Not a Lovely Little Letters Subscriber go here to become a member and receive a beautiful artfully curated letter each month: lovelylittleletters.comSupplies Used2-4 Avocado Pits Washed (rinse off all the green bits) Large Pot and Spoons used only for dyeing Baking SodaWaterBoil your pits for at least 1 hour until the pits crack open and begin to turn the water a red color. Add your fabrics or textiles let simmer for 30 mins or so. Turn off heat and let sit until desired color is achieved. Dip papers and let dry. Strain liquid into jars and refrigerate.
