Great hospitality in a wonderful area. The stall air speed (indicated) of the aircraft at mtow is 38 knots (33 with flaps). Therefore, the safe maneuvering speed is 37*1,41 =53,6 knots. When turning base the downdraft and tailwind let drop the IAS to 42 knots. I immediately dropped the nose and throttled up before turning final. Due to the tailwind and uphill RW ground speed was higher than usual and the plane touched the RW far behind the treshhold. Although the RW is rather short, there was enough RW left with only a slight use of breaks.
