If force deployed or deployed to recruit a drafted unit, undrafted units may facetank without countering, trade items, rescue other undrafted units, or initiate the "Talk" command but no other action. Any "illegal" action either requires a reset or a 1 minute penalty. Emulator speed up is not allowed5. Eliwood, Ninian, Nils, Mathew and Merlinus are free at all times.
