BYU Wind Symphony Australia Tour - Jacob Watabe Nerdydolfin 2018-05-22 | I traveled with the BYU Wind Symphony as a bass clarinet player to Australia. We traveled to four major cities: Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, and Brisbane. In total we performed 10 concerts and hosted 7 workshops with local schools and ensembles, all while also traveling as tourists and visiting the sights there! This video is for memories. It's not a tourist video or a music video by any means. It's also not made for quality, so don't judge my shaky cameras or amateur editing. Elapid - Knex Roller Coaster Nerdydolfin 2013-08-18 | Elapid is a k'nex mega coaster inspired by various intamin roller coasters around the world. It stands over five feet tall and brings you through both high-g curves and zero-g bunny hops.An elapid is a family of snakes, like vipers or pythons. They are venomous and their venom is often neurotoxic. Species of elapids include king cobras, inland taipans, and coral snakes.The ride features custom train decals, theming the train to a coral snake. The ride's logo is also a coral snake, with several of the yellow stripes spelling out the name of the ride.Flame, the snake in the video, is a milk snake. He is not an elapid and he is non-venomous. However, his species has evolved to mimic coral snakes, making him in some respects a fake elapid.I would like to give a huge shoutout to sscoasters.netThey have helped me through a lot of my roller coasters and were the reason elapid was a success. Any k'nex builder who has not joined needs to. It's an awesome community.
Solstice Nerdydolfin 2013-01-27 | Solstice is a dueling launched coaster for the SSCoasters Winter Contest 2012/13.The music is from my marching band show from 2011. The show was entitled "A Winter's Solstice" and the music was written by William Pitts and performed by the 2011 William Mason High School Marching Band.The winter contest is simple: build a coaster that fits into a 5x5x5 cube of grey k'nex rods. If you can fit two in there, great (I was not the only one to do this).I know the video is short but I learned how hard it is to make a long video ofa launched coaster while making this. Albatross- A Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 Flying Coaster Nerdydolfin 2011-01-23 | Albatross is a RCT3 flying coaster that takes you over the water surrounding a deserted island from the eyes of a majestic bird. It features a pretzel loop, 3 zero-g rolls, and a corkscrew. To build albatross I used a flying coaster CTR that I downloaded from Vodhins. I also used steelworx, but I used no other custom scenery. Also, there is a shark in the video. Can you find it?
CoasterDynamix Compact Sitdown Nerdydolfin 2010-12-31 | A little CoasterDynamix coaster. It started out as a really epic layout but it didn't work, so I had to downgrade it to what it is now. I know, it's not the best coaster, and it's not the best video either. This coaster is for a school project so I basically threw it together pretty quickly. I had to keep it small enough to bring in to school, so it is only 1 1/2 feet tall instead of the standard 2. Also, I had to fit it on top of the bases without hanging over, so I was very limited on what I could do.
Gaboon Nerdydolfin 2010-12-13 | New Coasterdynamix invert called Gaboon. Named after the world's longest and heaviest viper, Gaboon tops out at 2 feet, features four inversions, and travels through three, epic, banked curves. The element's on Gaboon are as follows: A raptor-like drop, a vertical loop, a cobra roll, an overbanked curve, a corkscrew, and a curve back to the lift hill. Gaboon was inspired by Raptor at Cedar Point and Silver Bullet at Knott's Berry Farm. Gaboon's layout was originally intended for knex, but I reverted to coasterdynamix as knex would be virtually impossible for me.Just so I don't get any stupid comments, the Gaboon Viper is the longest viper because the King Cobra is technically an Elapid and is not in the viper family.The song in the video is "In The End" by Linkin Park. Atlantis Nerdydolfin 2009-11-25 | It's finally here!!!! Atlantis is a K'nex Blitz coaster, like Maverick at Cedar Point. This is by far my best roller coaster so far. Atlantis features 4 drops, 5 curves, 1 inversion, and plenty of airtime. Sorry that it took so long to get the final video on youtube, I had several issues with cameras, computers, and coaster operations. The music is Alex on the Spot from the Madagascar 2 soundtrack. I do not own the song.

I think I underestimate my sets, I could probably build something bigger. Keep in mind this is still one of my first coasters, therefore one of my first videos.
