Artsi 2025-01-27 | Tried to beat this some years ago when I was still playing on a basilisk v2 and found it extremely shit at the time so I ended up dropping it getting 70% and 39-100%. Came back to it on keyboard and it felt way better to play but still wasn't very fun, not as bad as I thought back when I first played it tho. Wouldn't call it good but it's not bad and probably is potentially enjoyable for a bunch of people so try it if it intrigues you

Artsi 2025-01-24 | Expected to not like this level as much as I did but still thought it was pretty annoying. Mostly it's just a process of dying to the same like 5 things over and over, but mostly outside those 5 things the gameplay is decently enjoyable so it isn't the worst thing ever. Liked it about as much as Zaphkiel overall I think, with Zaphkiel it started off fun and then got really annoying by the end but on this one my thoughts stayed kinda similar the whole time so at the time of beating it I liked it more than I liked Zaphkiel when I beat that so idk both definetely have a lot of flaws but there's also fun to be had with both. Probably would recommend playing this if you're at a skill level where this is close to your hardest, it tests a lot of useful skillsets and most likely won't provide an easy experience so you actually gain something from doing it

Artsi 2025-01-13 | It's good to be back

I've been gone from the game for a long time, in my Shivering Summit video I without explaining further said it could be my last video for a very long time. Reasoning for that being during 2024, specifically the first 6 months of the year I spent doing my conscript service in the finnish defence forces which completely took me out of the game and largely my entire online presence, I kind of just ended up not playing the game at all for a solid 8 months. In around august 2024 I started to ease myself back into playing very slowly, beating a couple easy extremes here and there, never feeling like the motivation would stick so I didnt end up uploading any of those at the time so I built up a slight backlog of stuff. Really what finally ended up sparking my playing drive again was I traveled to a meetup in Pennsylvania with a bunch of friends and watching Tech beat Solar Flare in person, something about finally being with all these long time friends I made while playing the game made my desire to beat hard levels return for the first time honestly since beating The Golden almost 2 years ago now. Very excited to be fully back, very cool stuff in store both playing and creating projects wise so stay tuned

Now about the level, I started playing this all the way back in 2020 during which I learned the whole thing and did some minor runs all of which didnt amount to a whole lot until I tried to beat this in early 2021 during a race with Luksa and RpgRaketti, failing then as well with 2 extension attempts under my belt. I tried to pick it back up a few times since then but only in the last week or 2 did I finally return to it intending to finish it off. Can't really say anything about the level's difficulty since all my previous experience playing it was in 2.1 without cbf obviously so now in 2.2 with cbf it kind of just felt like a breeze, didn't cause much issues aside from the 97% death LOL very glad that happened tho since that recording had no clicks and I did not want to rebeat this at all. It plays decently well and of course it's quite iconic so it's cool to have this done

This is a really awesome platformer level one of my friend's made and it caught my eye, decided to beat it and upload since I haven't uploaded anything 2.2 related yet and I really want to help give this level some attention since I think it's really cool and deserves a rate for sure. This level has I think really perfect difficulty because currently a lot of people are just starting out with platformer including myself and this level is just aboiut perfect to get better at it as it's quite challenging yet not nearly as hard as level's like I Wanna Be The Guy while still relying on purely timings and straight forward gameplay. If you're like me and have basically no experience in platformer games but have some gd skill and want to get better at platformer for sure give this a go as it's quite enjoyable with a fun theme to go with it.

This is unrelated yet still important, this channel will go inactive for up to a year soon, so this could be one of my last uploads for a very long time

Artsi 2023-11-18 | Saw people playing this level and thought it looked cool, it's really simple gameplay and straight forward gimmicks so it's definetely up my alley. This level is very deceivingly hard it looks a lot easier than it is and that paired with shit luck with the last 25% made for a pretty bad experience but with that being said I wasn't having the worst time, I would complain about most deaths past like 30% but that feeling would pass very fast and then I was just kinda chilling, so the level isn't very stressful. If you like simple and skill based gameplay feel free to give this a go but be prepared for it to be harder than it looks

New verification, been a while since I verified something so that's cool. This is a really cool duo collab by Mercury and Cryosmium and it has a really cool theme, which I honestly can't really describe I just know it's cool LOL the level looks absolutely fantastic so hopefully it can get rated soon.
I think I did a good job with changes, I nerfed this quite a bit due to the experience I was having, I had I think 11 deaths at the ending 4 of which were at the last cube. This certainly helped me figure out all the stuff that I thought was wrong with the level so hopefully my terrible luck at least managed make the level as good as it can be. I think this level plays well and is fun, it has some issues with playability such as the teleport transition into cryo's spider at 63%, but of all the issues I found that I could do something about I did change them all so hopefully this level is as enjoyable as it can be, despite me having a rough time following through with it. Hopefully you all like it!

Oh yeah I guess this is my first uploaded completion on kayboard so yea I play on a K70 now

Artsi 2023-09-25 | This level has been a long time coming but we can finally present the third preview after almost 3 years since the second one. This level died for a long time, then Artsi helped Electro pick it back up in March of 2022, where the layout started to get reworked. Then it died once again for a while, and now finally in 2023 we've got to work again and have finally managed to get this together for a preview. Only 2 gameplay parts remain from the last preview, those being Bo and UFWM along with the decoration, the rest are all new. We hope to continue this into 2.2 and perhaps we can finish up next year!

Delta is a spinoff on Mindcap's original greek letter trilogy consisting of Gamma, Sigma and Omega. I always thought those level's capture a very special feel, and always found them to be some of the greatest extreme demons of all time. In May of 2022 the idea for Delta popped into my head, I asked Drakosa to host it with me and here we are 16 months later. Honestly I can't believe how this level turned out, it captures the vision we had for it so unbelievably closely that it's just the most satisfying end result for me ever this level truly is special to me. This project was an absolute blast to work on the whole way through and that is thanks to the amazing team of people we had behind this and this level would've never happened without them so thank you to everyone who contributed to this I will be forever grateful.

Artsi 2023-07-04 | I've been playing this for years so when I decided to start another sort of ladder to stick to I thought it'd be a good opportunity to finish this off. I tried to start it off with The Rupture but I couldn't stomach that level so I ended up doing this instead, this level is surprisingly enough alright but it's extremely prone to a very very bad experience due to the way it's balanced and the way the consistency works, so what ended up happening was I started getting far very often but also dying very far very often, being stressed as fuck the entire time due to how long the level is and other factors. I died past Enlex 5 times which is extremely unfortunate concidering the level gets way easier past 81%, so by the time I got 95% I was ready to cry but thankfully I beat the level soon after that so I at least didn't have to stress about beating this the next day. Very grueling experience but the level is alright if you can handle boring predrops in long levels combined with some good old shit balancing

Artsi 2023-05-21 | I thought this was at like 130 on the list but yesterday I checked and saw this at 148 so I immediately dropped everything else to beat this as fast as possible so I didn't miss it LOL
But yeah I played this about 3 years ago and got to the drop, but as we know back then I was simply unable to beat literally anything so ended up dropping it and procrastinating for all of 3 years to beat it. Finally came back to it yesterday so I could finish up the RGB, thankfully didn't take long at all because this level annoyed me very much and I already had enough of it by the time I beat it. Took about 4 hours of playtime coming back, was not a pleasant experience although I will give this level props for not being boring. It is annoying but not boring as I found the most enjoyable part to be the first 17% of the level, so at least there's that. Would not recommend but a lot of other people like it so sure give it a go if it seems appealing

Abyss | Extreme Demon Layout (4)

Artsi 2023-05-18 | This is one of those layouts that I've been working on for way way longer than Sora, this one being started I think almost a year ago now. Due to this the first 40% of this is quite old compared to the second half but still holds up fine I believe, I'm satisfied with it. As for the second half, this might genuienely be my best work so far at least in a finished layout. I'm extremely happy with the intensity I managed to bring into it and I think it represents the song quite well which I've been trying to get better at so I'm super happy with that.
The original inspiration for this layout was Abyss by Findexi, a level that came out all the way back in the days of 1.9. I've always loved that level, and having never seen a proper level being made to it since then I figured I could whip up a cool layout to it. This is the result :)
Overall this is much more representitive of my current gameplay style than Sora, that level was more of a fun sideproject as opposed to this being my main focus in terms of building for multiple weeks last month. I hope everyone enjoys it as much as I enjoyed building it, I had a blast.

Artsi 2023-05-03 | Random easy extreme that I beat some time ago because it looked cool and I'm also very drawn in by easy extremes that look particularly easy to learn understandably so decided to give this a go, it's not as bad as I tried to make it seem like during the completion but it still has some massive flaws that I found very annoying, chief among them being the fully black pulses throughout the level. Plain and simple when I play a level I want to be able to see what I'm doing and dying to one of these invisible pulses made me angry every time. Other than that I just found some parts and clicks annoying but it's not that bad I just had a shit time so maybe it is and I'm sugarcoating idk judge for yourselves

So about the level, I was playing it on a copy for fun while I was beating The Golden and even the pre-update versions we're really fun, I enjoy this level a lot. I do have a couple gripes with it tho, mostly the last 2 wave clicks but everyone finds those annoying so that's to be expected. The other gripe I have are a couple specific off sync clicks where I had to make a real effort to specifically not click to the song else I would die, which was pretty annoying when I died but overall that's a nitpick this level is awesome imo

Artsi 2023-02-19 | For some reason this level weirdly intrigued me, the robot looked fun and I had heard about the last ship being really hard and I wanted to test myself with it. Obviously my expectations for quality weren't high, and to nobody's surprise this level is really sub par as a joke Dorami verification but surprisingly it stayed interesting the whole way through and even if I got annoyed I never got bored for a single second. Liking the song probably helped with that too.
So yeah if you're a fan of skill based gameplay and don't mind questionable balancing give this a go it's not that bad, especially if you like the song.

First things first I'm going to apologize for the terrible quality, the editing software I'm currently using is absolutely useless but I just want this out and it isn't that big of a deal so I will let it slide but I will look into it and get an actually usable editing software for future completions

Where to even start man this has been by far the hardest and most draining experience I've ever had in a videogame and I've never been more proud of any other achievement ever.

I started playing this level on early copies in late 2019 when Bo was still verifying it himself, and I sunk in those 52k shown in my copyable's description before it was even verified in 2020. Back then my hardest was something like Excessive Compliment so essentially this level got me where I am today in terms of playing ability which is why this completion means so much to me. Just about 38 months of on and off playing it and dropping it like 10 times I can finally say I have finished off what I started all those years ago

My history with this level is pretty well documented on my channel with progress uploads from just about every major stint I had playing this level so I won't ramble too much about that, so lets just talk about the level here.
I absolutely hate this level with a burning passion. It is extremely awkward the whole way through, the way the level's consistency works with the first half being extremely awkward yet consistent and with the second half being even more awkward and extremely inconsistent drove me absolutely insane almost every single session, and the absolutely horrible changes nswish made to it all add up to something of a disaster in my experience. The level gets like half consistent in a way where you feel like you can do every single part on command without fail but you still end up dying to awkward sections from 0 and feeling like the level is completely luck based despite that not being the case. I also won't go into detail on why I hate nswish's changes so much and why I think they are so bad as it is really subjective and I don't want to ruin other people's expectations for this level but it is worth noting that I was a big fan of this level back in the days of early 2020 when Bo was still the verifier and I have not been nearly as much of a fan ever since it was actually verified.
My experience was about as draining as I can withstand at the moment (mostly talking about the last 3 weeks of playing), so I can confidently say this level brought me to my limit with this game and I wanted to stop playing many many times during this and I probably would have if it wasn't for everyone supporting me throughout this. I started it off by returning to it 3 weeks ago and getting 97% on my first day from 0, which turned out to be the worst possible outcome as I had to play it for weeks on end after that death, 97% on the progress bar demotivating me the entire time. But in the end I pulled through despite the demotivation and the deaths at Eridani.
I'm sorry that this turned into a bit of a rant and that it might just be more or less mindless complaining but it is 2:30am and I have been looking forward to complaining about this level in this description for weeks so I will have my fun with this description as payback LOL

This would never have happened if it wasn't for all my friends absolutely saving my motivation for this time and time again, I won't name everyone here as there are simply too many of you but you know who you are and I appreciate all of you so much for sticking with me!!

Artsi 2022-11-15 | I started this the same day I uploaded my Sigma completion and took until yesterday to beat, and I didn't like it as much as I had hoped to
This was first of all very tedious and annoying to learn and get consistent at, it just feels like slamming your head against a wall aimlessly until it randomly clicks and you just get good at it randomly, not a very fun or rewarding process. After that it gets a little better but then you start having to deal with the Thinking Space balancing with 62-100 being by far the hardest part with nothing else coming even close to the difficulty. I scored a total of 49 deaths at or past 62% with 7 of those being to the ending and towards the end I was getting VERY annoyed. Playing from 0 is another process of aimlessly slamming your head against another wall until you randomly do it. And on top of the horrible balancing the easier parts do still have inconcistencies and chokepoints such as the wave at 35% and 51-53%. I might've been fine with 62-100 being that hard if I could've gotten consistent enough to get there every attempt but that never happened because of those 2 parts in particular and because of all this I had a shit time. I still overall like it as a level just wasn't a good playing experience for me
I'm one of the few people who didn't end up enjoying this but I would actually recommend this since it's likely other people will not mind the issues I had with it nearly as much, but the one thing I would say do not do this as a hardest. Mostly I would say play if you don't mind second half heavy levels or if you're a fan of really fast paced gp. Long description because I really wanted to explain why my experience was so bad

Hooooly fuck this level was a ride, I started this like 8 or 9 days ago and was gonna try to beat it by grinding it for many days straight but I kept getting cut off lmao I had to leave for 3 days last weekend and then I got sick so I took a couple breaks in between.
This level is really hard and was the first level of the ladder that really made me feel the difficulty in the experience I had, I finished this off today by grinding it for 4 or 5 hours straight and god made beating it after that kind of session feel good. Hardest thing I've done since kappa including progress personally this made me proud as hell and I'm more motivated than ever.
Now about the experience I had, it was alright until the last day of grinding, I wasn't finding it boring or unfun before today but it still wasn't the best thing ever. Today I started to really have issues with it which is why I decided to try and grind as much as possible today so I could beat it before it got too annoying. Somewhat I succeeded but I still had a shit time for the last 3 hours so I will give this level shit for that. Also I found this slightly harder than Arctic Lights so in my opinion this is my 2nd hardest completion

Artsi 2022-10-27 | The hardest level I've beaten in a year and feeling better than ever about the game this ladder is doing wonders.
This level is really good for its difficulty but it is not perfect, for the most part it's very consistent but it has some chokepoints that get quite annoying if you start dying to them, prime examples being 82% and 83%. Other than that I liked this level it just gave me a hard time towards the end but that's the most minor complain in the world of minor complaints so yeah I would recommend this.

Artsi 2022-10-27 | Big changes to the ladder have occurred this being one of them because I couldn't stand Infinite Iniquity which I got 75% on and just could not follow through with it so instead I did this. I had heard some extremely bad things about this level and most of them were true. Still rather played this than Infinite Iniquity so I guess that means this isn't the worst level ever but it's quite bad, the balancing is horrible and the waves carry really hard and never get consistent. One thing I will give this level tho is the predrop is surprisingly bearable and really helps bring this level up from the absolute bottom of the barrel it would otherwise be at. Also I had to rebeat this because my clip broke but it thankfully didn't take long at all so yeah.
On a more positive note after talking about this level in pros rose asked me if I could help her rebalance this and fix it up a little so it could be better and I agreed so this will hopefully be seeing an update soon so it can be enjoyable.

This level started off kinda annoying, didn't enjoy learning it very much. Then it got fun for a bit when I started getting far from 0 and gaining consistency but that only lasted for an hour or 2 and then it was back to being pissed off. Overall did not like this level I was really getting annoyed towards the end

Now about the level, first things first I raced this with Deados as we've been meaning to for a while now, and I fluked it from 53% LOL definetely my best fluke so far. This level was really fun the whole way through, which the fluke definetely helped with but even if I didn't fluke like that this level would've still been really fun. If you like long levels then for sure give this a go
