Costa Rica Snorkel - Nicholas March 2025-01-04 | @JennaMarchHomeBakery and I got to spend 18 days exploring the beautiful country of Costa Rica. On our next to last day, we went out with Moises Contreras on his boat from Playa del Coco. He took us to a cave, we hiked up a cliff, saw spotted eagle rays, two species of sea turtles, and held an octopus and sea stars. If you are in the area, look him up and support him. Such a nice guy and we are so pleased we booked him for the morning! The first place we went had some murky water from the heavy rains the night prior, so he moved us to some clearer water. American Bittern Nicholas March 2022-05-08 | On May 7, 2022, our family went on an afternoon outing. When we arrived, we heard at least a dozen calling American Bitterns. After searching for one for quite some time, we finally found this guy. He's pretty confident his camouflage is working. We took some phots and videos and let him continue his hunt.

Snorkeling the Big Piney River, MO Nicholas March 2013-09-19 | On 07 September 2013, Dad, Mom, Jenna, Andy M and I took the two hour trip to the Big Piney River near Moab, MO. We spent several hours snorkeling and observed several species of fish including: Smallmouth Bass, Largemouth Bass, Green Sunfish, Longear Sunfish, Bluegill, Missouri Saddled Darter, Greenside Darter, Gilt Darter, Bleeding Shiner, Emerald Shiner, Creek Chub, and several others that I was not able to ID.Sorry for all of the noise. The water was very swift and it was hard to hold yourself in a single place.
