Mineworks Animations Intro Andy Besbrode 2014-12-25 | Here's a little client intro I made for Mineworks Animations (Mineworks Enterprise). It took me 2 days to complete (approx 10 hours) as I had to redesign their logo to create gears with teeth that actually worked. The only thing I dislike about this project was I was on a very tight deadline and I forgot the animate the different sized cogs at different speeds and therefore some of the polygons in the teeth collide. I am now using Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 (instead of Sony Vegas Pro 12) and editing before I composite.Sorry about the low polly logo. I couldn't do anything to fix that.I did have some issues with the texture on the logo. When the logo was animated the texture started to break and it would look like a coffee spill. I started to experiment and found out it was the DoF combined with cubic texture mapping. If anyone knows why this happened please contact me.
