One thing led to another, and we decided to make a real cover out of it. George played monstrous bass, recorded the extra vocals. Leo did a fantastic job singing the lyrics and playing some challenging guitars. We did the mix ourselves - I did the drums and Leo worked on his guitars and vocals. All the video editing was done by Leo and it took months of work on all sides! We can finally present the finished video and we're very proud of it, hope you like it!

I really admire his style - it's so refined, classy and has extraordinary finesse for this hardcore style. Almost seems effortless until you sit down and try to play it, not a single hit out of place and you really get a feeling they composed the drums with great care and detail. In Bloom - Nirvana - Drum Cover Drum Ape 2020-05-18 | Please, consider a small donation to my channel here: buymeacoffee.com/DrumApeI try to recreate the drums for this awesome track by Nirvana. This is "In Bloom" from the 1991 album "Nevermind".The hardest part was trying to at least resemble the drums' sound. I used triggers for the snare and kick to get that recognisable gated snare reverb sound, however working with triggers requires a lot of after-touch work which took hours and hours. As an amateur mixing engineer this was no small feat for me.
