I was honored to get to help plan their meet-up dinner and activism speech along with Tammy Warren, Jeremy Glogower and VEG MI! We had a great turnout and everyone had a wonderful time. The food was delicious! Natasha and Luca gave a moving, inspirational, educational and MOTIVATIONAL speech to a captivated crowd! It was a great night. Natasha and Luca are the first vegans I learned from and was inspired by and they've always been my favorites! They have dedicated their life's work to the vegan cause and are making SUCH a huge impact on the vegan movement with this tour. Vegan Taco Pasta in my Instant Pot! CRAZY EASY!!! Your Vegan Friend Tonia 2019-12-19 | Another YouTube channel-Midnight Munchies and More created this but they made it in a pan so I wanted to see if it transferred to an Instant Pot. It did!! The film was a really hard watch. It was brutal but very important. The film is so well done and when it launches online it's going to motivate and change a lot of people.Earlier in the day I got a chance to see James speak on his vegan journey and we chatted briefly. After seeing the film and listening to James' words on it I asked a group of people if they wanted to give me their thoughts on it for a video. James and Carly were standing there and he decided to turn the tables and interview me instead! I'm honored that he took his time to make this video with me. Thank you James. Peaceful Vigil with That Vegan Couple in Detroit, Mi June 6th, 2018 Your Vegan Friend Tonia 2018-06-06 | Today we bore witness to the sheep and lambs that are being killed in Detroit. We had the honor of having Natasha and Luca from That Vegan Couple join us and show us how they've done things in various other cities. This was my first experience of saying goodbye to the animals. I found I was on an emotional roller coaster of anger, sadness and numbness the whole time I was there. But, It was important to share this info with others so i'm glad I went and will be going again. The group was amazing. There was a great turnout and there was a great, supportive vibe from all.
