All of the truck's lights were on, and I signaled that I was going onto the on-ramp before I made it onto the on-ramp (you can even hear my signal indicator is on when I take the ramp). Driver of the blue Chevrolet completely ignored that I was coming and the yield sign that was facing them. This was in Pulaski County area of Virginia, and we were getting onto the Northbound side of I-81. Luckily, I wasn't loaded very heavy (and thankfully, the truck behind me was paying attention and not following too closely) when the driver of Henry County bus number 5 did this.
Idiots Of The Roads Rambler88 2025-09-02 | Unfortunately, we deal with this crap on a regular basis.For context:Westbound on Highway 58 in Meadows Of Dan, VA (Patrick County)The SUV had New Jerseys plates on it and was behind me coming up the mountain. I'm very familiar with these roads, and I was empty (on my way to pick up my load). So, I knew the road was going to widen into more lanes and that I would be able to quickly pass the loaded flatbed in front of me. This is why I turned my left signal light on right before the left lane formed, since I knew that lane was about to be an option for me and I wanted to signal my intentions to the traffic behind me. Again, I'm on these roads every day. However, I apparently wasn't fast enough for the moron driving the SUV, and they decided to blast by on the shoulder and almost smack the guardrail. 🤦🏼♂️#DumbDrivers
