NHL 20 Error Cant get into an Online Game FIX Brianstormed 2019-09-13 | A solution to your "failed to retrieve data" issue that you may not have! You don't even have to watch the video, if you want to just read the description for the solution:Simply hard reset your Xbox/PS4 (turn it off completely) and when you turn it back on try to go into an online game again. If that doesn't work, do it again, and again. After about 5 or so hard resets, it should work. I wouldn't do it more than 10 times, because you likely have a different issue compared to me.~~~~~~~~~~If you enjoyed the video, feel free to like it.
