Bills Open carry stop Plymouth, WI chuckley54494 2013-11-19 | this is my friend bill. hey was stopped in Plymouth,WI open carrying a pistol and his mossberg J.I.C. the police and bill handled it nicely. the first cop did not have reasonable suspicion, said he was not being detained but did not let him go on his way. the second cop showed up and knew him. let him go on his way.
