Band-Maid: A Double THRILL TONY GRIFFIN 2024-02-03 | This is a homage and a very deep bow to the perfect, precise and polished playing skills of all the members of Band-Maid.A new reactor (CoachCastTV) to Band-Maid played a double bill of THRILL (live during Okyu-ji 2021 and the official MV) at youtu.be/splBOuRx_Ys?si=8ogPbicC9_iaaGIp and commented on the precision of their playing it live...which got me thinking...just how perfect a version, tempo-wise, is the live compared to the MV? Turns out - though not surprisingly, Rock goddess maestros that they all are - it is a very precise performance, down to the second! So...I mixed the audio of both versions down into one track and then took both videos, removed their audio, divided them up into alternate 5-10 second intervals and stitched it all together into this.

Babymetal - Full Sonisphere 2014 performance - The Western Breakout Concert (+ SuMetal interview) TONY GRIFFIN 2021-09-24 | Babymetal played Sonisphere, UK in July 2014, when MoaMetal and YuiMetal were just 15 and SuMetal was 16. It was their first Metal festival outside Japan but by the time they'd finished their 5 song set, they had won over a new fanbase and were set to conquer the UK, Europe, the USA and the rest of the world. This is that performance, which I've put together from a number of fan cams and videos.
