Kyle Schroeder Drive was unharmed, but shaken up

Single Car accident, northbound on RT9W in Cornwall, NY

After the accident, the car was on its side, but one of the other people that stopped was able to help the driver out while I called 911. The driver was out of the car and walking before the police even showed up. I stayed until the ambulance came, but the driver seemed okay. The driver was a bit shaken up so I didn't really press for details. I'm not sure if he was on his phone or was just going to fast for the turn.
