Base coat of VGC 72.022 ULTRAMARINE BLUE and VMC 70.902 AZURE were already applied.I did a dry brush using apple barrel craft paint in white.Then I made a wash with homemade matte medium (basically lahmian medium) and the ULTRAMARINE blue with just a drop of VGC 72.088 BLUE INKbefore applying the wash I took plain water and brush it over the clouds.
