Trip to Folly Beach SC, Morris Island! Shark tooth hunting! Heavenly Hills Homestead 2024-10-17 | Today we went to our yearly vacation to Folly Beach and took the kids to Morris Island 🏝️ to hunt shark teeth and find sea shells!! Did a little fishing but nothing was caught this time, we love this beach!! It’s our favorite beach/place to be away from home with the beautiful scenery and awesome people it’s where I want to live when I’m not home!! It’s CROCKTOBER 2024!! Country Fried Steak in a crockpot!! Heavenly Hills Homestead 2024-10-14 | Like to thank JENI’S SCRATCH MADE KITCHEN & KETTLE KITCHEN for hosting this awesome collaboration!! #crocktober is awesome and I hope you all watch all the videos!! Today we’re making COUNTRY FRIED STEAK in a crockpot!! You need either cubed steak or TOP ROUND steak which is what we use, we use 8-10 steaks. Do not pay attention to me misspeaking on the measurements, I put them down below!! You will need the following ingredients:::::Top Round steak or cubed steak 1 large can of cream of chicken 1 Lipton onion soup packets2 Au Jus gravy packs1TBSP pink salt1 tbsp pepper1 tbsp garlic powder1/2 tbsp onion powder1/2 tbsp tumeric1/4 tsp mustard 3 cubes of beef bullion Cornstarch to your likingAdd pink salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, tumeric, mustard, beef bullion to the crockpot full of water and get it heated and bullion cubes dissolved, add steaks to the pot and cook for 4 hours on high. Take meat out of crockpot and and the cream of chicken, Au Jus packs, and Liptons onion soup and stir until cream of chicken is dissolved then start adding cornstarch for your desired consistency once you have it add back the steaks and cook for 30 mins!! Cook mashed potatoes or rice to eat with it and bona-petite!! We chose Haiti 🇭🇹 first our country and the first go round got lost so we had to do a second one and fast so we chose the super easy Haitian food Shish Kebab!!
