GPJ Streams - Final Fantasy VII Remake - Hard Mode (part 5) + Splatoon Raiders Direct Reaction GamesPerJustin 2026-07-04 | Get ready for the wackiest part of this entire playthrough. Today in FF7 Remake, we're going through Wall Market, the shady shopping/entertainment district of Midgar's undercity. Here, we'll be helping out some interesting locals, reuniting with a goofball we met earlier in the game, getting into some insanely bizarre fights, and forcing Cloud to do things he would NEVER do on his own to save Tifa from Don Corneo and help her get the info she's here for. Not only that, but we're going to play through this entire chapter TWICE to unlock both side quest paths and get both manuscripts for Cloud so we can further upgrade his weapons.Also, at the start of today's stream, I'm gonna take some time to watch the Splatoon Raiders direct. I've been keeping myself in the dark about it for the past few days so I could give you guys my first reaction to it. You've been hyping this up to me, so I can't wait to see what they're doing this time around for the series.We've also got a lot to do next week, and by a lot, I mean 3-4 days of live streams! This is not a speedrun or a 100% guide. This is simply my first blind playthrough of the long-awaited sequel. Not saying that I'm going to, but I'll TRY to get 100% on this playthrough. If I don't pull it off, and if I like the game enough, I'll take some time practicing a 100% run and do a second playthrough.This stream not only continues the Metroidmania series I recently brought back with my newest speedrun guide for Metroid Dread, but is also the first entry to a subseries within that I'm calling Metroidmania Prime. In this series, I'm aiming to 100% the mainline Metroid Prime games. That means all of the items and all of the scans needed to get 100% in every game in the Prime series, starting with Prime 4 and then Primes 1 Remastered, Prime 2: Echoes, and finally Prime 3: Corruption. This won't include Hunters or Federation Force, though, because I don't have those games, and I don't have a way to record them, at least for now (definitely not Federation Force because I just don't feel like playing that one). I won't be doing one game immediately after the other, though, because I'll need time to practice each run before I decide to go for it, so there will be other streams in between each game to pass the time. In anticipation of next week's release of Metroid Prime 4: Beyond, I am reviving my first ever multi-game series, and I'm starting off with the game that got me so excited that I decided to start this series in the first place! Today, I revisit Metroid Dread one more time to do a brand new speedrun guide, with new sequence breaks, new exploits, new tricks, and a wildly different route than the one I did back in 2021!Please keep in mind, this is not a legitimate speedrun. Today, we finish the layer we're on as we near the core of the planet. Are we finally reaching the end game, or will we just be knocking on the core's door be the end of today?
