Revolt in 15th Century Kaga Province: Chōkyō Sōdō 長享騒動 Sengoku Studies戦国研究 2023-10-14 | This month’s episode of the collaboration series is about a revolt in late 15th century Kaga. The institution of a supposedly ikkō ikki and peasant ruled province is a very famous incident in medieval Japanese history.
