I'm often finding myself dissatisfied and even upset with my own work and I think it's important to always remind yourself that sucking is a normal part of the process. Too much self-criticism, constant comparison to others and just negativity in general can be super harmful for the creative process so here's a few tips on how to not let it get in your creative flow.
