Return announcement TimeLordParadox 2024-02-25 | An announcement for my return.Long story short. For the past three years my Dad has been battling cancer, that's why updates have been so sluggish. Unfortunately, in November of last year, he passed away and I've been reeling from that for a while. His death has made me realise how short life is as he died with stuff he wanted to do, but never got around to.This ultimately means I won't be as active as I used to before 2020, as I want to do other things, but I won't neglect my sprite cartoons.I want to get back into my sprite projects sometime soon. But look out for the complete Chapter 13-14 of Mario and Luigi: The Mask.Also, looking out for the part of Mario and Sonic Adventures which I never got around to finishing last year.To ease myself back into the creative process I might have a crack at making audiobooks again of my fan fiction, but I won't neglect my sprite cartoons.I've also been working on a novel, which I hope to get published sometime this year.So yeah. (Re-release) Mario and Luigi: The Mask Chapter 3 the Masquerade part 2 TimeLordParadox 2016-06-09 | (Had to be re-edited and re-released due to a copyright claim.) (I had to re-edit the Smooth Criminal scene as the remix I did on the music apparently wasn't enough to get around the copyright system forever. I've now used the Sega version used for the Moonwalker video game. In some ways it works and someways it doesn't but it's the best I could do.)Chapter 3 Part 2 Luigi in the guise the Mask has given him has just robbed Bowser's safe of all its coins and now intends to high tail it out of there. However when he hears Bowser yell out 'Someone hit the alarm' Luigi just can't resist but oblige, but not in the way Bowser was expecting.The liquid creature has taken over the injured Koopa and after Luigi flees with the coins the unknown creature attempts to educate Bowser on a Norse God called Loki.Luigi decides to keep the Mask a secret from Mario so he can continue to have more nights of heroic adventures like this one and he dubs his new Super Hero identity as 'the Green Thunder'.Now I know the Green Thunder is technically Mr. L Luigi's alter ego from the paper Mario series, but I think Green Thunder is a super hero name he would've wanted to use if he ever became famous.You'll probably be able to catch a few homage's to my favourite TV series and cartoons here and there. Plus for fun there are a few hidden messages if you can find them. ;)I don't think I'll bring back the Koopalings into the series again. Their sprites don't have a lot of range of movment and most of what I wanted to do with them I couldn't do.(Unfortunately I won't be able to keep up with the monthly updates for a while for two reasons, partly due to other commitments, partly because of other projects, but mostly because I have to write the next episode before I can animate it. :D But rest assured I'll try to at least get 2 more episodes out before the end of the year.)
