This is a shortened version of what you hear in the video, since if you listen closely you may notice that it actually repeats!
As such, I arranged the ending a bit to make it more final, or something like that, feel free to tinker a bit and add extra repeats if you want~
Most of what I think about Yume Nikki was expressed in the description of the previous transcription video, so not much to type here really...
The theories behind Yume Nikki have definitely interested me more into its universe, it's a real shame that, after all these years, there just aren't enough pieces of art or music dedicated to the game, sure there's quite a sizable amount, but there needs to be more! It's selfish, but I always wish games like these had as much art and music produced... I can rant forever about these things so I'll stop here.
Ehh... by the way, I've been thinking for a while now, and I'd love to LP .flow. It'll be blind, but I hope my playing in Yume Nikki will lend itself to structuring the LP better.

Uhh, so I was originally gunna type up some talk about getting the run and things like that but that'd be too bloggy, and I'd rather save it for a post-commentary, heh~
This run was super hard to get, definitely the hardest achievement by far, and I'm freaking glad it's over, yaay!
I now aim to score in SA Lunatic, first objective would be to learn up on all the scoring strats which I've been mostly ignoring in my previous scoring runs, such as a proper route in stage 1, a ton of major super grazes all over the place, stage 4's entirety, and things like that. I don't plan for this to be done super fast though, I'm sleepy and ain't in a rush, hehe.
This Medley contains both Ib's theme, 'Memory', and Garry's theme, 'Hide and Seek'.
A big thanks to Frusen, 12345zaim and all the others who requested and have waited very paitently for this transcription, I hope you all enjoy it and find it useful! ^^
TIP!: Feel free to be quite liberal with the tempo! (I've written rubato everywhere! hehe~)
Transcription took about 2 months, although very on and off and with a large portion having little to no access to the internet and my piano ;w;
This certainly was a lot tougher than my previous transcriptions, but the majority of the difficulty arouse from the bloody fact it's full of rubato. I'll definitely have to consider carefully the next time I transcribe a piece with a lot of rubato, the tempo changes can be surprisingly tricky to emulate accurately when creating the midi file.
I've learnt quite a bit more about the nuances of sibelius, and I reckon I'm getting a bit better at controlling live playback velocities etc. This has been a pretty fun piece to work on P:
Ib is a wonderful game, one of my first and favourite of its type. Ib, Garry and Mary are all awesome characters, massive thumbs up to Kouri for making this game! I look forward to seeing more of its kind~
If there's anything I've got to complain about in this piece, it'd probably be that there's no Mary!! ;_; I like Mary...
Midi file: http://www.mediafire.com/?bsezeh1gawahn00 (Because I made the Midi to tailor towards a VST I customised, the playback from Synthesia's default player may sound peculiar. However, I hope viewing the bpm tempo changes and having control over the note speed in synthesia may help you ^^)

First found the piece when it was uploaded by MarlyFlowerXI over a year ago! Excellent piece~
Transcription started on 8th of May, but as always things were very on and off, so it took a lot longer than expected!
This piece is very lively and requires quite a bit more dexterity compared to previous transcriptions (in my poopy opinion~ P: ).
The ending section with lots of octaves can cause some people problems if they are not used to playing strings of quick octaves. For tips on how to play octaves better, there are a few guides around the internet, to start you off here's a video by Shawn Cheek which can be useful to check out! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O4C4t6a2kFc
You'll also have to jump your left hand over (or under, depending on preference and situation etc.) the right hand at times in this piece, it can be a bit tricky, but I've always found pieces which do this a ball of fun~
Once again, I'm learning a lot from this ^^ Tons of secret velocity changes on notes in sibelius to better simulate the original's dynamics~
BITPLANE is definitely one of my favourite Touhou piano arrangers, it's always a pleasure to hear their work and I can't wait to hear more!

First found the piece back when MrRay5472 first uploaded it back on Oct 19, 2012, and man it's a lovely piece!
Transcription of the piece started on the 1st of May and I'm pretty surprised that I've broken a personal record for how soon this was completed, 4 days as oppose to the usual months, haha!
I learnt a TON whilst transcribing this piece, hehe, I feel that there are definitely some parts of the transcription which can be worked on, but the sheet as it is more than fills the purpose of playing through the piece, so rather than slaving away for a few weeks whilst I rack my head over things I'll pop it up for people to play through ^^.
Pico is a very good composer, I quite like his/her other pieces and look forwards to more of his/her work!

I first found this piece on the 17th of March thanks to a nice person on LoL who linked it. Work on this transcription, like most things, has been very on and off (more off than on, haha) but efforts this past week to complete it helped with finishing it off today~
I've learnt quite a few new things about Sibelius, hehe, as well as transcribing in general, this has been a very nice learning process.
Although the piece was not as tricky to transcribe as "Have a nice trip!" it was still enjoyable to do and gave its own few problems~
The Aki sisters really don't see much attention, huh? ... It's a shame, they're quite a cute pair!

I started working on this back at the start of December (2012), although the whole thing was very on and off. The past few months I wasn't able to do much, however this past week I managed to dig up the files for this and get back to working on it again!
This has definitely been a learning experience, and I believe I've gotten a bit better since my previous transcriptions (just a lil', heh)!
I'm dearly smitten by Orin, and both her stage and boss theme are some of my favourite themes in Touhou.
Take this transcription as a tribute to my fondness of Orin.

I recently got into Yume Nikki (just yesterday actually), and after blind running for a few hours and gathering half the total effects, it started to grow on me.
After "completing" the game with the tips from the wiki, I feel that this game is... saddening. I've played very few games where I find myself wandering in confusing, desolate, chaotic areas, only to find myself being strangely relaxed. The game is intriguing. It's creepy, but after walking around the creepy for an hour, you get used to it, and you can eventually look past it, and start thinking more about what the creepy is. What I'm typing totally makes sense by the way...
This is my first 'finished' transcription, and it's nice I guess.
It's not a complete transcription of the orchestral, not by far, ooh no, but there are some bits of the orchestral which would take a bit of time to figure out, and I'm not too much of a fan of those sections... not that they're bad! They're just... something else.
I may do more transcriptions in time when I find pieces I like which haven't already been transcribed, but really...
... this is my hat off to Yume Nikki, and one of the few things I can do for the game.
The game isn't LP material, at least not for me. It's great, but the hours of wandering when doing it blind (which is the state I want to be in when I LP things) aren't too good for me. At least I'm unsure if I can talk on end for several hours, haha. Because of that, all I can really do for Yume Nikki is transcribe its themes, and of all the themes, this one came up as one of the very lovely ones.
I am interested in some of the fangames which have come from Yume Nikki. So maybe those might be something~
I may also learn this piece and play it live some time, it's not too hard, but I've got quite a few Ib and Touhou pieces to complete first!
Thanks to brocksnort for uploading the original arrange from NND!

Mary has a lovely, waltzy theme! She's a fun, childish character who I'm really fond of!
KazeSensei2929 pointed out in the last video that the cover was too short and I should add another loop, so in this cover Mary's theme gets a second loop because it's also really short! It's an elegant theme~
Once again, thanks to Findlay and the Touhou Piano Transcribing Project for giving help and tips with recording!
Thanks to Repedee for introducing me to this game!
And massive thanks to Burton Ruan for transcribing the piece!
Are viewers alright with the images? Should I carry on sticking images before and/or after the video? This is all a sorta test on what might be liked the most, so if people think having images around the video is kinda silly, please go right ahead and say so!
Really, there's just so much good Ib art around, I had to find a way to stick em somewhere, haha (^ ^ ;
I''ll probably be uploading some more Ib piano covers whilst uploading the Ib LP parts, so please stay tuned!
Once again,
Massive thanks to 海老福 for producing this arrange and the sheets for Ib's theme!

Massive thanks to 海老福 for producing this arrange and the sheets for Ib's theme!
I am considering doing a Let's Play of Ib, it's a lovely game although I failed in my first and only run to reach the "good" ending - doing so will be the main aim of the LP. I'm also unsure whether to voice-act or not, considering that voice acting is a pretty uncertain thing unless you're really really good (which I'm not!).

This was one of the more fun stages to perfect, the stage portion is relatively short and simple, whilst Utsuho's fight is adrenaline pumping and hot as hell!
I think I will be anotating this video too, considering there're quite a few things to talk about in it, so this description will be quite short...
At least now that I've practically perfected all of SA Lunatic's stages (Perfect Stages 1-3 happen alot in actual runs outside of recordings, so I'm good with that), I should be able to get that No-Bomb run!
Please wait a few more years for a Perfect of the entire game, haha.
Technically, No-Miss, No-Bomb, however safespotting the last spell isn't really in the spirit of things.
There is absolutely no reason NOT to safespot for survival or scoring purposes though, and that is the reason why I never really learnt how to do it (it's a static thing, so it's learnable), but with all the graze it gives, and a free spell capture... it was too tempting.
Wasn't really aiming for a "Perfect" run eitherway as this was simply practice for my No-Bomb run, but when I knew I could get this, I couldn't resist safespotting BoWaP to safeguard the run, considering I haven't learnt it yet.
I'll learn it some time in the future, but as of now, this is how I would like all my ReimuA stage 4s to look like, whether it be for No-Death or No-Bomb runs P:Touhou 11 Subterranean Animism: Perfect Stage 5 Lunatic!Nindella2012-09-25 | Perfect run of Stage 5 SA Lunatic: No Deaths, No Bombs, No Wall-Hax-Gapping, No Trivialising Popcorn Section by not shooting and timing down midboss, and No Safespotting/Cheesing Orin's non-spells.
Also included is a No-Focus, No Vertical (Bottom of the screen) of the Blue Ying-Yang Orb section at the start of the stage, really because after so long of grinding, why the hell not.
I am incredibly proud of this run, and I've been aspiring to do this ever since I first 1cc'd this game on Normal. Kefit's run has also been great inspiration, as well as the few other players who have over the years also managed to accomplish this.
I dearly love this stage, it's music, and Orin *hugs plushie* so to have finally completed this is a major step in my personal Touhou career.
I'm also considering Post-Commentating this in another video, or at least annotating this current video. Please leave your thoughts about that if anyone is particularly interested.

It's not that bad to time down (or even time out! But you wouldn't want to do that in an actual run) and that can be useful in reducing the streaming section which comes right after.
Very fun! A must for everyone!
The only downsides are that this spell needs more orbs and needs to last alot longer!
Just something to fill the time, veery short video, so I understand if no one is happy with this silliness.
Unfortunately, I've just moved out and am quite busy at the moment, so we'll see when I'll have the peace and time to record something actually substantial!Touhou 12 UFO: Full Lunatic 1cc by Coreven.Nindella2012-08-28 | Full run of Touhou 12, UFO 1cc on Lunatic by Coreven using ReimuA, uploaded by request.
There are 2 very short pauses in the recording, those were me trying to fix fraps lag (damn you fraps!).
Quite possibly one of the best 1st 1cc runs of UFO Lunatic I've seen. Even with a few missed UFO summons and deliberately missed UFO tokens, as well as a few silly deaths, this run manages to pull an amazing 6 lives and 6 bombs for the Byakuren fight.
Excess bombing on LFS is key to victory!
Congratulations Cor, this 1cc is definitely well deserved considering the time and effort put into it.
Cor's replay can be downloaded here: http://replays.gensokyo.org/download.php?id=23360Touhou 11 SA: Perfect Lunatic Orin!Nindella2012-08-15 | This is a perfect fight against Orin; No misses, no bombs. One more step towards perfecting Stage 5 on Lunatic!
I suppose I could do the 2nd non-spell without the cheesing method, just for the sake of feeling more good inside, but it doesn't matter too much considering it's no where near as hard as any of her other spells and non-spells (*cough* penultimate non-spell). However, I reckon I've gotten the hang of everything she throws at you, woohoo!
Someone should try doing Utsuho's last spell on Lunatic on the sides or above her with MarisaB's awesome shot, that'd be pretty awesome! (I probably won't any time soon, seen replay for reference attempt).
I would have recorded my reaction and stuff live, but I really wasn't excepting to actually pull it off so soon, so no "What! Oh my god are you serious!? Holy **** YESS!! *slam table*" for you!
