Here we are, finally at the end of 2020. It kind of feels like this year took forever to be done but also the last few months just flew by? Like, sometimes I feel like it's still March then look at the calendar and BAM! It's December! What even?? Anyway, I decided this year not to post monthly collections, mostly because I don't edit as much as I used to and it seemed pointless to post collections with only 2 or 3 parts. My city moved back into the yellow phase of our Covid recovery plan, meaning I can visit my parents for the holidays. Canada also approved the Pfizer vaccine and has a shipment coming in the next couple weeks. We are getting closer to the end of this pandemic. I for one, cannot wait to be able to go to hockey games again lol. What's the first thing you plan on doing once this pandemic is officially over?

Kris and I were just talking yesterday about how as the years have passed, it's been less likely for there to be snow on the ground on Christmas. When you live in Canada, one would expect snow right? Unfortunately we live in the southern part of our Province and by the ocean so we end up getting more rain in December. It's bittersweet, I love snow.

Last year, Kris and I collaborated on a Christmas countdown to lift everyone's spirits and get everyone excited for the holidays. Since this year has been such a dumpster fire for many, we decided to do this again. kaahthemarshmello 2020-09-11 | You know when you walk into someone you haven't seen in years and it's kind of awkward? That's how this feels right now. I haven't posted a single video (MEP part or otherwise) ALL YEAR...so I guess we have some catching up to do. Where to start? Umm...Well here's a recap of 2020 for you all:

January: I decided I wasn't going to post mep collections in an attempt to actually edit more non mep related things. That did not happen (probably Hockey's fault)
February: Only edited MEP related things. Again, I blame hockey.
March: Covid shut down the world (nooo! They took my hockey away T^T). My shifts at work changed but because I was "Essential" I did not get time off. Also, Animal crossing came out.
April: I played Animal crossing
May: Animal Crossing is super fun
June: Still love playing Animal crossing
July: Things started to go back to normal in my province (hurray for flattening the curve!) I got a new laptop, also that summer update for animal crossing~
August: HOCKEY IS BACKKKKK!!!!! Started editing again...but with an updated version of Vegas (Goodbye SV7, I will always love you) so I am still working out the kinks.
September: Ah here we are. I have finally caught you all up to date. so I guess I should get to the video desc now.

kaahthemarshmello 2019-08-02 | HELLO!! Long time, no see XD

Well, it's been like 3+ months since I've uploaded anything...and it's just another mep collection...not even a long one considering how it's 3 months worth...

So here's what's up. My laptop pretty much needs to be plugged in all the time to be used, which makes it difficult to do anything for a prolonged period of time. The charger does not work very well anymore so I have to jiggle it to get it to work. So, after almost 7 years, it's time to bid this laptop farewell...except that I do not have a replacement. I'll probably struggle with it for a few more months while I save some money, then the editing will continue!

This laptop is pretty much the reason why I stopped editing. It's too much of a hassle to use. Ok so I also lack inspiration but I still want to edit! I'm my number one fan, I can't let myself down!

Ok that's all I want to say for now...
