THE HUNT - Makrele and Sardine Run in Magdalena Bay, Mexico Lukas Walter 2021-03-10 | Makrele and Sardine Run in Magdalena Bay, Baja California Sur, Mexico in October 2020. Camera used Sony A6500 with a 10-18mm F4 Sony e-mount lens in a Nauticam housing. In October Striped Marlins start to congregate in the pacific off Magdalena Bay, Mexico to hunt baitballs of Sardines and Makreles. Other pelagic predators such as Orcas, Sailfish and Dolphins can been seen. Sealions also join the party. All was done snorkeling/free diving, no scuba diving.

At the time pride was four strong lionesses with ten cubs.
