of train dispatcher, are especially shown.
The recordings were made mostly in autumn and winter time during 2020 and 2021.4K CABVIEW Požarevac - Zaječar Winter in the mountainous region of East Serbiadulevoz2021-03-29 | Eastern Serbia is one, a bit forgotten and isolated part of Serbia. Some parts of eastern Serbia are characterized by very sparsely populated parts of mountain ranges and relatively poor infrastructural connections. Railway line Požarevac - Majdanpek - Bor - Zaječar slips through these parts and connects several larger places and cities, and primarily the areas of two large mines. These are copper and gold mines near Majdanpek and Bor. The mines in Majdanpek no longer use railway services. On the other hand, the mines and industries in Bor are very large and important users of railway services. This large copper mine is used to transport raw materials and sulfuric acid by rail.
This 171,5km long railway line is a hilly mountain line through quite difficult access terrain in some places. There are 43 tunnels with a total length of 19.46km and 50 bridges with a total length of 3.446km. Most of the smaller stations along the line are neglected. The track infrastructure is in a similar, bad and neglected condition. There are many parts where the train moves at a maximum speed of 10, 20 or 30km/h. Today, there are a few of passenger and freight trains.

The journey lasts 4.5 hours and during that time the day is gradually born, the sun rises and all the natural beauties of the mountainous landscapes are revealed. The journey through the snow-covered landscape is especially photogenic and interesting for the viewer's eye from the position of train driver.
Recording date, January 2021.4K CABVIEW Lazarevac - Ovča (Belgrade urban and suburban train service - BG voz) - Winter train ridedulevoz2021-02-04 | The video shows scenic winter ride through and around Belgrade and also ride through Belgrade railway junction downtown rail tunnels. Lazarevac - Ovča is one of the several Belgrade suburban train lines. This line extends from the southwestern to the northern peripheral side of the city. Train ride from one to the other end of Belgrade suburban area is done through a complex railway junction. The Belgrade railway junction has several long railway tunnels in the central zone of the city. The Dedinje and Vračar railway tunnels, in the Belgrade downtown area, are also the places of several railway lines branching. In addition to a total of 9 rail tunnels at this train ride, a large steel bridge crosses the Danube River in the north of the city.
This ride starts during two passenger trains meeting at terminus station Lazarevac. Then the ride continues along the Belgrade - Bar railway line to the industrial zone of the TENT and TEK thermal power plants. Separations of industrial tracks begin around 9:20. Further through the video: 9:20 TENT railway system on the left, 14:15 TENT and TEK narrow gauge tracks, 39:06 The longest railway tunnel "Bela Reka" (L=3816m), 45:25 Scenic part Bela Reka - Resnik, with 4 short railway tunnels, 50:45 Belgrade railway junction lines branching starts at Resnik, 55:30 Two tracks rail tunnel "Kijevo", 1:06:04 Tunnel "Dedinje" (L=3086m), 1:08:04 Tunnel "Dedinje" and tunnel "Vezni" separation, 1:09:15 Tunnel "Vračar" (L=3510m), 1:11:35 Belgrade underground train station (Vukov spomenik) and 1:15:45 The longest railway bridge "Pančevački most" (L=1067m).
At the beginning of the video, the introduction shows interesting and scenic winter scenes on the way to the starting station of the ride. A particularly scenic piece of video is a winter ride through completely frozen white nature, completely covered with hoarfrost, ice and snow. At the end of the video, a piece of an interesting urban rail tunnels is shown. These are tunnels "Vračar", "Vezni" and "Dedinje".
The recording was done from a local commuter train in January 2021. It's an EMU train, Serbian Railways series 412/416. It connects two significant northern Bačka cities, Sombor and Subotica. That line is also a railway connection between Serbia and Croatia and is one of the two railway connections between these two countries. This line is served by several passenger trains. There are a few freight trains, mostly direct trains in transit between Croatia and Vojvodina, as well as between Croatia and Hungary.
Railway stations, station tracks, rail buildings, signalling and other infrastructure along the line date from the Austro-Hungarian period. There are a lot of industrial buildings, industrial tracks and the former goods freight operations along the railway. Today, this huge industry is not used, it does not serve the purpose and most of the railway stations are neglected. Along the line, after Subotica, the largest station is Sombor which is a small railway junction for several directions.
Due to frequent alienation, failures and destructions of railway signaling equipment, there are a large number of unsafed railroad level crossings along the line. In front of each breakdown railroad crossing the train stops and carefully crosses it. This prolongs the travel time and makes the train ride much more dynamic and unsafe. The track infrastructure allows a maximum speed of 80km/h, but because of the poor track switches condition the ride is done with limited speeds of 20km/h and 30km/h through all stations.

Section Beograd - Pančevo is double-track electrified part, which takes significant part of freight rail transit in Serbia, nowadays. The remaining section from Pančevo to Vršac is a single-track non-electrified part, which is the main railway connection between Serbia and Romania (connection with Stamora Moraviţa - Timișoara line).
This cabview was recorded from DMU passenger train 2602 (Vršac - Beograd Centar). The ride starts in the train depot, by slow movement from one to another track towards the passenger platforms. After boarding passengers the train starts commercial ride at higher speeds (up to 100km/h), through plowed fields of corn and sunflowers, then across the Dunav - Tisa - Dunav channel and through several wind farms with new windmills. On approximately half of the trip to Pančevo, at Alibunar, there is an encounter with the opposite passenger train. Upon arrival in Pančevo, the first freight trains appear. After the 250m long bridge over the river Tamiš, train approach the zone of the Beograd city suburban trains. The longest bridge on this route ("Pančevački most", L=1067m) is located between Krnjača and Pančevački most. Then the train enters the longest tunnel ("Tunnel Vračar", L=3510m). Commercial ride ends at Beograd Centar station platforms. This is followed by the relocation of the train to another, side track.

It is a railway line through plains, but not at all boring, and according to the construction configuration, it is not an ordinary flat railway. Regardless of the plains it passes through, there are a lot of small radius curves and demanding ascents on this line.
The video shows a diesel motor unit passenger train cabride from the main railway station in Belgrade, through tunnels under the central part of the city, and then over a large steel bridge on the Danube River towards Pančevo. After crossing the Danube river, line continues to the territory of Banat and then near Pančevo, line crosses another large steel bridge over the Tamiš river. After Pančevo railway junction, the track becomes non-electrified. Along the way, train pass through and serves many nonfunctioning inoperative defunct stations.
In addition to the tracks near Vladimirovac and Alibunar, there are new wind farms with a lot of windmills. Along the way, there are also numerous level crossings in the fields. This can be very inconvenient due to careless farmers that cross tracks with their tractors without paying attention to the oncoming train. Several such situations are recorded in this video.
The length of this line is 87km. Maximum allowed train speed is 100km/h. The longest tunnel is "Vračar" (L=3510m). The longest bridge is "Pančevački most" (L=1067m). Line has double and single track parts. It has new light track signals and the old type of mechanical semaphore track signals. All essential and relevant information like maximum speeds, slow order speeds, limited speeds, elevation and current ride location are shown during the video.

Hundreds of trains pass through this railway corridor every day. These are mostly domestic and private passenger trains, but there are also an enviable number of domestic and private freight trains.
This is one of the most railfans famous Czech railway stations. A lot of railway enthusiast or railway buff used to watch live cam that was located at this station, but today it has been moved to the station Ústí nad Orlicí.
It is never boring on this tracks. Trains at certain times of the day come every minute or two. There are the most diverse trains that can be seen on the Czech Railways. This station has been modernized and the main tracks allow a speed of 160km/h. This makes this place interesting for recording train videos. This video shows dozens of fast, passenger and freight trains, recorded during one summer and one winter day. There are also evening shots with special light effects. At certain moments in the video, there are passing of two trains at the same time, which is not unusual for such a frequent railway corridor.
This video shows České Dráhy, Czech SuperCity Pendolino fast trains, Regiojet, ČD and Öbb Railjet trains, new Škoda 7Ev Inter Panter trains, ČD Cargo freight trains, Metrans and LKW Walter intermodal trains. There are also several Metropol fast passenger trains between Berlin, Praha and Budapest pulled by Škoda locomotives.

It is the main international transit line for freight traffic to and from Bulgaria and Turkey. The renovation and electrification of this line was planned many years ago. As the plans are not realized, this line is left to years of non-maintenance and infrastructure deterioration. Today, mainly transit freight trains between Europe and the Middle East pass through this line. There are a few pairs of passenger trains, too. This video was recorded from one of DMU trains from Nis to Dimitrovgrad.
The ride from Nis starts through urban street area of the city, continues along the valley of the river Nisava towards Sicevo Gorge. Sicevo Gorge is the most scenic part, because the track runs through high cuts, rock cliffs and several tunnels. After Sicevo Gorge the line gradually ascends along the other part of the Nisava river valley to Dimitrovgrad (Serbian/Bulgarian border cross station). Track often crosses from one to the other side of the Nisava river across the numerous steel bridges. Among them there are bridges of closed steel construction and there are also ordinary ones.
A very unusual phenomenon for the main railway lines is very lush vegetation that has overgrown the entire track. As the last overhaul of this railway line was done several decades ago, there are many limited and slow ordered speeds. This is the reason why the passenger train runs over 3 hours to cover 97,4 km of this line.
During the video the location and maximum permitted speed of the train are constantly displayed. Limited speeds, slow ordered speeds, all tunnels along the line, train stations, train stops, elevation and important events during the train ride are also also shown.

Date of recording: June, 2020.Rail traffic in Serbia - Freight trains - EMD and old ČKD diesel locos (Pančevo to Novi Sad) [4K]dulevoz2020-07-10 | The northern part of Serbia, Vojvodina has the highly branched network of railway lines. Most of these lines are without traffic and in very poor condition. Belgrade - Novi Sad - Subotica is one of the main transit routes for freight railway traffic in Serbia. Due to multiyear infrastructural works on the main railway line and the construction of a new line parts between Belgrade and Novi Sad, whole freight traffic was redirected to an alternative route via Pancevo and Orlovat. The old lines Pancevo - Orlovat and Orlovat - Novi Sad are partially maintained and innovated to support all freight traffic from main corridor. These are old non-electrified lines. There are infrastructure facilities such as bridges and stations dating back to the Austro-Hungarian railway period. All rail traffic is done with old EMD G16 and ČKD diesel locomotives. The EMD G16 is a diesel locomotive at Serbian Railways known as "Kenedy locomotive" series 661. That famous diesel locomotive is known for its specific engine and horn sound and powerful appearance. It was used by the state railway company (Serbia Cargo). Private railway companies, like Kombinovani Prevoz and Despotija, mostly use old Czechoslovak locomotives.
It took over 2 years of recording and collecting material to make this video. Large number of different diesel locomotives and freight trains are shown in this video: 0:00:00 - Under train capture, mixed freight train, very old rail track, rotten track sleepers, 0:03:12 - Freight train loaded with stone ballast, 0:04:05 - Old railway bridge over Tisa river and tank car LPG train, 0:05:58 - Sodium chloride (natrium chloride) freight train and one confused horse near the tracks, 0:06:50 - EMD G16 locomotive acceleration and horn sound with mixed freight train for stone ballast transportation, 0:08:03 - Old railroad railway bridge over Tamis river, intermodal "Cosco" freight train, 0:10:47 - Mixed train for metal coils transportation, 0:11:52 - Mixed train for metal coils transportation and hoarse train horn, 0:13:02 - Old railway bridge over Tisa river and tank cars / general goods freight train,\ 0:15:17 - Rail infrastructure maintenance vehicle, 0:15:44 - One EMD G16 locomotive, 0:15:54 - Two new Siemens Vectron locomotives arrived at Serbian Railways, 0:17:01 - Station master hands the papers to engine driver and intermodal (containers) train departure, 0:20:19 - Old railway bridge over Tamis river, stone ballast mixed freight train, 0:22:23 - Intermodal "Gartner - The World of Transport" freight train, 0:24:24 - Old railway bridge over Tisa river at Sunset time, Intermodal "Gartner" freight train, 0:26:17 - LPG tank cars freight train over the fields, 0:27:15 - Between two freight trains, very foggy day, 0:29:36 - Mixed freight train departure and railway employee, 0:31:54 - Coke coal freight train, 0:33:50 - LPG tank cars freight train, old CKD loco horns, 0:35:06 - Mixed freight train with general goods and copper anodes, 0:36:48 - EMD G16 locomotive departure with tank cars freight train, 0:38:47 - Racing with train, EMD G16 locomotive acceleration sound, 0:40:22 - The same train, interesting train horning, stone ballast mixed freight train, 0:41:53 - Metal coils transportation train, 0:42:40 - Interesting and unusual locomotive engine sounds at departure, very old Czechoslovakia locomotive, LPG freight train with two locomotives, 0:46:50 - Departure and acceleration sounds, freight train for transportation of bitumen, 0:48:38 - Very slow mixed intermodal freing train, 0:52:09 - Freight train for stone ballast transport, 0:54:00 - Unusual engine sounds of the old CKD locomotive, 0:55:07 - "Cosco" intermodal freight train, 0:56:30 - Stone ballast loaded freight train, 0:57:10 - Other stone ballast mixed loaded freight train, 0:58:21 - "Cosco" intermodal freight train arrival and stopping, 0:58:52 - Short and very mixed freight train, 1:00:59 - General goods graphited freing train, 1:04:01 - Intermodal freight train, 1:06:45 - Other intermodal freight train, 1:08:41 - Great sound and smoke during EMD G16 locomotive departure and acceleration of a freight train, 1:10:20 - Sunset, railroad crossing signs and intermodal freight train for stone ballast transportation and 1:12:51 - Under train video during sunset.
This video offers over an hour a wide variety of 44 freight trains and over an hour of specific, interesting and great train / track sounds of train wheels. These specific sweet sounds of bad rails come from the very poor condition of the railway infrastructure and huge trains masses on bad rail joints.

Basically it is passing through many tunnels, many faulty track signals and bad and good tracks. On this section of the railway, from Belgrade to Mladenovac, the train passes through the old, in some places very bad track infrastructure and through overhauled sections of the railway. Regardless of the fact that this is a very short train journey, very interesting situations happened along the way.
The 3 most interesting events in this video are: 0:18:40 Home station signal in Resnik, that shows completely unusual and unclear signal signs; 1:43:15 Faulty track signal near Ralja, that stops the passing train because it has defective track balise; 2:05:26 Faulty exit signal at Ripanj train sation, that stops the passing train because it has defective track balise and train automatic stop device failure.
The most prominent infrastructure objects along the railway: 0:03:20 Tunnel "Dedinje" (L=3086m); 0:17:44 Tunnel "Kijevo II" (L=11m); 0:45:25 Bridge near Ripanj Tunel station; 0:47:52 Tunnel "Ripanj tunel" (L=1614m); 0:53:48 Bridge "Parcani" (L=186m); 0:55:30 Tunnel "Parcani" (L=230m); 0:57:12 Station Ralja (The highest point of Beograd - Nis railway line, altitude 225m); 0:59:18 Tunnel "Ralja" (L=558m) (The narrowest railway tunnel at Serbian Railways); 1:17:20 Station Mladenovac (Terminus station for this Beograd suburban train);
1:18:14 Starting the return trip from Mladenovac to Beograd Centar; 1:37:50 Tunnel "Ralja" (L=558m); 1:38:40 Station Ralja; 1:41:48 Tunnel "Parcani" (L=230m) and an old German World War II bunker; 1:43:20 Bridge "Parcani" (L=186m) and an old German World War II bunker; 1:46:54 Tunnel "Ripanj tunel" (L=1614m); 2:08:00 Railroad crossing and track signaling devices are failure; 2:32:10 Tunnel "Dedinje" (L=3086m);
Along the railway, next to the old bridges and tunnels there are old German bunkers from World War II. The bunkers were used during the war for guarding important railway objects. Most of these bunkers are along the old route of the Belgrade - Nis railway line, which is still the most important transport route and one of the most important railway lines in Serbia.
The recording was done from trains 7903 (Beograd Centar - Mladenovac) and 7904 (Mladenovac - Beograd Centar). It is a local passenger EMU train set, ZS series 412/416.

There are different passenger and freight trains that could be seen on Serbian Railways. Freight trains are mainly from international cargo traffic between Central and Eastern Europe (Budapest Ferencvaros) and Southeast Europe (Balkans; Turkey, Bulgaria, Greece...). This is one of the typical train stations which is not in the telecommand remote traffic management system. It is controlled locally, by local station train dispatcher. This local train dispatcher is like a station master, which manages train traffic in the area of its station and between its and nearby stations. Some segments of this movie, next to the trains, show local train dispatcher work place, track control panel and track switches turning. In the usual railway station, where trains moving slowly due to the generally poor condition of the tracks, details like track switches turning, railroad crossing devices and the appearance of interesting railway vehicles, make the whole movie more interesting.

Train starts ride at large plateau. Not long after, the line enters the longest tunnel "Budos" (L = 1250m ) and the line suddenly change its character to mountainous. The first half of the route line has mountainous character. There are cliffs, tunnels and great railway descent. The line runs through 12 tunnels and few bridges and continuously descends towards Podgorica. Railway line Podgorica - Niksic descends from the 636m level to an altitude of 51m. To overcome the high altitude difference at a short distance, a serpentine was made between Slap and Danilovgrad. The second half of travel the railway line meanders through the valley of the Zeta river. After the city Danilovgrad railway line is located in the plain.
The most prominent infrastructure facilities at the route are: - Tunnel "Budos" (05:40), - Railway station Ostrog (16:40), - Railway station Danilovgrad (34:30), - Railway station Spuz (47:10), - Approaching of the Belgrade-Bar railway line (59:40), - Railway station Podgorica (1:02:00).

The railway track pothole shown in this video is located at the unfinished section of track maintenance. It is interesting to see that a freight train with a low speed of movement easily passes such an extremely poor railway section. Suspension shock apsorbers and buffers properties of rolling stock bogies are doing a remarkable job and the train remains on the rails. Of course the requirement is also that the rails are constantly at a uniform distance and at a uniform height to one another.
It is interesting to see a freight train slowly passing through this rather large track irregularity, a large track hole, and very poor rail joints. The recording was created at the Serbian Railway non-electrified line between Belgrade (Pancevo) and Zrenjanin (Orlovat), in the southeastern part of Vojvodina, in Banat.

New Western Railway (Neue Westbahn) has 2 new railway tracks which allow higher train speeds. Maximum allowed speed is 250km/h, but trains operate at a maximum speed of 230km/h. Only Railjet and ICE train sets can achieve this speed. Other trains, like Westbahn Stadler KISS double-decker trains ride up to 200km/h. This tracks used by freight train traffic too.
This video shows most of rail traffic at this part of ÖBB Infrastrukture. There are ÖBB Railjet trains, DB and ÖBB ICE EMU trains, Westbahn Stadler KISS double-decker EMU trains, ÖBB regio and regio express trains and various freight trains. The surprise during the recording was new DB ICE 4 train, which is also shown in the video. Recordings were made at several locations along this line, between St. Pölten and Linz mainly near Amstetten, Aschbach, Krenstetten-Biberbach bahnhof, St.Peter-Seitenstetten, St.Valentin and between Linz and Wels, at Pasching and Hörsching.

The linking up Sarajevo and Capljina with a railway connection, required digging of 99 tunnels and construction of 65 bridges.
Very demanding and complex mountainous terrain at the route required the construction of many tunnels several kilometers long. The Neretva river canyon, in addition to being perhaps the most beautiful area on the route, caused a special way of line tracing. The line had to be raised above the river and high from the bottom of the canyon, which was flooded in many places by building numerous reservoirs along the river. Another very important and well known part of this line is the "Bradina ramp" (Bradina pass). With a few serpentines and numerous tunnels in the curves, a large altitude difference was overcome in a very short distance. The appearance of that part is especially shown at the beginning of the video. Trains overcome altitude difference of 750 meters between Bradina and Capljina (nearly 400m in the short distance from Bradina to Konjic).

Date of recording: August 2019.4K CABVIEW Capljina - Sarajevo - 99 tunnels and 65 bridges - The Neretva River Canyondulevoz2019-09-18 | The 195km long Sarajevo - Ploče railway line connects the continental part of Bosnia and Herzegovina with the Adriatic Sea coast. This video shows 163km of this railway line through the Bosnia and Herzegovina, between Sarajevo and Čapljina. Short segment of this railway line, from Čapljina to the Port of Ploče, is located in Croatia.
This line is drilled through complicated mountainous terrain, especially between Bradina and Mostar and a significant part of the line follows the Neretva River, from continental to Mediterranean nature. The 99 tunnels along this line have a total length of over 36km. There are over ten long tunnels. The longest is tunnel "Jedrenje" (3239m) and tunnel "Ivan" (3221m). There are more than 60 bridges. The most significant are "Jablanica", "Stara Drežnica", "Tarčins viaducts" and bridges over the Neretva river.
The most scenic parts of the line Sarajevo - Čapljina are along the Neretva River Canyon and over the Bradina Pass. Several dams make large accumulations on the river. The track follows these accumulations and has a constant slope from the Adriatic Sea to the highest point in Bradina. Between Sarajevo and Konjic, the line climbs over the mountain with a few serpentines. These serpentines and a very large slope of 24‰ (total track resistance of 25,9‰) makes the famous "Bradina Pass". At this part of the railway, the largest number of tunnels were drilled in order to overcome the large height difference at the shortest possible distance. The lowest point of the line is 7m at Čapljina and the highest point is 756m at Bradina.
This video recorded from passenger Talgo train number 720 (Čapljina - Sarajevo). Many significant details of the route and train, such as maximum speed, slow order speed, limit speed, location, altitude and objects like tunnels and bridges are shown in the video.
Date of recording: August 2019.4K CABVIEW Resnik - Pančevo (Belgrade Railway Junction - freight train ride)dulevoz2019-07-30 | As all important railway lines meet in Belgrade, the Belgrade Railway Junction (BRJ) is the most important, complex and largest railway intersection on the Serbian railway network. The BRJ consist of 17 stations, 11 intersections, 10 rail tunnels and 4 large railway bridges over the rivers.
Considering that the construction of the BRJ has never been fully completed as it planned, the lines for the passenger and freight traffic are not fully separated in the central city area. Freight trains run on almost all lines of the BRJ. As the construction of a new railway line between Belgrade and Novi Sad is currently underway, freight trains on the most important railway transit route between the south and the north of the country had to change their route. These changes force much of the freight rail transport towards the Pancevo Railway Junction. Due to these changes, it is interesting to take a freight train ride through the central part of the city.
This video shows the cab ride from Resnik (the BRJ southernmost station), to Pancevo main station (the first and main station of the Pancevo Railway Junction). So, this is the ride from suburban part of the city, through and under the urban parts and again towards the suburban of Belgrade. The ride is 35km long and takes place through the two longest rail tunnels of the BRJ. These are the tunnel "Vračar" (3510m long) and tunnel "Dedinje" (3086m long). Passing through these tunnels may be the most interesting part of the video. Particularly interesting is the tunnel Dedinje as well as passing through the underground passenger station Vukov spomenik, below one of the central parts of the Belgrade. The ride also takes place through several other tunnels, due to the complexity of the connections at this railway junction. Also, there is a crossing of the Danube river (old steel railroad bridge "Pančevački most") and crossing the Tamish river, near Pančevo.
For this train ride it is used an intermodal freight train and all relevant details about the train, the locomotive, the route and during the ride, are shown in the video.

Hundreds of passenger and most diverse freight trains pass this section every day. This video shows the hilly section between Choceň and Ústí nad Orlicí (primarily near Brandýs nad Orlicí and Bezpráví).
Considering the hilly terrain there are several large railway curves and train speeds are around 80km/h. This makes this section of the railway very picturesque and beautiful for photography and filming trains. A very large number of trains makes interesting situations on a large part of the recordings. The video shows many frames with simultaneous passing of two trains.
On this section there are several railroad crossings. They are activated for most of the day, because they have an incredibly large number of lowering due to the very large number of trains.
The video shows various passenger trains such as Euro City (EC trains), express trains, fast trains, Regiojet, Railjet, City Elephant and most other regional and local trains of Czech Railways and different private railway operators. In the freight railway transport, numerous private railway operators are also shown. Among them there are ČD Cargo trains, Metrans intermodal trains, Unipetrol Doprava tank trains and many others freight trains.

First method shows Russian technology for lifting and removing old track panels. Second method is a combination of using several different machines in order to achieve the same. The first method: from 0:00 to 10:43 and from 17:06 to the end; The second method: from 10:43 to 17:06
On several sections of old railway lines, as part of the railway reconstruction projects, some parts of the old railway track have to be removed. To be removed the old track had to cut into parts, up to 25m length. In this video, each part of old rail track is track panel of about 22.5m long. It has about 38 sleepers, rails type UIC 49 and have a mass of about 12 tons.
These works are performed at Serbian railways as a part of the reconstruction of Belgrade - Novi Sad - Subotica railway line. Part of the works on the section between Stara Pazova and Novi Sad is performed by the company of Russian Railways. Russian technology uses a large rail crane for rail track panels lifting and Russian Railways vehicles for rail track panels transporting.
Another method shows reconstruction works at one section of the Belgrade railway junction. To be lifted and carried away the old track, it's used combination of some heavy rail machines. Excavator is used for moving the track to achieve enough space for making a crane path. Another excavator is creating a crane path of two rails outside the existing old railway track. Upon completion of the crane path, a special crane is used for lifting the old track. These works include the Bulgarian locomotive (Romanian manufacturer), Romanian wagons, some Austrian heavy rail machinery, works are performed by Serbian workers and this reconstruction of Serbian railways is done under the leadership of a Chinese company...
Old track panels are usually transported to old, local railway lines all over Serbian railways that will be reconstructed using these panels.
Transporting of old rail panels: from 22:31 to the video end.
