Caves are more than just hollow places in our earthly ground; they play a very indispensable role in the story of mankind. Aside from serving as a shelter for our earliest ancestors, ancient caves also serve as a rich source of many extraordinary artifacts, mysterious undeciphered symbols, and traces of unknown human civilizations in different parts of the world. For some old cultures, several of which still endure to this day, these caves were seen in a mystical and a magical light, while some archaeologists have discovered evidence in these places that raise several compelling and unanswered questions about our distant past.
Have you found any interesting artifacts?
What do you think such ancient caves were used for?

Orthodox history tells us that the nicotine from tobacco and cocaine from the coca plant were unknown to the ancient Egyptians as they could only be found in the Americas around the existence of their civilization. Moreover, exportation of the tobacco and coca plants overseas supposedly didn’t take place until the Victorian era in the 19th century. However, evidence gathered from the remains of ancient Egyptian mummies tell a very different story.
What do you think?

In ancient Japan, swords were regarded as the “Soul of the Samurai,” and symbolizes a Samurai’s power and prowess. To the samurai, the possession of this dangerous instrument instills a feeling and air of self-respect and responsibility. Carrying the sword is a symbol of what the samurai upholds in his mind and heart – loyalty and honor. And because these weapons were placed in such high regard, so were the swordsmiths that forged them.
The esteem placed on Japan’s ancient swordsmiths was so tremendous that some of them, at one point or another, became as widely acclaimed — if not more so — than as the samurai wielding their creation. And among the greatest and most legendary of Japan’s swordsmiths was Muramasa Sengo.

The couple are hosting a private visit of the Chateau ahead of their wedding in Florence.
Organiser of the pre-marital party, Omar Cherif told Reuters Television guests would be treated to a formal dinner and a subdued party.
The pair toured the Chateau with hundreds of guests ahead of the ceremony this weekend, organisers said, before they were due to host an informal dinner.
Fans flocked to see stars arriving in blacked out cars, with West arriving in a Porsche and the Kardashian family in a fleet of Range Rovers.
Singer Beyonce and her husband musician Jay-Z, as well as actor Johnny Depp were also among those rumoured to be in attendance.
Kanye West fan Brittaney, from Texas, under the impression the pair were due to wed in Versailles, said she had stumbled across the stars arrival purely by chance.
"I'm on my vacation and we were like 'oh, let's go see Versailles,' and they were like 'oh, you didn't know, Kim and Kanye are having their wedding, so I guess we're wedding crashers today," she said.
Another unnamed fan visiting the historic Chateau from Canada said the choice of venue was unsurprising.
"It's a little crazy because they had to shut down the whole palace for it, but I mean I wouldn't expect anything less," she said.
Because they're over the top, they're going to do what they want," she added.
Philippe, a local resident, said he agreed it suited the couple's image.
"I think because they, well, the image we have as young people of Kanye and Kim is rather an image of quite a spectacular couple, they're quite spectacular stars, and I think they are having a wedding at the height of their image," he said.
The soon-to-be newlyweds are expected to travel to Florence over the weekend, where they have rented the 16th century Belvedere Fort for 300,000 euros (244,293 pounds) for their wedding, an official from the mayor's office in Italy confirmed last week.

Despite having Oscar-winning actress Jennifer Lawrence at the event, the red carpet was a quiet affair which didn't go unnoticed with the actress.
"Is this not the quietest red carpet you've ever been on? It's probably because we haven't got a movie so everybody is like 'What? Why are we here? You're famous! I'll take your picture!" Lawrence quipped.
However, public interest in the franchise can be measured by the previous two films' box office with both of them each grossing over $400 million worldwide on their theatrical releases. When asked why the franchise should be celebrated, the actress joked, "Because so much money went in to it. I'm kidding! Because they're great movies and we have an amazing audience and a great following and.... Whoops!"
'The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1' sees the feisty Katniss Everdeen (Lawrence) become the poster girl for revolution against the establishment after her actions in the previous installments. And once again, the other characters return like Peeta Mellark (Josh Hutcherson), Gale Hawthorne (Liam Hemsworth) and Finnick Odair (Sam Claflin).
Since the first film became a bona fide blockbuster, the cast and crew have worked tirelessly to make the books written by Suzanne Collins come to cinematic life.
When asked how the cast endure their strenuous schedules, actor Josh Hutcherson said: "Laughing. We just laugh all day. It's crazy how we finish the movies. I don't understand. It's just noise, craziness, laughing, laughing, and then 'action' and then even a few seconds after that we're still laughing and then 'oh crap we've got to go' and then you turn it on and get into the scene. Honestly we're less focused more of the time and only focused between action and cut and that's it."
Lawrence also seems to agree. She was asked how much effort she put into making Katniss come to life, she replied: "I go about everything the same way. I read my lines in the morning and hope I remember them but with Katniss it's the same character but she's constantly evolving and changing and growing so you're growing and changing with her so I never really feel like 'Oh I've got it down' because she's always changing into something else."
The film franchise has become a phenomenon - not least because of the success of the books which have sold over 65 million copies in the US alone - since it was launched in 2012. Veteran actor Donald Sutherland who plays President Snow explained "It's an interesting piece of work. There's no sexism in it, there's no racism, so it's way beyond where we are in the United States right now but it's an allegory for our future and we have to do something."
Actor Philip Seymour Hoffman died during production of the film in February this year. However, director Francis Lawrence insists that this hasn't damaged the storytelling in any way, saying: "He was almost finished with his work. He was scheduled for 50 days or so and he had shot about 42 or 43 of those days. He had about 8 days left but the meat of his performance was already finished. So there were a couple of scenes that were pretty substantial which we ended up giving to other actors to take over and obviously although no-one is a replacement for Phil, the story still works."
Coming into the franchise is Julianne Moore as President Coin. She admitted she became a fan of the series after finding the novel when being stuck for something to read on holiday in Mexico. But, as far as her role in the production goes, she said: "It's fun. I mean, she's described very, very specifically in the book as having this steel grey hair and these steel grey eyes and being strangely colourless and you kind of forget that you're in a dystopian fantasy movie until you see someone like Natalie Dormer with her shaved head and people with all these piercings and all these crazy costumes, Liz Banks with her wig so it's really, really fun to be part of it."
Jennifer Lawrence joked with reporters and photographers as she walked the black carpet at an old villa in Antibes, which may explain why she is rarely the subject of negativity in the press. When asked how she felt about the constant appreciation of her in the press, she replied "Well I don't really pay attention to it and it doesn't really matter. I mean, it does. Oh my god, if I start getting bad press, that would suck so I guess it does matter. I don't know. I don't want to pay attention to it or read it. I just need to keep doing my thing."
'The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1' will hit cinemas internationally from mid-November.

Five unidentified objects were found in two counties of Qiqihar City, local police confirmed.
Villagers said that they heard a loud bang early in the morning and felt a shock following the sound.
"When we standing outside this morning, we saw three lines moving across the sky from the northwest, then there was the sound of an explosion in the sky, and we couldn't see it. About three or four minutes later, they [the unidentified objects] fell to the earth," said an eyewitness.
Three of the unidentified objects were spindle shaped with yellow silk wrapped around them; another one was a silver metal bar; and the last one was a metal hemisphere with a serrated edge.
Local authorities have cordoned off the areas where the objects landed and researchers have taken samples for testing.
Authorities said that no casualties were reported, and investigations of the objects are underway.

Members of this year's jury Nicolas Winding Refn and Sofia Coppola also joined the cast and crew of 'Saint Laurent' on the red carpet.
Bonello's film is the second film about the designer this year and one of at least six biopics presented at the 67th Cannes Film Festival.
It comes a few months after Jalil Lespert's "Yves Saint Laurent" played in cinemas, underscoring interest in the man who invented the women's tuxedo and brought ready-to-wear to the masses.
Although there is plenty of sketching and stitching in Bonello's film, its focus is not fashion, but the emotional fragility of Saint Laurent, who died in 2008.
His destructive behaviour - drugs, drinking and cruising for men in Paris parks - takes a toll on his body and mind even as his artistic genius remained intact.
The key characters of Saint Laurent's life are all here: his romantic and business partner Pierre Berge, his muses Betty Catroux and Loulou de la Falaise and his lover who later died of AIDS, the protégé of Karl Lagerfeld, Jacques de Bascher.
The winner of the Palme d'Or prize for best picture will be named on May 24.

The movie is the acclaimed director's first feature in over four years.
Set in the 1940s, against the backdrop of civil war, the film tells the story of three couples whose destinies are closely tied to the events unfolding in China.
Woo, one of the few Asian filmmakers to enjoy box office success in Hollywood as well as at home, told a Cannes news conference that he was spellbound by his actors' performances.
"Actually I cried every day on the set because I was touched by all my actors' performance. They always gave me a lot of great surprise and a lot of great performance," he said.
Described as Woo's 'passion project', the film stars an internationally recognised cast, including Takeshi Kaneshiro, Zhang Ziyi, Huang Xiaoming, Dawei Tong, Song Hye-Kyo and Masami Nagasawa, who all travelled to Cannes for the launch.
Actress Song Hye-Kyo described Woo as a father figure during the making of the film.
"Our director John Woo was like my father during the process and he helped one by one in acting so that I could get used to the atmosphere so I didn't have much difficulty," she said
Woo, best known for his choreographed action sequences, was active in Hong Kong during the 1970s and 1980s, and in 1989 he released "The Killer," which drew the attention of U.S. filmmakers and helped him make the jump to Hollywood.
He moved there in 1993, and directed Jean-Claude Van Damme in "Hard Target" the same year.
Three years later he made "Broken Arrow" starring John Travolta, and teamed up with the actor again in 1997 in "Face/Off," a financial and critical hit.
In 2000, Woo directed Tom Cruise in "Mission: Impossible II," which was the world's biggest earner that year, but his next two U.S. projects failed to match that success, prompting him to return to China to direct.

The prince flew by helicopter from Tallinn to the wooded hilly region in south eastern Estonia where the military exercises are being held.
Dressed in army fatigues, Harry met soldiers from Estonia, Britain and the United States. At an informal ceremony in a field the Prince gave awards for outstanding service to Estonian soldiers who had completed tours in Afghanistan.
Estonia is an enthusiastic member of NATO, and has taken part in missions in Afghanistan since 2003. Estonian servicemen have been based with British troops in the main British military base Camp Bastion in North Afghanistan's Helmand province, where Prince Harry also served.
During his visit to the military exercises the Prince also met Estonia's President Toomas Hendrik Ilves. The president told Reuters that, given the crisis in Ukraine, the NATO military exercises were important for Estonia.
"It shows us that all those years in Afghanistan, where I would, as President, say we are there, because we are in NATO, and we are there for NATO -- and now when it's time for NATO to be here, NATO is here," Ilves said.
"I remember when I was living in Germany in the 1980s and there would be similar NATO exercises and again, I know how important it was be back then and I know how important it is right now. Of course the front line has moved considerably since the 1980s. But now we are a front line state," he added.
The war drills are taking place in an area about 100 kilometres from Estonia's south eastern border with Russia.
Around 600 NATO troops are taking part, with some 100 soldiers from Britain.
Earlier this week, Britain offered to deploy more fighter jets in the Baltic states to reassure its NATO allies in the face of tension between Russia and the West over Ukraine.

Lovato told media she'd love to do something similar with her Mexican fans as well as collaborate with fellow X Factor judge and local Latino singer Paulino Rubio.
"It kind of just happened. The deadline hit and I was like, I need to shoot my video so I did it in Brazil and I have great fans there so it was really exciting. I would love to do something like that here, I think that would be so much fun. Thank you for talking about my single. Yeah, I love Paulina (Rubio). We were trying to get something together to perform while I was here and there just wasn't enough time, but I love her so much and definitely one day I want to do a collaboration with her," she said.
Lovato has become an inspiration for her legion of fans. She has fought eating disorders, was bullied at school, and had struggled with cutting in the past. Having made it through to the other side, the pop star had some advice for fans who might be going through a similar ordeal.
"My advice to whoever is being bullied is to keep powering through it. I know for me I had something that I enjoyed, to continue to do and that was making music. I worked really hard on my music when I was being bullied and that's kind of what got me through it. So, if you can find something that you love to do, or that you're passionate about, try and find that," she said.
But despite dizzying heights of fame, Lovato's own struggles came to a head in 2010 when the former Disney star entered a rehab facility to get treatment for what were described as "emotional and physical issues."
Writing about her own road to recovery in the best-selling book "Staying Strong: 365 Days A Year", Lovato hopes her story can be an inspiration to her fans.
"I wrote the book because I wanted to inspire my younger fans and also my older fans. I wrote the book because I wanted to just make a difference and hopefully share some positivity and some light with people that need some daily inspiration," she added.
Lovato plays two shows in Mexico, Monterrey and Mexico City, before she takes her Neon Lights Tour to the United Kingdom.

A lawyer filed a motion on Friday (May 16) in Kansas City on behalf of Russell Bucklew, 45, who is scheduled to die by lethal injection on May 21 for the 1996 murder of Michael Sanders in southeast Missouri.
Last week, Bucklew filed a motion in the same court to halt his execution because of a rare health condition that his lawyer, Cheryl Pilate, said would cause him extreme pain and possible suffocation.
A videotape would preserve evidence if he survives and wants to oppose another execution or is injured and wants to file a claim, the motion states. It further states that if the inmate dies but suffers "prolonged and excruciating execution or chokes and suffocates to death," the video would be evidence for a claim by his estate.
Amnesty International USA's Steven Hawkins says a video will lift the veil of secrecy surrounding the execution and will shed light on the extent of pain and torture an inmate might endure during the process.
"At this point there have been journalistic accounts of people writhing, accounts of people saying they can't breathe and just when it gets bad, the state closes the curtain. We want to stop that curtain from being closed so that the public can see first hand just how barbaric and torturous executions even under the so-called humane lethal injection procedures," Hawkins said.
There are precedents for the request. The Bucklew motion cites a Georgia state court's approval to videotape an inmate's electrocution in 2001. A federal judge in California authorized taping an inmate's gas chamber death in 1992, according to the Death Penalty Information Center.
The death penalty has come under fresh scrutiny since an Oklahoma inmate, Clayton Lockett, writhed in pain when a needle became dislodged from his vein during an attempted lethal injection on April 29. The execution was halted but Lockett died of a heart attack.
"We do not know, in Missouri, what drugs are going to be used. Who is responsible for supplying these drugs and there is just as grave of a chance, perhaps even a graver of a chance that this could be a very botched execution where someone could be tortured by the state of Missouri as they are being executed," Hawkins said.
The Bucklew motion says a videotape would be important if an execution goes awry.
Oklahoma officials are investigating the Lockett case.

Protests were planned in 150 cities across the U.S. and in more than 30 countries.
These protesters in New York City say fast-food companies are making huge profits by paying them a pittance.
(SOUNDBITE) (English) KENDALL FELLS, ORGANIZING DIRECTOR OF FAST FOOD FORWARD, SAYING:
"We're sending a message to the fast food industry that fast food workers are fed up with the poverty wages. They're fed up with the irregular hours. They're fed up with being disrespected on the job and, you know, today is the first world-wide strike for fast food workers and we're starting to fight the industry on an international level. And if the industry doesn't respond, then this is going to get bigger and bigger and bigger until they realize that this will not go away and this is not a nightmare, this is reality."
McDonald's, the world's biggest restaurant chain by revenue, and Burger King say they pay fair wages.
But this protester who works at Kentucky Fried Chicken isn't buying it.
(SOUNDBITE) (English) NAQUASIA LEGRAND, WORKER AT KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN, SAYING:
"These are multi-billion dollar companies. We know they're here to make money, we know this is the reason why they have their own business, but they've been here for decades and decades. And it's like, why is it that we're still getting the crumbs of the money when we could be getting a little bit more extra, when we can. We bustin' our butts each and every day and they're making money off of our backs. So now we're going to stand up strong so they can't ride our backs no more."
The strike is the latest in a series of protests in the U.S. that have targeted fast-food restaurant operators.
It comes at a time when U.S. Democrats have been pushing to raise the federal minimum wage.
Union leaders say American fast food workers want fifteen dollars an hour and the right to unionize without retaliation.

Scientists exploring deep beneath the jungles of Mexico's eastern Yucatan peninsula discovered the girl's remains underwater alongside bones of more than two dozen beasts including sabre-toothed tigers, cave bears, giant ground sloths and an elephant relative called a gomphothere.
The girl - with her intact cranium and preserved DNA - was entombed for eons in a deeply submerged cave chamber before being discovered in 2007. The petite, slightly built girl - about 1.47 metres (4 feet, 10 inches tall) - is thought to have been 15 or 16 years old when she died.
Experts told media in Mexico City on Thursday (May 15), the young girl's burial pit was dry when she fell but Ice Age glaciers melted about 10,000 years ago, inundating the caves with water. Tests determined she lived between 13,000 and 12,000 years ago.
"It is the oldest human remains found in America. Also, it's the most complete skeleton and genetically intact skeleton that has been found in our continent. The skeleton appears to be that of a young woman, between 15 and 16 years old who died in this cave that we have just referred to. Drowned after the last ice age, some 10,000 years ago, and the remains are the oldest of the New World," said General Director of the National Institute Of Anthropology And History (INAH), Maria Teresa Franco.
Experts from Mexico's' National Institute of Anthropology and History revealed that genetic tests on her superbly preserved remains found by cave divers near the resort area of Tulum, on Mexico's eastern Caribbean coast, have answered questions about the origins of the Western Hemisphere's first people and their relationship to today's Native American populations.
These findings determined that the Ice Age humans who first crossed into the Americas over a land bridge that formerly linked Siberia to Alaska did in fact give rise to modern Native American populations rather than hypothesised later entrants into the hemisphere.
"The first inhabitants of America, the Paleo-Indians, came from Siberia and crossed the Bering Strait stretch through Beringia and they adapted themselves to the continent," said INAH's Director for Sub-Aquatic Archaeology, Pilar Luna.
Experts believed the girl, named "Naia" after the water nymph from Green mythology, may have ventured into dark passages of a cave to find freshwater and fallen to her death.
Scientists long have debated the origins of the first people of the Americas. Many scientists think these hunter-gatherers crossed the former land bridge between 26,000 and 18,000 years ago and subsequently pushed into North and South America starting perhaps 17,000 years ago.
But the most ancient New World human remains have baffled scientists because, like Naia, they have narrower skulls and other features different from today's Native Americans.

The never before seen footage of President Franklin Delano Roosevelt walking was taken by Harrisburg native and Major League Baseball pitcher James (Jimmie) DeShong on his 8mm home movie camera.
President Roosevelt, who was paralyzed from the waist down by polio in 1921, is shown in the footage walking up a ramp in Washington, D.C.'s Griffith Stadium. Roosevelt is wearing braces on his legs and was holding onto an assistant's arm as he grasped a handrail to make it up the steps into the baseball stand.
The press in those days complied with the White House request not to film President Roosevelt walking, but DeShong however had extraordinary access to the field that day. He was able to get eight seconds of footage of President Roosevelt walking in a public setting.
DeShong's daughter, Judith Savastio, donated the film, to the Pennsylvania State Archives in order to preserve the footage and make it accessible to the public.
She said she remembers her father's comment's about taking the footage that day.
"The only thing he said was he was surprised that his camera wasn't confiscated that day because you were not allowed to film FDR walking."
Susan Corbett, the Commissioner of the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission said the video gives insight into FDR's personal struggles.
"It is incredible footage and it really gives you and insight into the personal struggles that our president had, that Roosevelt had. Certainly at a time that our country was going through a lot if turmoil with World War II and the Depression. It was important that he showed strength to the public an to have this insight into his personal physical struggle is really pretty remarkable" Corbett said.
Along with the historic footage of President Roosevelt, several Major League baseball all-stars and executives can easily be identified in the film. They include Joe McCarthy, Charlie Gehringer, Spud Chandler, Lou Gehrig, Jimmie Foxx, Lefty Grove, Hank Greenberg, Baseball Commissioner Judge Kenesaw Mountain Landis, Carl Hubbell, Dizzy Dean, Lefty Gomez, Red Rolfe, Eddie Collins and Tom Yawkey.
The Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission is the official history agency of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

But wait ... this 25-year-old ape is no stranger to the entertainment world ... that was just a teaser.
A true patriot, Walter settles on Borussia Dortmund's yellow jersey.
Zoo keeper Eddy Laudert says Walter's choice is not about local bias, but color awareness.
SOUNDBITE: Eddy Laudert, zoo keeper, saying (German):
"As he's been here in Dortmund since 2006, he sort of had to choose the Dortmund jersey."
Laudert says there's no training involved, just lots of soccer-talk.
SOUNDBITE: Eddy Laudert, zoo keeper, saying (German):
"As I usually work on Sundays, I always give him the football game reports and he connects the dots himself."
And Walter is clearly content with his choice ... leaving Bayern Munich high and dry.

Scientists in Argentina on Thursday (May 15) announced the discovery of the fossilized remains of a unique member of the famous long-necked, plant-munching dinosaurs known as sauropods, the largest land creatures in Earth's history.
The dinosaur, named Leinkupal laticauda, may be the smallest of the sauropod family called diplodocids, typified by the well-known Diplodocus, which lived in North America, they said.
It also is the first of them found in South America. It lived about 140 million years ago, millions of years after scientists had previously thought diplodocids had disappeared, according to Argentine palaeontologist Sebastian Apesteguia, one of the researchers.
"It is the first record of a diplodocid dinosaur found in the whole of South America and the last diplodocid dinosaur that died in the world and the last for the Cretaceous period. So it is important because we really did not expect these creatures to live here. Until now, diplodocids were considered North American dinosaurs."
Sauropods, one of the most successful dinosaur groups, were recognizable for their long necks and tails, huge bodies and pillar-like legs.
Some sauropods like Argentinosaurus, which also lived in Argentina but 50 million years later, weighed up to 90 tons and measured more than 100 feet (30 meters) long. The last sauropods lived until the very end of the age of dinosaurs, about 65 million years ago.
Diplodocids lived in North America, Europe and Africa during the Jurassic period, the middle of the three acts of the age of dinosaurs, Gallina said. Until now, they were thought to have gone extinct by the end of the Jurassic, about 145 million years ago.
But Leinkupal shows that this family lived on at least into the earliest stages of the Cretaceous period.
"Therefore, this also opens up the possibility these dinosaurs, at least in South America would have passed the barrier between the Jurassic and the Cretaceous and survived the lower Cretaceous, in this case in our Patagonia," said Argentine palaeontologist Pablo Gallina.
Diplodocids were more slender than some other families of sauropods. Their back legs were longer than their front legs, and they boasted extremely long necks and whip-like tails that they may have used to fend off predators.
At the time, North America was completely isolated from South America, and the Atlantic Ocean was beginning to open and separate South America from Africa.
Leinkupal lived in a semiarid environment south of a large desert, the researchers said. Its incomplete remains were found in Patagonia - a region renowned for its dinosaur finds - in 2010 and 2012 in Argentina's Neuquen province.
Its genus name, Leinkupal, means "vanishing family" in the region's indigenous Mapuche language - signifying the disappearance of this family of dinosaurs. Its species name, laticauda, means "wide tail" in Latin.
The findings were published in the journal PLOS ONE.

Actress Cate Blanchett presented the award on day two of the 67th Cannes Film Festival at the exclusive Hotel Martinez on the sun-drenched Croisette.
"Logan Lerman, and Adele Exarchopoulos who everyone in here in Cannes knows. But certainly in my household, my sons have not yet seen Adele's work - they're only 12, 10 and 6 - but I certainly have. And Logan Lerman whose performances I found initially from 'The Perks of Being a Wallflower', and I wept like a baby. They're so available and open, and as I said utterly individual. So, I have an inappropriate crush on both of them, so it's an extreme pleasure to be here to present the awards to them tonight," said Blanchett.
The Chopard Prize, now in its 14th year, was created to recognise young talents emerging as the movie stars of tomorrow.
Exarchopoulos was awarded the Cannes Film Festival's top honour in 2013 alongside director Abdellatif Kechiche and co-star Lea Seydoux. 'Blue is the Warmest Colour' (which has the French title, "La Vie d'Adele - Chapitre 1 & 2"), was tipped by critics as a possible winner at the 66th Cannes festival, but wondered if its explicit lesbian sex scenes - one lasting up to 10 minutes - would deter the jury deciding the awards led by U.S. filmmaker Steven Spielberg.
In an unusual move, Spielberg said the award would be shared between Kechiche and his two lead actresses as they were central to the film's success.
Accepting her trophy, Exarchopoulos cheekily reciprocated Blanchett's affection.
"I'm so happy to be the patron and thank you for the pronunciation too. And I'm happy you have a crush on me, because I have a crush on you too. So thank you so much, and I want to congratulate the guy, Logan. Thank you so much - you make me live the dream," she said.
Logan Lerman, the other recipient of the 2014 Chopard Prize, has been steadily gaining a reputation as a versatile young actor with roles ranging from teen-angst drama 'The Perks of Being a Wallflower' to the title role in two films in the 'Percy Jackson' fantasy adventure series.
"This truly means a lot to me. This is a big deal. It's my first time at Cannes and it's a very memorable experience. So, hopefully I can be back next time with a film," he said.
