If I see somewhere I think would be neat to fly at, I can pull it out and take a quick flight!This video was originally intended to be a test of some advanced stabilization software. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get that to work. The gimbal I'm using has the bad habit of violently shaking, which I'm hoping to rectify in the future with better gimbal motors and software.To avoid the danger of flying over an active road, I chose to fly under the overpass - If you want to pull that move, be sure you turn off GPS mode!

LSU Garrison Flag - Chancellors Day 2015 - CardellaTK In Search of: Awesome 2015-04-30 | Each spring the LSU Corps of Cadets raises a Garrison flag over the Parade ground - A massive flag, in preparation for Chancellor's Day. The Corps of Cadets assembles on the Parade Ground, and performs a ceremonial "pass and review" for the Chancellor and assorted guests. The flag is so massive that it takes about ten people to carry it.This video highlights some of the landmarks of LSU. The Camponelli Bell Tower is a memorial to LSU Alumni who lost their lives fighting in World War I. The flag and concrete structure below it are known as the LSU War Memorial, dedicated to the LSU alumni who were killed, or missing in action.On a personal note, this video is a series of "Firsts". Due to heavy (17mph) winds, I've tried to work in video stabilization. I think that might have dropped the visual quality a little bit, but it at least makes the video more watchable. Every now and then bigger gusts still have caused a jump or two in the footage.The music is "National Emblem" by the United States Army Concert Band.Thanks for watching!

The crash at the end took out two props and sliced the wiring harness, meaning I have to fix it before I can power up the quad again. Oops.For all the rotorheads, I'm running cleanflight and set the flip/roll adjustment to .35. It's a little slow, so I might up it to about .45... That is, after I repair the damage.
