They are retired now, but they sang for over 3 hrs straight on the day we filmed, without repeating any song twice. We had to stop recording once we lost the sunlight, but they could have continued for hours more. Unfortunately, although Gusunougati is considered one of the last outposts of traditional culture, Wanaragua hasn't been performed there in years.

Ahora están jubilados, pero cuando empezamos a filmar, cantaron por más de 3 horas sin repetir una canción. Finalmente, el sol se fue y tuvimos que salir, pero dijeron que podrían haber continuado por horas más. Muchas de las canciones no eran conocidas por ningún otro cantante del proyecto. Desafortunadamente, aunque Gusunougati es conocido como uno de los últimos centros de la cultura tradicional, Wanaragua no se ha representado allí en años.
