Krimh Drums - Mix Contest Entry by Bob Katsionis Sound Symmetry Studio 2022-11-15 | #bogrendigital l #bogrencontest I had a blast and lots of fun doing this remix, and I think that's what matters the most!Since the initial mix was kinda *perfect*, I wanted to do something completely different and creative, so... here you go!PART-BY-PART ANALYSIS:Part I - Symphonic Metal: Started off with some Symphonic Metal, just like what Krimh is doing with SepticFlesh. Gave a more roomy/rounded approach to the drums by pushing/destroying them with Khz Multipass Multiband Compressor/Saturator plugin while adding the BBC orchestra by Spitfire Audio.Part II - Death Metal: This was a no-brainer, and felt like I needed some brutal death metal vocals to break the Classical mood of the beginning. Never tried singing like this before, but it wasn't exactly rocket science. The lyrics are pretty self-explanatory, too, lol.Part III - Trap: Here, I had like 3-4 different ideas, until I checked out one of the CLN Guitar tracks. Actually, this part took me more than the others cause I had to make that ridiculous video, wearing headphones over my hoodie, so I couldn't really listen to what I was doing, haha. Watching my old bandmates in SepticFlesh playing live in Athens and taking a selfie with this lovely guy Krimh the night before, was just a coincidence, since I read about the contest right the next day!Part IV - Ambient: Well, here's "my thing" I was referring to in the Trap lyrics: a keyboard solo over some nice harmonies given by the Clean Guitars that acts again as a bridge to the last part.Part V - Here we had a Blast Beat section, so my mind went to Black Metal pretty quickly. Don't know why, but having this annoying kid's speech was literally my first choice! Then ,for the video, I filmed her Youtube speech with my phone on FB Story mode, created a story with her Cοrpse Painting on, downloaded it and then quickly deleted my story hahaha! Sound Symmetry Studio 2021-04-19 | Βλέποντας τυχαία posts στα social media από άλλες μπάντες, αλλά και δεχόμενος ερωτήσεις από φίλους και συνάδελφους περί του θέματος, αποφάσισα να στήσω την κάμερα και να μοιραστώ αυτά που ξέρω από την έως τώρα εμπειρία μου με τη νέα υπηρεσία των ΕΛΤΑ, Web Labeling που φαίνεται να έχει μπερδέψει πολύ κόσμο.Επειδή δεν είμαι ουτε υπάλληλος των ΕΛΤΑ, ούτε τελωνειακός, θα παρακαλούσα όποιον έχει κάποιες επισημάνσεις/προτάσεις/διορθώσεις, να τις κάνει στα comments ώστε να βοηθήσουμε περισσότερο κόσμο να κάνει τη δουλειά του.Καλές αποστολές!EDIT: Το δέμα/τον φάκελό σας πρέπει μετέπειτα να πάτε κανονικά στο ταχυδρομείο οπου και θα γίνει η τιμολόγηση του,αφου πρωτα περιμένετε κανονικα στη σειρά σας. Δηλαδή μια τρύπα στο νερό όσον αφορα τον αυτοματισμό της όλης φάσης.
