It was tricky keeping interest up throughout the whole thing as the first half of the drops are very very basic, i had no choice but to rely on the power of the chord hits to keep it exciting, and using loudness to make a song interesting probably isn't the best way of going about things. Kessoku Band - Karakara [8 Bit Cover] Lchavasse 2023-05-11 | to anyone that still cares: i know uploads over the past many years have been intensely spotty and i haven't really said anything as to why. the reason is pretty much that my functionality as a human being has been gradually deteriorating since 2017. anxiety, depression, stuff like that. i've tried to get back into the swing of things multiple times but it hasn't really worked so i'm no longer going to be expecting it to. i still do love music, and i love making things, but i haven't really had the motivation to do anything substantial in a while. having a lot of eyes on me makes me feel like if i am going to come back it should be some kind of big and meaningful return to form, but the years go by and i think it's just unrealistic for me to have such high expectations for myself. all that is to say: don't expect anything too much from me, and thank you to anyone who still keeps up with my work for some reason
