The space battle no that’s not right the space chase no, the space waste because it is a waste of your time and mine.Hello and welcome to Star Wars Grand Moff I am the Grand Moff and I want to talk about the 12 mins and 18 seconds space battle. And you will be happy to know I had to rewatch this battle serval times in order to research it, so you’re welcome. It doesn’t get any better with a rewatch or 5.The battle starts at 16:40 in the episode and ends 28:58. That’s is a 12 mins and 18 seconds for a space battle. We should have known what was coming with the episode titled time to fly. So not only is the space battle too long there is no need for it. Let me explain Ahsoka’s ship is being attacked but enemy spit fires. And I want to pause it there. We know Ahsoka can’t die, Sabine won’t die so there is no way this ship will be destroyed. Also the enemy fighters have two character I also knew won’t die. So, just the filler guys to die, sorry man it’s not up to me.But that is not my main problem with it I understand for a story to work a character has to stay alive, but the writer needs to make this seem realistic rather than giving them plot armour.This is my biggest issue with this battle. The level of plot armour is ridiculous.The enemy shot about 600 shots and I think it was more but it is impossible to count the amount of shots that come out. Roughly 200 in the first chase and then 200 turbo laser shots followed but another 200 in the chase that follows. Imagine needed 600 + shots to take down one ship a peace vessel and still not being able to do it.Two of the pilots are force wielders which means they should be more likely to hit their target right, well you might say that Ahsoka is a force weirder and they cancel each other out. Ok then what about the ships. Ahsoka’s ship is a peace vessel not made for combat. Whereas the enemy ships are fighters and as the name might suggest they fight. As for the turbo lasers on the hyperspace ring they should also be super affective on Ahsoka’s ship, but no.The plot armour is so ridiculous, and this is not what Star Wars fans want. Compare this to the space battle of rouge one where they are desperately trying to win the fight. It’s a losing battle but they try anyway to defeat the evil empire. We don’t know if any of them will survive, and shots have meaning. We have a stake in the fight.Then there’s this the enemy firers missing so many shots even when Ahsoka’s ship is not dodging. Missing 5 out of 6 shots.I estimate about 100 shots hit Ahsoka’s ship and it still didn’t get destroyed even when the shields were off.There is so much more wrong with this episode like Ahsoka saying anyone can be a Jedi with hard work. (The force doesn’t work like that.) that’s right Han. Or the rip out new hope bits. But they are for another video.

Let’s rewind. And Allow Mace to pick different Jedi. He must choose 4 Jedi to arrest the Chancellor. He does not have to pick himself and for this what if we will say he can call back any Jedi he needs for this mission. Who should he pick? If I was there to advise Windu these would be my picks.Pick number one is of course mace Windu out of the original four he is the only one who could go toe to toe with Sidious. And thinking about it the expression toe to toe makes me cringe a little. Anyway, there is debate whether Mace won the original fight or palpitation let him win but there is no debate that he is at least on par with with the senate. Now I am thinking about tennis. I need to stop with these analogies.Pick number 2 Yoda, I know so unexpected. You may of thought this was my wild card. When thinking of the strongest Jedi master, no not you Anakin you are not a master Windu and Yoda will always be in that conversation. Yoda is the only Jedi I know who makes Sidious run away. Yes Palpatine was weakened at the time but it is important to note that he saw Yoda is a real threat. Also in the battle between the two Yoda almost won if the two positions were reversed in this scene Yoda would have been the victor and Sidious would have fallen.So, we have two heavy hitters who can go toe to toe (eh) still don’t like that expression with the dark Lord, no the dark lord of the Sith. Oh come on.Pick number 3 Now this is the one where I have to admit something. I was wrong. I feel like I am doing one of those videos.(We are sorry southpark clip) In the past I thought this Jedi’s weak force shield would make him easy picking for Sidious. I am of course talking about Darth JarJar (Use gotta die clip) no only joking I am talking about Obi Wan Kenbio I know I know in previous videos I did not want to pick him but I have reallychanged my mind. His defensive abilities in form 3 will make him perfect for holding off the corkscrew or whatever this is and his link to Anakin I think would help stop Anakin from falling to the Dark Side.Pick 4 I have two names that are interchangeable for me. Plo Koon and sin drealec These two are both master sword men in their own right and would both be excellent picks for the team. There is a reason I haven’t reviewed the Actolye yet. Because we are in an endless loop. The endless cycle of Star Wars producing poor quality shows and then blaming the fans. In this never-ending cycle. Everytime it comes to two main sticking points. The Politics and the Story. Let’s start with the Politics. Disnesy and Star Wars has been called woke. I would describe it a the far left. Before you flame me in the comments. I personally am left wing, what I would describe as the reasonable left. I have no problem with lesbian space witches, even though I know main do. My problem is with the poor-quality show you are producing. We could talk about politics all day with the preferred pronouns of an alien animal tracker, but this is just Hollywood, Disney and Star Wars being out of touch with the rest of the world. The only thing I want to talk about is the story. The writers of Star Wars seem to deal with crits something like this. The main character seems pretty 2d with poor character development. Notice the criticism is about the story or character. Reply, You just hate woman, you must be rastis. No, if they are a poorly written character they are a poorly character. That has nothing to do with race or gender. It is to do with talent and direction. Star Wars has had this problem even with the prequels and I complained against the dialogue then. That was George and Hayden. Am I also sexist against white men too? The answer is no. the Answer is stop using politics as a crunch to make excuses for your bad show. Stop blaming your loyal fans. And do better.

This game is fun not balanced. In modern gaming so many games focus heavily on balance and don’t get me wrong this is a good thing but don’t except it for Star Wars bf classic collection. As you can see part of what made the game so fun is moaning people down, heroes having godly powers, and being the force for change in these battle. Yes kill them all. I mean silent waiting silently. As a child playing this game I found out so many ways to break or cheese the AI or and the system. AI that is my cue The AI in SW BF is flawless. We are superior to humans. There is no way of beating us.Oh Alex. This is what made it fun for me. That’s what made it Star Wars Battlefront, just look at these clips. But there is one big difference I want to discuss between how I use to play sw bf and what the classic collection is offering and that is online play. If you play online then it is going to be unfair, you are going to die a lot. But for me this is part of the fun( this is where the fun begins.) I loved playing split screen with a friend and when they got a hero it was really tense. I had to change my approach completely. Changing to a cheese class to beat the op hero. I remember laying mines, ready with a rocket launcher for when they came through the door. My point is I think we should just try and have fun with the game. It’s a silly game from 20 years ago and let’s treat it as that. Not as a new game that needs to be perfectly balanced and fair for an online scene. To the hero battle on mos easily, which I spend way to must time on in split screen with friends. Having epic duels on the top of the wall or abusing mechanics like the emperor choke and lighting combo. And these are but a faction of what makes this game so amazing. And As of March 14th we are getting a remastered version. In terms of wish list things for Star Wars this was well up there. I can’t believe they are actually doing it. Today, I am going to tell you everything you need to know about the remastered version, what to expect and what we have to look forward to. Of course disnesy wish to make money out of this nostaigia as they always do. So, you will have to rebuy this game but on steam at least you get a discount for owning the older versions. In the UK it is around £30. But do remember this is both BF1 and BF2 remastered and rereleased into a single game. As well as a lot of new features you probably didn’t have before. Restore online play: 64 players One concern many have is the lack of crossplatform play. No news yet about crossform but if they want the online servers to survive they will need it.The game is around 50gb where as the old game was like 5gbSw1 is 20 years old and from the trailer at least the graphic look updated but authentic to the old games.The classic collection will include all bonus content for SW1 and SW 2 Some new content for anyone like me who didn’t play the game of xbox, two new heroes to enjoy or one hero/ one villain. Kit Fisto and Ventress With unquire abilities I cant wait to play both of them. Speaking of heroes remember that mode we all loved to play. Well you can do it on any map now. You heard me hero assault on any ground map. I am so buzzing. We are also getting many bonus maps that were only available on bf1, cloud city and yarvin 4 area and more.There release come with all the classic campaigns which we love. Along with my personal favourite game mode. Yes its back, and I am so excited to play galactic conquest. I have spend so long playing this game mode and hope you can play it against other people and friends, but I don’t know whether they are doing that yet just a hope and prayer.I feel like I am dreaming or waiting for the other shoe to drop. I have not been this excited for SW in a long while and hope it is as good as the hype. His statement is ‘Everyone can become a Jedi’ Has this always been the case though or is a new Disney pushing a political ideology they are forcing into fiction? Well many would have you believe that Star Wars has always been written this way and it hasn’t. Yes anyone could be force sensitive as the force resides in all live forms but if everyone could be a Jedi why did the jedi order not mass recruit people in the Clone Wars or before that. It is because there must have been a Melachlorine threshold, one must reached to be allowed in the Jedi order. On that note, we see in the Clone wars and rebels a list of force sensitive babies that the Jedi and Sith are trying to recruit. If anyone can be a Jedi or a sith why have this list at all?Can vs CouldCan anyone be a Jedi? And Could anyone be a Jedi are two different questions for me could anyone one be a Jedi yes Can anyone be a jedi? No. Could it theoretical, can implies practical element. Could everyone get 100% on the test yes it is possible? But Can they? No its not likely. I think what Dave Filo is trying to say is anyone could be a Jedi. Which theoretically is true. It could be possible. Is it a good thing to have everyone as a Jedi? In schools and other events they started to move anyway from gold medals for the winners and participation trophies for everyone. Whether you believe this or not this is what Disney are doing to StarWars is the same. everyone can be a Jedi with hard work. Everyone can be special _ (When everyone is special no one is) But does this take some of the mystery the prestige from being a Jedi of Myth. Well, yeah it does. The way I always saw being a Jedi and this is just my head canon is everyone is force sensitive and is connected to the force but in that 1% or so there are some with such a connection to the force that the are strong enough to be considered to be a Jedi. And this is what we see with the prequels Jedi order. Maybe now the new Jedi order is like anyone can join as long as they try. I can’t wait for the sequels. Should everyone be a Jedi?It’s like saying everyone can do Maths but it doesn’t mean they are a mathematician. And I like this example because when I use to teach and yes everyone could do maths but not everyone was talented at the subject, some had a natural aptitude for it others did not. The ones that did not could be trained in other subjects they were better in like let’s say English. Sabine is a Mandalorian and a good one she could write novels if we are going for the English and Maths metaphor yes she knows how to do maths and is trained by a master. Is that the path she should take though? Why tell everyone that they can be a Jedi if they are going to be a bad one? When they could do something else they are good at. Like pilot, Mandalorian smuggler politician, guard soldier the list goes on. You should do the thing you are talented in. Everyone has a set of skills play to those skills. It’s like me saying anyone could be a solider, that true anyone could, could being the key word. Does everyone make it in that profession, no. Or a job like An astronaut, yes everyone could be an astronaut with hard work, are they though, is everyone able to do that, no. So, any character you have seen in Star Wars any character can be a Jedi if they worked hard any character! Everyone could be the Chancellor of the republic but how many people actually are? Everyone could be a grandmoff but they are not. Hard work is really important in life but there are other factors talent and attitude, and even luck. By saying anyone can be a Jedi if they work hard enough is just not true. The question in writing Dave should really ask is Should, Should they be made into a Jedi? And in Sabines case the answer was definitely no.

Thrawn from the Canon book series is my favourite character in all of Star Wars, there I said it. Thrawn Rebels is ok and even good at some points. But the Thrawn from Ahsoka is completely unrecognisable and I am going to tell you why. On the surface He looks like Thrawn, he sounds like Thrawn so therefore its Thrawn right? Well no. And in this video I am going to tell you why.Hello and welcome to Star Wars Grand Moff I am the Grand Moff and Today I want to tell you why this Thrawn may look like him but is so far from what he should be. Traits that Define Thrawn in the books and in Star Wars Rebels. Highly Capable - if he says something he is nearly always right.Well informed – To defeat an opponent you must know them study them.Able to see patterns - Thrawn can see patterns that allows to predict and counter his opponents. Let’s unpack each of those and compare them to scenes from Ashoka. Thrawn is Highly capable. Thrawn does not say things unless he is sure he is right. Throughout the books if he is unsure he will say perhaps, possible, or we do not have enough information at the moment. It is rare if impossible to find a time when Thrawn is wrong about a tactical matter in the books. Simply because he is never wrong about them. In Ahsoka Thrawn has to load the cargo before the Jedi stop him. Very simple scenario. Load the cargo and escape before they get to you. Let’s see what Thrawn says about this. (Clips) He repeatedly says they have run out of time and there is no time left. Yes he escapes spoilers but only because the plot wants him to. If Thrawn says it it should be true but it just isn’t not even close. Thrawn can be wrong and if Ahsoka used some hidden force power or walked through the world between worlds to get there in time you could understand why she got there in time and why Thrawn was wrong. But no she takes a warg and runs straight there. And makes it in time. So, Thrawn was wrong over and over again. Well informed - In the third book his flag officer, Karen Farrow, an excellent tactician in her own right said is in response to is Thrwan always right with of course not but when he is wrong it is due to lack of information. So, what does live action Thrawn do ( Clip studing Ahsoka.) Excellent this is Thrawn he is going to study her and find a hidden weakness which is going to be the key to him winning and escaping – no, just no. (Clip she will be unpredictable.) Really that’s it so vague. And wrong she does the most obvious plan every time. How to get into the stronghold, charge straight at it. Ahsoka didn’t even have a plan except turn up and run straight at it. This should not have been a hard thing to predict or counter. They didn’t even shut the doors. Can you imagine! But appeal Dave Filoni understand Thrawn. Really?! Thrawn is able to see the patterns in his opponents and counter them. But this encounter is so brain dead from both sides. As stated Ahsoka just charges at Thrawn’s base. And Thrawn does everything last minute from picking a Morgan and the tiny squad to stay behind to get the night sisters to make zombies. He sees no patterns in this show and he is so brain dead, I wanted a Sherlock Holmes but instead we get someone who would lose chess match against Jarjar while thinking he is winning the entire match. I want to look at what makes Thrawn beloved and some of the things they need to avoid for his live action appearance to be Thrawn’s best one yet.Hello and welcome to Star Wars Grand Moff, I am the Grand Moff and Today I want to talk about Mifthrawn urado. And his two main Appearances in Canon. I Think the best way to compare these two is to look at the opening scene for both the both and his first appearance in Star Wars Rebels.Opening ScenesChapter 1The book opens with an unknown castaway running rings around an imperial detachment for the ISD Strike Fast. Thrawn wishes to meet the emperor and for this he has to play three cards as he puts it. First is entry to the Strike Fast and to do that he goes through an elaborate plan.First he crashes one of the V wing ship with monofilament line. Then steals the pilot’s power packs, blasters, and concussion grenades and comm. He then removed the pilot’s body from the flight suit and replaced it with straw and berries.He then attaches small bombs, that are the power packs with the dowsing rods pulled out, to small animals. But the clever thing is he knew the imperials would take the straw flight suit into camp and within are the crushed berries that are a lore for small animals.After this stormtroopers come to assist the navy troops on the scene, but this is what Thrawn wanted, soldiers with fuller armour so he can sneak into camp.In this time he crashes a second ship and swaps the first comm with a second, knowing that they would find out he stole the first comm and cut it from the circuit.Then using the comm to create feedback on the system to create a noise to mask the noise of him using an explosive on two Stormtroopers. He then sneaks into camp as a Stromtrooper making them think only one Stormtrooper is missing.By this time the imperials are packing up they have had enough. Although, they are bound by protocols to study Thrwans settlement they decide to take the whole settlement with them up to the Ship. Allowing Thrawn to hide within his settlement.Before does he does set up the second Storm troopers armour near the transport ship propped up with small sticks and sets it to explode. Making sure the imperials leave for the ship as soon as possible.Did you find that complex? Well it was. And I am sure I missed some bits out. This tone set out from the first chapter continues. Half the book is Thrawn out smarting people in clever elaborate strategies. It is like reading Sherlock Holmes. Thrawn is always one step ahead of as he says or one step to the side.Let’s compare that to his introduction in Star Wars Rebels.This starts with Thrawn joining the group of imperials trying to stop the rebels. We have seen them previously in the earlier seasons. We have Grand Moff Tarkin, Admiral Constantine and Agent Kallus. We are informed that Thrawn is a Grand Admiral. Which tells the audience he is a higher ranked than everyone else. His white inform also makes him visually different to the rest of the cast of imperials.They talk of Thrawn’s promotion and that there were a lot of civilian casualties. Implying to the audience that Thrawn is an evil person who kills innocents. However, if you read the book you would know on the battle of Banton it was actually Governor Price who causes all the civilian casualties. Not Thrawn. This works we for two reasons. One if you haven’t read the books you think Thrawn is a villain which works for his role in Rebels. And two if you have read the books it’s a nice nod back to them.Thrawn then tells the others the rebels entire plan to get fighters and threatens to defeat them. For me this is like Thrawn light or diet Thrawn. I understand they made it simpler for the audience they had. As you could tell by my complex narrative from the book lots went on. This Thrawn light as I call it continues throughout his stay on Rebels. However I personally feel they didn’t have to dilute him so much. Think of the Sherlock Holmes series and how popular that is. It’s too bland it’s wooden there is no emotion. And this was done on purpose. As we have talking about previously Ahsoka was always a good solider, but she missed out on a lot of what it means to be a Jedi. Ahsoka didn’t merely learn the art of war she was forged by it. (Clip)Because of this she lost faith in the Jedi, in herself and in others. Hence the lack of emotion the reserved nature and her attitude towards Sabine.Ever since the end of the Clone Wars Ahsoka has been Ahsoka the grey or a grey Jedi. Unable to trust the light and too strong to fall to the dark. So she just remained in the middle lost.But now this is like a new chapter for Ahsoka as she finally seems free and happy. Released from the burdens of her past. Finally able to forgive herself for the failures with her master and the problems he caused.I know I make the joke about the parallels with Gandolf but it had the same feeling to it a reborn ing not that’s a word to the character Ahsoka was reborn and has finally broken the chain the that her past. The last two episodes of Ahsoka have been very strong in my opinion and I look forward to episode 6. Let me know what you think of Ahsoka the white and this direction they are going in. I have started to rewatch the Clone Wars and upon finishing the first session and the film, something kept shining through in most of the episodes and that is of course the arrogance of the Jedi. Now you are probably wondering what I mean but this so let me explain. But before I do let’s quickly explain arrogance. Arrogances comes from the root word arrogant which means /having or revealing an exaggerated sense of one's own importance or abilities./ And that is present in most Jedi throughout this first season of the Clone Wars. Now I am not going to go through every single example as there are a lot but I have picked a view that really show the over confidence and arrogance of the Jedi. Start with Ashoka from the clone wars film. She is so arrogant when she first meets Obi-Wan and Anakin. Some people said this is a flaw in Ahsoka’s character I think this is a perfect representation of the Jedi culture. The Jedi are almost god like compared to normal people. And they are white knight beacons of hope in a dark galaxy. If you were taught this you couldn’t imagine anyone defying the Jedi. They are all powerful and they are morally right, just and good etc etc. If you have been brought up like that then what do you expect? Ashoka even says Jedi don’t run. Think about that for a moment Jedi don’t run. In Ashoka’s head why would a Jedi ever need to run if they are all powerful? This shows us the culture of the Jedi and the propaganda they promote. Now this is because for a very long time the Jedi have never been challenged. They have become fat on their continual power. And by fat I mean arrogant. Nothing has threaten the Jedi in living memory. So, they have no threats and they became complacent. So, you can’t blame the Jedi for this mind set but it is this mindset that leads to their downfall. Sidious uses this time and time again against the Jedi. Back to another example in episode 9 Cloak of Darkness it is frustrating how arrogant luminara is. Ashoka, someone who has fought Ventress before warns lumina and she doesn’t listen. She knows Count Dooku trained Ventress a man who is well known to be one of the best duellists when he was in the Jedi order. And Ventress fight exactly the same as Dooku. Great lightsaber skill whist cause diversions using the force and moving to safer ground and luring your enemy into a position where they are a tactical disadvantage. Yet, luminara is so over confident in her own ability says she has more skill than an assassin. And this arrogance continues in the next episode, episode 10 the lair of grievous, where master kit fisto reunite with his arrogant Padawan Nader. Nader thinks because he is a Jedi knight he can compete with grievous. Is he out of his mind? No it’s just the Jedi arrogance. Blinding them from seeing reality. It is absolutely crazy. Like the pride, the Nadar has when he tells Kit fisto that he will fight alongside him as a Jedi knight. Tells you everything you need to know. And not pride from Kit but pride of the rank. Kit even says those who has power should restrain themselves from using it. But what if you are so power drunk you can’t even see it. Your whole life your culture you are surrounded by others who tell you and show you that the Jedi are the most powerful and important people in the galaxy for maintaining peace. It would give anyone a sense of power and pride. And when I said pride did you think it was a positive thing? Like, take pride in your work. No pride is the first of the 7 deadly sins and is the worst of the 7 as it can lure you into thinking it is a positive thing. Today I want to compare two scenes to show his growth as a leader and Jedi General. I know Anakin has grown in many ways, like look at his hair, but seriously he has a full character evolution that we may drive into deeper on a different video but for today. I would just like to talk about him as a commander from these two scenes.The first scene is taken for the Clone Wars film on the battle for cestoffas. The second is taken from season 7 episode 9 in the battle for Yerbara. In both of these scenes Anakin is helping Obiwan by leading his clones along with Rex against the enemy forces. This first scene is taken from the very beginning of the Clone Wars the second was just under 3 years later towards the end of the Clone Wars. Anakin gets his troops in position and Rex asks (Whats the plan? – Follow me) This shows that Anakin has a lot of skill and confidence in himself and is only giving the instructions follow me. He jumps in head first whilst the clones follow.The clone then jumped down with there jet packs to do nothing. Perhaps be a distraction or perhaps just scratch the paint work. It clear from this that Anakin didn’t has a plan. And is planning on doing all the heavy lifting himself.Anakin then manages to destroy one of the spider walker by getting the other one to shot it. Classic Jedi stuff. But is he really leading here? Is he really being a Jedi General or just a Jedi?It is important to note if it wasn’t for the heavy cannons they would have lost this battle and Anakin and his surprise attack had very little impact on the battle. Anakin had a small impacted but his team did not. This shows us that Anakin does not plan yet and doesn’t know how to truly lead his troops. It is clear from this scene that Anakin sees himself doing all the heavy lifting and the clone have to follow along. Compare that to this scene on the battle for Yerbara.This starts with Anakin being a smug and confident as ever to Obi Wan but this time it is not a front, he is not pretending to be in control he is. Anakin is so at ease of the battlefield he is what forged him, similar to Ahsoka but Obi Wan is the opposite like more Jedi he wants this to be over as soon as possible and doesn’t like fighting.Anakin is at such an ease because he has a plan, he is confident he his ability to excuse his part of the plan and more importantly he trusts he his troops to execute order 66 no execute the plan correctly. If you know some of the art of war it talks of knowing yourself and your enemy and you will win every battle. Anakin at this stage knows himself including his forces and he knows the enemy commander the tactical droid and his forces that he is able to play them with ease. Instead of jumping in and attacking the biggest thing. He goes for the best strategic option which is take out the tactical droid. Note that Anakin does nothing after this, nothing he simply folds his arms and allows his men to win the day. A true leader sets his men up to succeed. And they push from the back, setting things up to give them a chance to shine. And by the end of the clone wars I understand why Anakin should have been gained the rank of master and why he was a beloved war hero. Ahsoka manages to defeat this inquisitor without even having a lightsaber. Ahsoka also manages to fight these two inquisitors at the same time with no problems. But this one she could not defeat in an arguably long period of time for a lightsaber duel. So, this is because of one of two reasons either this inquisitor was protected by the plot for some reason or two This Inquisitor must be stronger than the others. What do you think?

But what I want to shine a light on is the hallways in Star Wars. Look at that hallway, dam! Now before you think I have a strange fetish, let me clarify. I don’t have a thing for hallways as much as the scenes that happen in them. 4 Scenes In particular.Hello and welcome to Star Wars Grand Moff I am the Grand Moff and today we are talking about four iconic hallway scenes in Star Wars. And you probably know some of the ones I am talking about. (Jar Jar) No not this one how does this keep getting there. I am talking about these four. I am going to be ranking these and telling you why they are so good for Star Wars.At number 4 is the most recent hallway scene from the Ahsoka Series. This is what all 4 hallway scenes encompass. One force wielder mowing down a great number of enemies while in a hallway. And in this scene, it is done beautifully. Like look at the tight lightsabre use very medieval knight feel.Number 3 Darth Maul (Maul) oh sorry Maul at the end of clone wars. (Scene go cause chaos) And he really does. The reason I rank it higher than the other scene is because Maul does this without using a lightsabre he does it all with the force which is such a bad ass moment. Speaking of bad ass moments we have the top two which is so difficult to choice from. But number 2 for me has to be Luke from the Mandoiran. What makes this so good is the build up the not knowing. Could it be Luke was all I was think while watching this. Then knowing it could be while the main characters didn’t understand what was going on. This scene gave me hope (rebellions are built on hope.) for the future of Star Wars. Let’s talk about what made this so iconic, firstly stakes. (vampire clip.) No not that kind of stake. Threat of this droids were established earlier in the episode where Mando struggled to beat one of them. Now you had an army of them coming at the cast, there was no way they could win. Until the cavalry came. (One X Wing.) Yes, and one outstanding scene. The camera work in this is jaw dropping. In dark times just remember there is always a light at the end of the tunnel. Number 1 is Vader from Rouge One. Maybe I am bias because I love Rouge One, Maybe I am bias that this was the first Hallway scene. But honestly the reason I love this so much is it shows how bad ass Vader is. We see this in the comic and some extended media, where is like a horror show to go against him. Yularen is consistent depicted in Star Wars very consistently. But In Andor they really got him wrong. This does not look like him and it does not sound like him. This for me his worst appearance and is very inconsistent with his other ones. Let me show you the evidence. He is a support character in Star Wars from the Clone Wars all the way through to end of the first death star. And in my opinion needs some more love. So give him some love in the comments.Now people have complained in the past that this cad bane and this one are not the same and I understand but it is always hard going from animated to live action. But they have no excuse for Yularen. He has previous appearances in both live action and animated Star Wars as well as novels/audio books. Let’s start with his appearance. In A new hope he looks like this. In the Clone Wars he looks like this. In Star Wars Rebels he looks like this. All pretty consistent. Now look at him in Andor. They look like different people. The first time I watch Andor I did even think it was Yularen until they said his name and my jaw dropped and not in a good way. And if that is not enough listen to how he sounds. Do you see the difference. They are not the same voice or style of speaking. They are very different. Why include Yularen in Andor if you are not going to depict him correctly. The third audio clip was from Thrawn novel which is Disney Canon and if in an audio book they got it right. Why can’t they do it for Andor?But what do you think is Yularen in Andor correct or is it something Disney needs to fix in the future. Today we are going to be ranking his appearances. Hello and welcome to Star Wars Grand Moff I am the Grand Moff and before we rank Palpatine’s appearances I have put his appearances in the prequels, originals and sequels into one category for each rather than the individual films. With that out of the way let’s begin.Number 8 Palpatine in the Sequels. Now Palpatine only appears in episode 9 because (somehow he returned clip.) And although he had some scenes of power it was a bit ridiculous. It was like watching a beloved character in a fanfiction. Number 7 The Clone wars 2003. Not much to say about this one Palpatine is in it and does not have any really remarkable moments. I love The Clone Wars 2003 film but it just does have much in terms of our man Palpie.Number 6 Star Wars Rebels. Now Rebels is one of my all-time favourite series but doesn’t show the emperor in it all too much. Only occasional holos, or doing dark magic and a great scene where he tried to temp Erzia into seeing his parents again.Number 5 Clone Wars animated series. He has so many appearances in this series and that is one of the reasons it is so high. Watching him scheme behind the Jedi, all while us the audience, knowing what he was doing was great. Some episodes had me on the edge of my seat wondering if they would figure him out but every time he gets away with it. Number 4 Tales of the Jedi. Now this is such a short appearance but it is done so perfectly I have nothing to criticise. From what he says to the voice to his eyes changing from normal to yellow it is so well done. And I had thought this was his best modern appearance but I was wrong. Number 3: The Bad Batch. This appearance is Palpatine or should I say the Emperor’s best modern day appearance. From the entry to the execution my mouth was left open by this scene. The Bad Batch is very muh for me but this scene was on a different level. Listen to the intro of this scene. (Clip) Jaw dropping.Number 2: The Originals. Palpatine as the Emperor in full evil mode is amazing to see. Watching him try to seduce Luke while trapping the good guys. Just an amazing performance. And as good as this was - his raise was better.Number 1 The prequels for all the problems with the prequels Palpatine is not one of them. Every scene he is in is masterfully done. Especially, when we reach his climax in Episode 3. He is truly the Revenge of the Sith. What was your favourite Palpatine scene? I made a YouTube short recently covering this topic and spoilers I made Anakin the winner and the comments were not happy with my decision, so I decided to do some more research and make this video. Watch until the end to see if my opinion changed. Now first I want to clarify a few things, Anakin and Obi Wan had the longest duel seen in Star Wars. It was clear that they were evenly matched as from training together for years they could effectively read each other’s minds and predicts the others moves. So hopefully we can all agree that both Obi Wan and Anakin are on the same tier they are relative to each other. Ok let’s talk about the elephant in the room. But Obi beat Anakin. Well yes he did. (Clip) But why did Anakin loose. The famous meme the high ground. Now is it a famous meme because it does make any sense. I haven’t been able to find anything in Star Wars that says if you have the high ground, you have an overwhelming advantage. So, why did Anakin loose well its really simple the plot needed him to lose need Anakin to become Vader and Obi Wan to get away. So, hopefully we can agree on two things before I get into who I think would win and why. Obi Wan and Anakin are around the same level. Second that Anakin had to lose the battle for plot reasons, now I am not saying he would have lost anyway but I am also not say Obi Wan would have lost either. Now I have done some research for this video from reading click bait articles to watching other youtubers who have covered this topic. And here is what I found.Who is most powerful/ who would win? Obi: 3Anakin: 5Equal: 1 There was a poll on Star Wars .com asking this very question 56% thought Anakin was more powerful and 44% thought Obi Wan now I think this poll is now the question we are asking because I feel there is no debate in who is more powerful in the force. And little debate in who the better duellist is. Its Anakin. But the question we are asking is who would win in a fair fight. Remember Anakin is pure talent and Obi wan is pure hard work. Most agree that Anakin is stronger in the force. But when he becomes Vader he has so much emotion losing complete control, which gives a patient Obi Wan opening. This CBR article states “The other reason that Anakin would still have lost was because of his pride. Obi-Wan may have used the high ground to his tactical advantage, but it was really a ploy to make his Padawan commit an error.”And they are potentially right. They also say Anakin could have lost due to his new Sith transformation that Anakin may have felt conflicted about. From all the youtube videos I watch link is in the description none of them thought Obi Wan would beat Anakin without high ground and none thought he was more powerful. Lets go through some of the categories that you would see in a Vs video. Force abilities Anakin is far stronger. Lightsaber duelling Anakin is far stronger. Physical abilities Anakin was much younger and in far better shape meaning if one was to give out first it would be Obi Wan. Obi Wan is much wiser and more patient than Anakin.

I have always thought of the dark saber like the elder wand from Harry Potter if you disarm or kill the previous master you become the new master. If the dark saber worked like this the rightful owner would not be Bo Kan but someone completely different. Let’s get into it.Hello and welcome to Star Wars Grand Moff I am the Grand Moff. What if the darksaber worked like the elder wand? If you disarm or kill the owner you become the new master. And this also counts if you are not wielding the darksaber at the time as we see with the elder wand. So what if the darksaber had a magic sentients to it and would only give its power to the true owner. Then who would be wielding it? Let’s follow the trial and find out.We all know the Pre Visula lost to Maul making him the owner of the dark saber however a short time into his rule of Mandolore he was confronted but his old master Darth Sidious. Sidious defeated maul and became the rightful master of the blade. Towards the end of Revenge of the Sith Sidious would be challenged by four Jedi. One of which disarms him. Mace Windu. Now for the briefest time Mace was the owner of the Dark Saber. Until Anakin shows up. Anakin chops off Maces hand and disarms Windu. Making Anakin the new master. Anakin is then confronted by his old master Obi Wan and an epic duel ensues but in the end Anakin is disarmed and dislegged no not funny ok. and left for dead. Making Obi Wan the rightful master of the dark saber. During Kenbi, Obi wan and Vader have a back and forth for the dark saber. But at the end of the series Kenbi is the winner and the master of the dark saber once more. Maul would attempt to become the master once more but is defeated. Obi wan would hold the title for a long period until he is defeated by Vader. Upon the new Darth Star vader and Luke would duel. With Luke disarming vader making him the last master of the dark saber. You are probably asking yourself how is this possible well Luke disarms himself becoming the master from himself. Confusing right. Well Luke becomes the new master from himself and we have not got any canon sources to continue the story. Luke is not beat or disarmed in Book of Boba Fett or the Mando. But if you are someone who likes legends maybe you can continue the story of the Dark saber but for now the rightful ruler of Mandlore and maser of the dark saber is Luke SkyWalker.I hope you enjoyed this quick what if and if consider subscribing for more what ifs just like this one thanks. Luke SkyWalker is the most likely option, no ok what about some other cool Jedi like Ahsoka, or Erza or Cal from the games. Before we dive in let me just clear a few things up.I have no problems with Daisy Ridley is seems like a nice person and an ok actress. I think of her like Hayden Christensen, and the way he was treated in the prequels. Also and this should just go wouldn’t saying but I feel like I have to say it. I do not this it is a problem that she is a woman a female main character is absolutely fine. I am writing a novel at the moment and my main character is female. The problems I have are with the writing, directing and producing of ‘Rey’ the character. Now even if the sequels were good which I am sorry if you like them they are not. They even admit so themselves. They didn’t have a plan for a trilogy how does that even happen? But anywhere the sequels and their failures is a video for another time. The problem with Rey is rather simple and it is one they never fixed, she is good at everything.You have probably heard this 1000 times so I’m not gonna go over in detail Rey is good at everything. Well that’s flying a ship defeating a Sith adversary et cetera. So how do they fix that? It’s actually really simple, give her flaws, faults to try and improve on. Crazy right. It makes her more relatable. It makes her grow as a character and we grew with her as an audience. Having flaws doesn’t make you weaker, especially when the character overcomes them. Look at Ahsoka what she has had to go through and what she has had to endure, and that’s why she’s one of my favourite characters. It is all about the hero’s journey. Such a simple change that I hope Disney listens to, but considering the Internet has said it for years, unfortunately I am not hopeful. Look at Luke and his hero journey. He had his hand chopped off before he have beat Vader. If Disney makes one change to the Rey series they are making it should this make her go through a journey of hardship and be rewarded for it. I made a video about Ahsoka. She was not like at the start and the reason was simple she was always right and could do no wrong they changed that in this episode and she made mistakes and it had real consequences. In both episode 2 and episode 3. This is a Jedi ship. (A find the name of the ship) and its purpose. But again why is this important? The question you should be asking is why is Ahsoka using an old Jedi ship? And where did she get it from? In Star Wars rebels Ahsoka declared I am no Jedi. Clip. But is she? But what I am seeing the most across the internet is the orange lightsabers. A cool new addition to the Star Wars Canon but not what I think is important. This ship is what I think is truly important to the core of the show and Ahsoka. And you are asking yourself why? Well that is what I am going to tell you.Hello and Welcome to Star Wars Grand Moff I am the Grand Moff and today I am going to tell you about this ship the T-6 And why I think it is important to the new Ahsoka series as Ahsoka as a character. Let me first briefly explain this ship. The Jedi primarily used the T-6 as a peacetime conveyance, hence it has no weapons. The ship's reliable hyperdrive and larger interior space meant that interstellar travel in a T-6 was far more comfortable than in a cramped Jedi starfighter. We see this ship in Tales of the Jedi, in both episode 2 and episode 3. The important details to remember is this is a ship used by Jedi is peace time and it has no weapons. So why do we see Ahsoka coming off this ship? As she has said But she also says. So, is Ahsoka moving away from the Grey Jedi Path and back towards that of a Jedi. After Ahsoka left the order she never returned to being a Jedi even though she was getting close until Windu shut her down. and the whole order 66 and empire thing. But now the empire is gone it is peace time so this is an ideal ship for a jedi to go around in. So why is this important? I feel the ship is a metaphor for Ahsoka and what she wants to be. Ahsoka has only ever known the Jedi from the War she was raised as a soldier more than a Jedi. This ship is what the Jedi should be before the war that were peace keepers. Maybe I am reading too much into it but I feel this is showing us Ahsoka still wanting to be a Jedi or what a Jedi should be and that may give us a clue of what the plot is about. When she senses something is wrong with her Master. Ahsoka thinks about Maul’s words (Maul Clip.) Ahsoka goes to Bo-Katan and Rex and tell her she must leave for Coruscant immediately. Rex offers to go with her. But Ahsoka tells him to make sure Maul gets to Coruscant. She heads to her starfighter. Ahsoka does not know where Anakin is and he is not responding to any of the old channels. Instead Ahsoka decides to go to Padme her old friend. If anyone knows where Anakin is it is her. When she arrives something is wrong Padme looks beside herself with worry. Padme tells Ahsoka that Anakin is on Mustafar and what is happening to the jedi. Ahsoka is troubled and asks Padme to go into hiding until this is dealt with. Ahsoka assure her that she will bring Anakin home. As Ahsoka get back on her ship a message from Obi Wan is waiting for her. He asks if she knows where Anakin is. And goes on to say how dangerous Anakin is right now. Ahsoka can’t believe this. Obi Wan starts talking about the raid on the Jedi temple and the younglings. Ahsoka flies to Mustafar unable to believe this of her master. He was always so kind. (Rebels Clip) Obi Wan must be wrong. Ahsoka arrives on Mustafar to find the dead separatist leaders. But what troubled her more is her master’s eyes. She gasps. Anakin seems happy to see her and starts to tell her that they could overthrow the chancellor. A similar speech to the one he gives Padme in the originals. (Clip) Ahsoka can’t believe what she is hearing. She begs her master to stop this. Anakin says (You are with me or against me clip.) A fight breaks out. The fight is short the rage of Vader is too much for Ahsoka. She puts up a valiant fight, but looses. Anakin puts his blade by her neck. Join me and together we can overthrow the Chancellor. Ahsoka agrees, this could be the only way to save her friend. As if on cue Palpatine’s ship begins its landing. Palpatine excepting to find a harmed Vader is surprised to see him well and with Ahsoka. (I have been betrayed Tale) Anakin says no Master. She has agreed to join us. Not us you, prove your loyalty and kill her. Anakin thinks to himself he has already gone this far. As if to push him Sidious says It is the only way to save Padme. Ahsoka roars liar. If you are so powerful my Lord then you fight me. Sidious’ anger flares up and without warning lightning crackles over Ahsoka she didn’t even have time to raise her blades. Anakin watches as Ahsoka cries out and Sidious smiles savouring ever moment getting drunk on the darkside. A voice whispers to Anakin now. In a blurr motion Anakin drew his blade and plunges it into Sidious’ chest. He dies surprising quickly. Ahsoka, coughing thanks her master. Anakin does not reply, he thinks. Did he save Ahsoka because of his love towards her or was it that voice he knew to be the darkside of the force. Anakin struggles to decide. And this is where you come in would Anakin continue his dark path to try to find a way to save Padme and start his own Empire. Or would he turn back to the light and spend his remaining time with Padme on Naboo. I hope you enjoyed this What if. Well today we are going to find out in just 5 easy questions. This is going to run very similar to our previous video What type of Jedi are you? Except we are on the other side today.Question 1: Who would you pick as you master in the rule of two?You can pick anyone from Darth Bane to any of the more recent Sith like Sidious, Vader etc. For me Sidious is my favourite character but there is no chance in hell I would be his apprentice, gives me nightmares. For me it would be his master Darth Plagous. Now in Canon we know very little about him but if he is like his apprentice in one of the best Star Wars Novels Darth Plagous then I want to be his apprentice. Question 2: What would be your iconic force ability?I have a list of a few that you might wish to take but for a full list look in the link in the description.Force lighting Force ChokeForce Masking Now unlike the previous video you don’t have to pick one to know it is more which one are you best known for. For me there is no choice it is force lightning. Unlimited power!!!!!!Question 3 what style of lightsaber form would you prefer/ specialise in? Now there are 7 classic forms of lightsaber combat with variations. I am going to very quickly summarise them again however there is a lot more to them and if you wish to know more then link will be in the description below.Form 1: Shii- Cho The basic form that can be a great foundation for other forms. It is meant to be good at disarming your opponent and is favoured by Jedi Padawans. Form 2: Makashi This is the form best for lightsaber duelling used by Count Dooku and is good when facing a single opponent.Form 3: Soresu Is all about defence and creating opening to counter it is used by Obi Wan. Form 4: Ataru is an acrobatic and energetic form used by master Yoda. Form 5: Shien and Djem so Are two physically demanding forms and require quick transition from defence to attack. Shien focuses on blaster deflection and Djem so is more for saver to saber combat. This form is used by Anakin and PLO Koon.Form 6: Niman the most popular of all the forms and is a mix of forms and incorporates possibilities into the form.Form 7: Juyo and Vaapad The most controversial of the Jedi forms as it focuses on aggression. The Juyo part focuses on negative emotions to fuel your aggression and can lead to the dark side. Vaapad was created by Mace Windu and uses negative emotions but does not give in to the them just use them. Finally I just want to also mention Jar Kai which is using two blades or a saber staff you can pick Jar Kai and a form to go with it. I would pick either form 2 or form 7 Juyo. But I think I would control my anger and direct it into precision in my strikes so I pick form 2 Makashi.Question 4 What is your strength within the Sith code? Which one of the statements to understand the most/ relate to. Peace is a lie. There is only Passion.Through Passion, I gain Strength.Through Strength, I gain Power.Through Power, I gain Victory.Through Victory my chains are Broken.The Force shall free me.

Ummm I guess not much has changed (laugh) anyway I have six questions for you to decide what type of Jedi you wish to be. 1. What colour lightsaber would you pick and why? Traditionally, there are three types of Jedi:Jedi ConsularA Jedi Consular (also called a Jedi Seer) is, like all Jedi, skilled in battle, but rarely enters combat, preferring to study the mysteries of the Force. And their lightsabers are traditionally greenJedi GuardianA Jedi Guardian is one whose skills and talents lay in battle, a light side mirror of the Sith Warrior. And their lightsabers are traditionally blueJedi SentinelThe Jedi Sentinel seeks a balance between the two extremes of the Jedi; the Jedi Consulars and the Jedi Guardians and their lightsabers are traditionally yellow Some of these descriptions are more from the old republic and I am only giving you the snap shot version. I will leave the link in the description for full details of the three Jedi type if you wish to read more. For me personally I am going to pick a Jedi Consular, which means my lightsaber will be green. If you wish to have a different colour then feel free to pick whichever takes your fancy. Also in this question you can pick how you want your lightsaber to look, curled hurl, double bladed, two lightsabers, etc. Question 2: What would be your unique force ability?I have a list of a few that you might wish to take but for a full list look in the link in the description.Force healing Electric judgement Animal bonding Force healing we see in episode 9 and does what it says heal through the force, electric judgement I believe is only known to one Jedi which is PLO Koon and is a weaker version of force lightning used fro righteous judgment. Animal bonding is what we see Erza do in Rebels when you get a bond with an animal or creature and can get it to do your bidding. Personally I would pick force healing but I think Electric judgement is pretty amazing honestly. Question 3 what style of lightsaber combat would you prefer/ specialise in? Now there are 7 classic forms of lightsaber combat with variations. I am going to very quickly summarise them however there is a lot more to them and if you wish to know more then link will be in the description below.Form 1: Shii- Cho The basic form that can be a great foundation for other forms. It is meant to be good at disarming your opponent and is favoured by Jedi Padawans. Form 2: Makashi This is the form best for lightsaber duelling used by Count Dooku and is good when facing a single opponent.Form 3: Soresu Is all about defence and creating opening to counter it is used by Obi Wan. Form 4: Ataru is an acrobatic and energetic form used by master Yoda. Form 5: Shien and Djem so Are two physically demanding forms and require quick transition from defence to attack. Shien focuses on blaster deflection and Djem so is more for saver to saber combat. This form is used by Anakin and PLO Koon.Form 6: Niman the most popular of all the forms and is a mix of forms and incorporates possibilities into the form.

Now hear me out, I know this theory sounds ridiculous but I have found some compelling evidence to prove that Palpatine is in fact an evil Sith lord and the Emperor. Many of my friends have just laughed at me when I try and tell them this theory but let’s see what you think. Hello and welcome to Star Wars Grand Moff I am the Grand Moff and today I try one of the hardest what if theory videos I have ever done. What if Palpatine was Darth Sidious? Now before you click off thinking this is click bait and I surely can’t have any evidence to prove it, just wait and let me show you the evidence. And while I do that you can hit that like and sub button thanks. AppearanceDarth Sidious appears in in small scenes across the prequels, laying wait and we only get to see him with his hood up. In these scenes his nose and chin look a lot like Palpatine’s. I know later we find out Darth Sidious is deformed, and you would say there is no chance they can be the same person but what if Palpatine got in an accident that deformed his face this could explain the change in appearance between Darth Sidious in episode 1 and 2 to when we see him in the end of Revenge of the Sith and the originals. You can’t deny they look similar. Most people say it is a consequent, but I think not. VoiceIf that was not enough, then listen to both their voices. (Clip) Yes you may say they are not the same, but anyone can change their voice. Palpatine could in theory be putting on a voice to trick everyone including us. Come on it is possible.Seeming suspicious Ok if none of that convinced you then this must. I have evidence from a clone soldier of the Grand Army of the Republic who is willing to testified that Palpatine is Darth Sidious. The only problem is I can’t find him anymore. He was meant to be he today. If anyone sees him please let me know. I am getting worried. His name is Fives. Yes, some will say he is crazy and yes some will say he is only a clone but I am sure he is right. If only he was here to give evidence you would all see I am not crazy. Its true Palpatine is Sidious you believe me right? Alright well finally I have this - we never found out what happened to Palpatine, and we never got a back story for the Emperor. I feel that they fit perfectly Palpatine goes missing in episode 3 and Darth Sidious comes out of nowhere. It is only a fan theory or head canon, but it makes sense for them to be the same person. Come on you must be convinced after that. He looks similar, sounds similar, I did have a witness, yes he is missing and yes he was a bit crazy but ignore that and focus on the hard evidence, where was I - yes, they look a like sort of, if one wasn’t deformed, they sound similar if you listen closely and we don’t know where Palpatine went or where the Emperor came from.
