I was very inspired visually by Spiritbox's music videos since I've been listening to them a lot lately. I really wanted to approach this cover in a different way than I've heard before. I have so many talented friends who have done ethereal interpretations of this so I wanted to dirty things up a bit to make it my own. Singing the bridge an octave below actually happened by accident while I was tracking vocals. I was building a scratch vocal take and realized how much I enjoyed singing that part lower. My arrangement is a hybrid of the SFII theme and the SFV arrangement. I love how the Arrangement from Street Fighter V uses so many elements from Street Fighter 2 but gives is a bit more of an orchestral vibe.
