Seismologist John Nabelek of COAS on the right contributes some knowledgeable questions/clarification. Although not on this video segment, i did bring up the issue of a fault step from one fault system to another. Other research has shown that a step over 5km often ceases earthquake rupture and this area MAY exceed that general trend (which is pretty cool).
