BL8DThis is my jam for the HWJ 'Six Steps' Weekend Challenge. Patterns are 4 or 6 steps with different time divisions sequenced by Endorphin.es Ground Control and Pamela's Pro Workout. Noise and some percussions are randomly sequenced by Beat Freqs. I used probability on the reversed and filtered chord sound. The melody is a 6 step pattern by Make Noise René, where I play with the pattern direction ('snake') and the pitch to make it more interesting. Enjoy and leave a comment!

(My Edges have custom screen overlay not to look so .... purple.) With Xone DB:2 and DB:4 I can use different effects on the same voice using multiple channels, that was the point of using these giants. Enjoy and leave a comment! Cherrs!Analog 4 dubtechno projectBL8D2025-04-27 | I made this 'one box' jam to see how much I can get out of my A4. Well, just as much as I put in:-) Recorded through Xone DB4, used its great effects. Enjoy and leave a comment! The Russian Friend - a HWJ Weekend Challenge jamBL8D2025-04-13 | Made for HWJ Spy weekend challenge.. and what could be more interesting and chilling than the world of real-life spies and traitors? Geras used: Roland VR-09 (Kata) Analog RYTM (Peter) Xone DB-4 Supported by Boncza, the Weimaraner. Enjoy!Hypnotic - Vermona DRM1 and Roland TB-03 jamBL8D2025-04-06 | Made for HWJ 'Hypnotic jam' weekend challenge. Gear used: Vermona DRM1 MK3 Roland TB-03 Sequenced with Digitakt 2. My own material only, played and recorded live as you see. Enjoy and leave a comment if you fell so!

OXi One can midi sequence all the machines which is fun, because working with their own sequencers has always been a pain in the ass for me. TR-08 receives not only trigs but also velocity which was a nice surprise for me.
The sounds go into my modular where I apply effects, filters and mix them to the stereo outputs. That's all, nothing serious. Enjoy and leave a comment!FIRE! - a Flame Fire drum module performanceBL8D2024-10-13 | In this jam I used the Flame Fire drum module as sound source and tried to figure out how I can work with it in a minimal moodular setup. The patch looked like this: - Bass drum goes to individual output and making a side chain effect on Endorphin.es Ghost - Sound 7 (whistle-like melody) goes to individual output, into Tiptop Z5000 P.MOD - all other sounds to main stereo out, into Monsoon for pitched delay and reverb - and then everything except the bassdrum into Ghost as an end of chain effect. Enjoy! Comments are appreciated!Iberia - a Perkons HD-01 jamBL8D2024-09-29 | This is my first jam on Perkons, I have it from a friend for a try-out, so I want to see if I can bring something useful out of it. I'm not sure it has much to do with Iberia, but I watched 'I am Georgina' on Netflix before doing the jam, I swear!Heaven and Hell - Nord Drum 1, Roland J-6 and modular jamBL8D2024-09-22 | A little jam I made for HWJ's 'Heavenly and Hellish' Weekend Challenge with some gear I rarely use: Nord Drum 1 with Zoom MS-50G Roland J-6 MI Plaits and WMD Fracture for textures. Sequenced by OXI One. Plaits has no imput signal, it gives a continous sound that I change manually. Fracture is also played manually.

Well, it's allergy season, and my sheep have Bitcrush allergy, so they sleep badly and have confused dreams. Sometimes you can hear them cry half-awaken.
Gear used: Elektron Analog RYTM, FOUR, HEAT+FXLast day of Summer - an Elektron jamBL8D2024-08-31 | This jam was made for HWJ 'Road trip' challenge.
It's the last day of summer so my jam is kinda bittersweet, melancholic, nostalgic. It's when you drive home night alone and you remember the summer that's just gone. You recall your memories, the places you've seen, the joy you had but also the friends you've lost. Another summer is gone and you realize your son starts his last year in the school. Time is running... but there's a little smile on your face.
Made with Elektron Analog RYTM, FOUR and HEAT+FX.Analog x 2: RYTM with HEAT+FXBL8D2024-08-26 | The goal of this self-challenge was to make a full liveset using only the Analog RYTM and only the analogue part of it. So no samples at all, all sounsds were created with the built-in analogue engines. I used the Analog Heat+FX as a master effect and that's all. Both gears are great, innit?
0:00 40 minutes? Oh, come on! 2:52 Where's the melody? 6:44 It's like... you know, noisy 9:42 Slow Tom 11:00 Do something with the tom! 14:37 I've heard this before 15:54 Oh, it's a nice one 17:42 Noisy bits 20:48 My favourite one 23:54 Anything to drink? 25:27 Delayed highs 28:17 Chordy 30:52 Euclidean fun 32:56 No melody here 34:52 Ask me and I answer 37:11 Last but not least
As a HWJ group member I dedicate this jam to the ever-inspiring Lisa, Inky Da Cat.Analog RYTM - Euclidean sequencesBL8D2024-07-28 | I used the euclidean sequencers of the AR in this jam to create rhythm changes and fills in the pattern. All sounds are analog, no samples or external effects used. The AR has 2 euclidean sequencers but I've never used them so far. Practicing with them I see how useful they can be for spicing up a pattern with fills, extra steps or having and extra mute function.Polyend Tracker + Roland TB-03 dub techno jam - Unused StationsBL8D2024-05-04 | This track was made for @HardwareJams "3 body problem" weekend challenge, but it was actually inpired more by another Netflix series: Das Signal. First I just wanted to make a dub techno piece and only had the bass drum at the beginning. Then when I saved it I used the auto naming function on the Tracker, which came up with this: "unused stations". It gave me the idea to bring in the sounds of some abandoned radio stations that send their voices in the space without anyone listening them. I sampled the built-in radio, used 2 tracks for this. The first one has a longer voice sample with LP filter and long LFO on the cutoff + reverb, played back in pingpong loop mode (so it's basically endless and ever changing). The second one has a sliced voice, with random slice playback and random pitch effects. These two put a carpet under the track with an ominous, desolate feel. The TB-03 is sequenced by the Tracker as a midi instrument, the audio goes back to the Tracker and uses its master reverb. The Tracker and TB-03 together with a power bank are a very nice portable combo that you can listen via the Tracker's audio output. No mixer needed. I plan to make a longer version, taking my time with them. Enjoy and leave a comment!Polyend Tracker Techno Jam - mellow observationBL8D2024-04-21 | This is my second track with the Polyend Tracker. I tried to put together a techno track with evolving patterns and some live performance action. I also used the built-in radio to record a part from a choir singing a prayer on a catholic radio and used it as a granular sample in patterns 25-28. This is where it's at now. I keep working on it. Enjoy and leave a comment if you feel so!6 million ways to die- a Polyend Tracker jamBL8D2024-04-06 | This is my first attempt on the Polyend Tracker that arrived 3 days ago as a part of a trade. Never wanted this machine but let's give it a try! The track was made for the HWJ Solar Eclipse weekend challenge. Well, space is a dangerous place, guys:-) Enjoy! (I mean, the track)Live act on Elektron machines at Terem, Veszprém, HUBL8D2024-03-10 | I had this live act at Terem, Veszprém, on 7th Dec. 2023. My gear was: - Eleketron Analog Rytm - Elektron A4 - Elektron Octatrack - Effects: Hologram Microcosm, Eventide H9Passing byBL8D2023-12-27 | This track was made on Roland TR-8S and Elektron Digitone and some effect pedals on the individual outputs of TR-8S. Played and recorded live, mastered with Amuse AI. You can find this track on Spotify, Apple Music and various other music apps, distributed by #distrokid.Dub Techno with TR-8S and effect pedalsBL8D2023-12-16 | I tried to make a 'one instrument' jam here, using the assignable outputs of the Roland TR-8S with a bunch of effect pedals, this way:
Main Out (bass drum and bass lines): Eventide H9 dub compressor Hihats: Zoom MS-50G delay + phaser Dub chord 1: Zoom MS-70CDR delay + phaser + reverb Dub chord 2: Eventide H9 mod delay + Microcosm granular delay + reverb Rimshot: Red Panda Particles granular delay

I tried to keep it minimal, so I used the DFAM and Erica Bassline as sound sources. Bassline goes into Nux Atlantic Delay and Hologram Microcosm. I use the arpeggiator and the random functions of the Bassline while the Micricosm gives some texture to it. Enjoy and leave a comment if you feel so!Bodyshaping - modular jam with Ornament and CrimeBL8D2023-02-18 | A modular-only jam made for HWJ Weeknd Challenge 'Spring'. Spring means it's time to prepare yourself for the bikini season - even if you're a man!

It has nothing to do with disco music but it's danceable and it was fun to make it:-) Enjoy!Plutonium - HWJ Elements Challenge JamBL8D2023-01-22 | Plutonium - an artificial element used most known in atomic bombs. I made an epic, broken, glitchy jam for HWj Weekend Challenge based on this element and what I think of it.
My setup was: Bassline - drone into Strymon Timeline Minitaur: bass arpeggio into Strymon Timeline Analog Rytm - drums Analog 4 - bass lead and lead into Strymon Bigsky Octatrack - mixer for Bassline and Minitaur with reverb.

I used 5 Elektron machines (AR, DT, DE, OT, A4) in this setup and the Novation AFX Station for the intro. Effects: Boss SL-2 Slicer and Strymon Timeline on AFX Station Strymon Bigsky on OT.
Thank you for your support in the last year!Dark Glitches - Analog Rytm & Pulsar-23 jamBL8D2022-11-06 | Made for HWJ Beads samples challenge. I just wanted to try how these two beasts work together. AR sends gate signal via MIDI to P-23 tracks. Track 2 of AR contains various samples from the Beads sample pack. I used only one track for this with trig conditions of sample slots. The first performance pad (and the Quick Knob) changes the sample slots of this track, making variations of it. That's all, hope you enjoy it!Podricks Surprise - an Elektron jam with a twistBL8D2022-10-01 | Made for HWJ weekend challenge 'Surprise". Tempo change, time signature change and musician change tries to make it surprising. And samples from a weird instrument. Which one? Surprise!Pitch black - Elektron Digitakt, Digitone, Analog 4 jamBL8D2022-09-17 | ...A woman wakes up on the edge of a curved concrete wall at a great hight. Below the structure is only deep darkness. Leave a comment, let me know what you think! And also leave a comment if you want to see a patch tutorial.Night drive - a modular jamBL8D2022-09-03 | Modular jam where I wanted to make a trippy track. As I usually do. I tried to create a sidechain effect, where the bassdrum triggers Maths and from here an inverted signal goes to the VCA. A-111-5 plays melody. A square LFO sent to VCF XM creates the dashed main theme. Enjoy and hit a like if you feel so!3 min jam on Elektron A4BL8D2022-08-20 | Made for HWJ weekend challenge, one gear, (a little bit more than) 3 minutes jam.
