Motor Fail, Thank Goodness for SAILS and OARS Roy Schreyer 2023-12-07 | A small boat has the advantage of not relying 100% on a motor! After my motor failed right after launching, I was able to make camp by sail and oars alone! Small boats can have huge advantages as they are able to continue when a largwer boat would need a tow company! Medical Emergency Roy Schreyer 2024-01-16 | Buddy gets fish hood deaply embeded in his finger and we have to ferry him to find medical help. Luckily we came across a beautiful fish camp and they had medical members and took great care of Arek! Some freezing, and it was cut out with a stich or two for good measure! We were also invited to their lunch buffet and after we were all given a tour of of the lodge on Duguesne Island! Beautiful and thank you all!!!
