Today I would like to introduce Tom Sietas. Tom is one of the most successful breath-hold divers in the world. In his career as an apnea diver, he became world champion in deep and long-distance diving, set 22 world records, and redefined the limits of his sport by becoming the first person to hold his breath for more than 10 minutes (if he uses oxygen it is even more than 24 minutes). During his career, Tom has not only dived into the depths of the sea but also into the depths of his mind. He is convinced that his breathing technique is a key element for optimal performance under pressure.
