I'm opening a map because I really have so so much going on, and I haven't really been able to animate. It's important to remember that I'm still working hard on some projects and am gonna do my absolute best to get into the swing of things. Especially since summer is around the corner. With that being said, let's get into the rules:

- NOT first come first served! (but I doubt many people will join at all, so I probably won't be picky)
- You need examples of art! They don't need to be on your channel, but you have to link your DeviantArt or someplace where I can see your art and assess your skill level
- Make the background black in the parts of the video where it is black and white when it's white
- Do not put any lyrics! I will add them in myself in the final video so that it matches up with the time and has the same font and everything
- If you read the rules, tell me whether you've heard this song before or not and what you think of it
- This is a vent map, so obviously, it's gotta be emotional. If you choose a part with a white background, the tone has to be slightly more lighthearted (like a positive vent), whereas the black parts can be slightly more sad
- please don't make it super gory (ie - organs or bones sticking out or anything like that) you can have self harm bruises and cuts, but don't go over the top. If you have an idea involving a lot of gore, please ask first
- The parts are pretty long, but I'mma say max 2 parts per person, since it's a PMV
- I want the overall tone to be bittersweet (which is why Blaze, the cat in the video, is smiling and crying at the same time), so try make it emotional, but not incredibly depressing "I WANNA DIE" sort of feeling. Try to make it like a peaceful accepting of sadness.
- Don't add too many effects please. I will be adding effects to make it look nice at the end, so don't worry about that
- No animation, but some movement (blinking, teardrops etc) is allowed, and tweening is heavily encouraged
- 16:9 aspect ratio only!

Violet and Talonn's story:
Violet, a quick witted young cat was rummaging through a pile of trash, searching for food. She found herself a fish and quickly carried it away. A leader of a local clan sees this cat on his territory. He arranges a meeting with Talonn, one of his higher ranking members, and the two cats agree on one thing... The she-cat must be killed. Talonn stalks Violet for a while, then attacks. When he looks in her eyes, he realizes that she's the most beautiful cat he'd ever seen. The two cats quickly fall in love. However, something wasn't quite right. The clan's leader had found out about their antics and had assembled a patrol to take down Violet and Talonn. The patrol chased them down the alley until the two were able to escape into a backyard. I am so so sorry that I left you guys hangin, but soon after my last video, I got a job. Soon after that, school started. Then I stopped working because it was too stressful, then I started getting a lot of homework, and then I had to deal with some medical stuff, and then all my friends left me and I felt too sad to do anything, but then I decided that I HAD to post at least one video before the new year. Hey guys! I got some great news for you! So, besides the fact that I made a damn good video right here, I also hit 1,500 subs not too long ago, and I realized I hadn't thanked you all yet. HOWEVER. This is a special video, because I didn't just show my appreciation through animating. Instead, I showed how thankful I am by learning so much new animation software! For this video I used FireAlpaca and Sony Vegas Pro 13. I'm really happy with how the meme turned out, and I hope you are too :3

I've also been dealing with a lot (not all of it's bad, but I still feel overworked) so being able to animate really helped. Aside from that though, I'd like some feedback from you guys. Maybe some constructive criticism and video suggestions would be nice :D

Tbh, I wanna make more memes, so I'm just gonna do that. Hardly anyone watches my horrible animations anyway, so why not just resort to making animation memes. They're short, don't require much effort, and people appreciate them more than animations I work on for months and months and months. The more rushed an animation is, the more people watch it, haha. Prepare for some badly animated memes, because apparently that's what I need to do to get anywhere with my art.

And speaking of art, I'm just gonna talk about animation. It's so difficult to animate, yet animators are destroyed by the people who scream at video games, and faking fist fights. I wish people could appreciate animators more. Or artists in general. If you wanna know why I'm ranting about art and animation, it's because long descriptions using key words like art, animation, meme, animation memes, original memes, animations and drawing, will hopefully get recommended more.
