Weedeater Powered RC Boat Connor Neuse 2019-02-06 | A test run of my 44" RC boat powered by a 25CC Homelite 2 stroke weedeater engine. A lot of the drivetrain itself was purchased from a RC store (prop, flex shaft to drive shaft conversion, rudder, trim tabs)and some of it is engineered on the spot with the help of some trial runs. My main problem now is the boat "rolling" to the right at speed and a constant pull to the right but it will be worked out and tuned in with time. I'm using a $40 radio system from amazon and a couple $15 water proof servos. The engine is stock besides a new carb with bigger venturi and running no muffler.
