This video is about activism and how we tend to approach ‘making change’ in the modern world.
It is also about this one thing that I will definitely do (or try doing) better this new year and that is to be doing way more activism – both online and offline.
I hope this video emphasises enough how important it is that we talk about social issues, how much there is still for us to be done and how we can do it better every day. I also don’t think there is anything wrong with the so-called ‘clicktivism’ and ‘slacktivism’ online (hitting ‘likes’, sharing, commenting, signing petitions) as long as it’s intentional and helps to spread awareness 😊
Hope you enjoy it and it’ll motivate you and inspire you to take action! Remember, you can always start super small and help locally!
