I don't remember exactly what I did, because this was a while ago, but I do know that the main thing you have to do is replace the file that causes the Serious Room to happen (when you type in sv_cheats 1 into the console) with the matching file from TSP's Demo. The Demo's file just causes the word "Why?!" to appear in the console, but it permits the server cheats and therefore will allow noclip. I figured out how to turn on noclip in The Stanley Parable and flew around for a while. This is the "Real Person" ending map. I wanted to get a closer look at Stanley. He's got kind of a stoned, vacuous look on his face, lol.

Apparently this ending has a whole crapload of copies of the same map with different variations in each one. I'm not familiar with all the programming technicalities but I think portals carry you from one to another.

Also, there is nothing behind the boss's voice activated door. Just space.
