This is my first completed animation in Clip Studio Paint EX and good god do I love this program. I'm extremely proud of the result, but honestly it was silly of me to take on a MAP part right now haha. I have so much I need to do, and I had to cut out that dripping blood animation for time. It's a shame, I was super proud of it, but it was good practice!The character here is named Harvey. He's a type of demon from my original stories. While not all my demons are bad, Harvey definitely is - extremely entitled and extremely vindictive. I've wanted to be in one for forever, I think it's so much fun to see how people improve over the years. My animation I picked was the first ever animation I made, a less-than-a-second run cycle of one of my oldest characters, Fox. I made it on Nintendo Flipnote 6 years ago. Overexcited to create something visceral and unsettling, I used serial killer tropes, which I regret now because I was reproducing very pop-culturally prevalent and nasty portrayals of cluster B disorders. The messaging it sends is also just kinda... weird. Lol. It's been a good five years since I made this and both my partner (Harlen's owner) and I are far more tactful writers these days. I plan on remaking this storyboard using my updated skillset, their updated story, and more mature and responsible writing.Original 2019 description:Please do not make your own version of/get heavily inspired by this!OKAY.
