The typical LRF construct features two or more rings bridged by three to four telescopic struts with multiplanar, ball-jointed fi xation bolts. Once applied, the LRF can be unlocked for gross frame adjustment and fracture reduction. The LRF can be finely adjusted to aid in precise limb alignment and definitively locked with secure, advanced locking features.
Tight component interfaces reduce sheer forces and promote construct stability. If indicated, the LRF Telescopic Struts can provide 0 to 5mm of controlled dynamization.
• Fewer components designed to reduce frame complexity, assembly time, and weight • Engineered for greater flexibility and construct versatility • Multiplanar gross and fine frame adjustment for rapid fracture reduction and precise anatomic re-alignment • Open frame design facilitates radiographic assessment and surgical site access • Innovative, time-saving instrumentation

Implant sizing and alignment are determined using the patient’s unobstructed anatomic landmarks and the surgeon’s preferences. Prophecy guides are then created which set resection guide locations, reducing intraoperative steps to simplify surgery.
Prophecy is compatible with Stryker’s full array of total ankle implant choices, offering a continuum of care including low profile primaries, complex deformities, and revisions.
