Pyramid Adventures Episode 1 - Intro (Unused Animation Data & Audio)
updated
This needs additional polish obviously, but I consider this to be in a working state now.
Even got proper screen signal processing out of it
アスタリスクの大冒險 / Asterisk's Great Adventure
The Nintendo Game Processor is a standalone SNES development kit system that includes the software Mario Factory that allows easy creation of games with an interface similar to Mario Paint, and put them on a RAM cartridge where they could be played on retail SNES consoles. Think of it like a sort of even easier to use Net Yaroze.
It also has a music maker similar to Mario Paint and Wario Ware DIY but produces music with a very regular SNES Nintendo soundfont.
This game is the only dump we could get from a Game Processor RAM Cassette, used for storing games on the Game Processor system.
More information (as well as download of the ROM and music) can be found in my research here:

This is Super Famicom running on SCART RGB (no modding aside from region free SuperCIC and stuff).
This is the first time in a while that I've captured something in HD lol
I'm not really fully happy with the capture as I see some slowdowns but I need to experiment with different setups and see how it goes.
Also the first time I do King League with Golden Fox. I really like F-Zero 99 it's a real banger. I did it for the unlocks though because I tend to feel better with the Blue Falcon overall.
So I had recently replayed this game when it got added on Nintendo Switch Online, I played it in french which had a pretty awful translation with lots of errors at times, then I played the US version and found that the text doesn't give quite the same vibe and is visibly censored.
After doing research, I found that the PAL UK version and the US version are different in terms of text and everything.
I wanted to compare them, but there's literally no full playthrough of the PAL English version, so while the game is still fresh on my mind on how to finish it relatively quickly, I took it upon myself to do it with decent quality. I did kinda want to move on from the game so, sorry if I play somewhat too quickly at times. I chose Corona as the main character name as it seemed to be an official name.
I think the PAL UK version is the best version of the game in terms of the text, so far, the game could probably gain from an actual retranslation to convey the intent perhaps better.
SPOILER TALK:
The US version bothered me, especially for the ending. We're talking about a game that tries to reverse the usual tropes, and where God is definitely a character that has some influence on the story, which all of this is just censored in the US version, the US version also is way more direct on the story, which removes a lot of the mystery of it and it feels kinda wrong to me.
The US version also passes the ending as something good, and this annoyed me, because we're talking about a game that constantly hammers down how humans just hates monsters just for the sake of it, that they look bad, that the so called peace is done by killing monsters regardless of their motives.
The ending is just removing monsters from the history of the human world, which gives absolutely not a great moral on humanity because they just couldn't accept monsters ever, and the only way to save monsters is just to make sure humans never meet them. So humans don't actually ever get to learn anything from this, and the whole embracing "peace" shtick at the end of the game just feels very ironic to me.
The European versions leaves this ending's morality relatively vague in my opinion, leaving the change of history as "a timeline" that you have produced, while reminding the world is not just made of humans. I think this is not an accident that the ending is like this, and I find it really ballsy for a game from 1994, and somewhat noteworthy.
I called it an anti-Undertale kind of game, and while I don't want to give the game too much credit because it is definitely not perfect, describing the story this way doesn't seem wrong to me.

Unused Song 2 & 3 are seen in B-Dash magazine.
BS Nintendo HP is basically a SNES digital version of the internet Nintendo Homepage (that's what HP stands for). There's a few of them... and all of them have... quite the "interesting" music lol

This music was uploaded on YouTube not long after a podcast with the composer as "Special BGM Sample". I now know the actual song name is "Original Sin" / "原罪" according to the early MIDI sketches released after the original OST disc.

To give you an idea how early this is, the GB Memory cartridge was released in 2000. Turns out the menu is different for both regular GB and GBC, you can select music by pressing Start, turns out the music is slightly different from final, but there's also a unique third song.
0:00 - Menu (GBC)
0:14 - Song 1 (would be GB Menu)
1:36 - Song 2 (would be GBC Menu)
2:18 - Song 3 (unused)
3:12 - Menu (GB)
There's not much we can do with it.
Basically inside Mario Artist Communication Kit, they formatted every disk with a preformatted save data, which accidentally contains a bunch of data of deleted files that can be recovered.
This is a Sound Movie using Snakeman Show 1 from Yellow Magic Orchestra. The fact this is a Sound Movie proves that these are internal test files as we cannot make a sound movie in Talent Studio using streamed audio like this. The only other movie like that is the bonus movie with Hiroshi Yamauchi.
archive.org/details/cdrom-edge-cd4-1998-01
This is the same one people may have watched on YouTube before, but here's a 720p upscaled version that YouTube shouldn't butcher as much as it would in 240p.
This video is interesting for showing off 1997 builds of Mario Artist Picture Maker (Paint Studio), Polygon Maker (Polygon Studio) and Talent Maker (Talent Studio). It's pretty different from final in a lot of ways, especially Talent Maker where the editor received a major overhaul afterwards.
