BG Wealth Sharing Exposed: On-Chain Proof There Is No Trading by @CrYptOG
updated
In this video, I break down how this rebrand works, the psychological tactics being used to trap victims, and name the latest New Zealand-based promoter:
Hohepa Patea, based in Wellington, mobile +64 21 490 676, Telegram @Hepz6413 — who, according to our sources, claims to have quit his job to promote this full-time.
With help from one of our Avengers, we successfully guided a victim to withdraw their funds before being completely locked out. The catch? The victim had to invent a fake reason for needing their money to escape, and even then was pressured to leave a balance behind “to keep the account open.”
This isn’t trading.
This isn’t investment.
This is manipulation, surveillance, and exploitation dressed up as financial opportunity.
We’ve gathered screenshots, domain data, and undercover messages revealing the mind games these scammers play — like trying to guilt victims into staying, threatening blocked withdrawals, or claiming FMA backing (a complete lie).
*RED FLAGS COVERED IN THIS VIDEO*:
- Rebrand from CRGLOBAL/UICEX to SignalRaiders.com
- Surveillance app BonChat blocks screenshots to hide messages
- False claims of “risk-free trading” and “100% guaranteed” returns
- Fake success stories used as recruitment tools
- Multi-level commission incentives disguised as “community” growth
- Minimum $1,000 deposits pushed as “starter packages”
- Office setups used as a front to appear legitimate
- False association with regulated bodies (e.g., FMA) to gain trust
- Telegram pressure tactics and psychological manipulation
Victims are being encouraged to lie to their own families, borrow more money, and leave balances behind — all to keep the illusion of profitability alive.
*BUT HERE’S THE TRUTH*:
There is no real trading. There is no 99.6% success rate. This is just a rebranded Ponzi scam, and now we have hard evidence to prove it.
This exposé includes a direct callout to Hohepa Patea, who is knowingly promoting this platform under a fake aura of credibility. We’ve submitted a report to the FMA (Financial Markets Authority) and urge others to come forward.
- If you or someone you know is still involved with CRGLOBAL, UICEX, or Signal Raiders — get out now.
- Watch this full breakdown so you can recognise the red flags.
- Share this video to warn others before more people lose their savings.

I’ve filed a 22-page Motion to Dismiss to prove that the Goliath Ventures Ponzi Scheme has no legal standing to sue me, a New Zealand–based journalist, in a Florida court.
Goliath Ventures has raised hundreds of millions of dollars from the public without any legal authority to sell securities or solicit investments. The company appears to be using these illegally obtained funds not only to pursue lawsuits against critics like me, but also to make political donations and buy access to high-profile figures. Christopher Delgado and his associates have leveraged these funds to align themselves with influential names such as Mike Johnson, Ron DeSantis, Donald Trump, and Eric Trump, using photo opportunities and staged events to project legitimacy and influence.
*IN THIS INVESTIGATION*:
How *GOLIATH VENTURES INC* shut down its Florida entity in September 2025 and re-registered in Wyoming to dodge accountability.
How their lawyers filed subpoenas to obtain my private data from OpenAI and X (formerly Twitter) — a textbook intimidation tactic.
The shocking $150,000 Bitcoin bribe offer they tried to pass off as a “settlement.”
The truth about my 22-page Motion to Dismiss, exposing the lack of jurisdiction, false service, and abuse of process.
Why I’m standing up for free speech, truth, and transparency — even without legal counsel.
This case echoes my previous victory in McCullah v De Hek [2023] NZHC 2230, where another U.S. entrepreneur tried to silence my reporting with a vexatious defamation suit. The New Zealand High Court dismissed that case as an abuse of process and awarded costs, recognising it as a classic SLAPP lawsuit.
Now, GOLIATH VENTURES INC is using the same playbook — hiding behind lawyers, fake filings, and intimidation. But the facts are public, and the evidence is clear.
This is more than one journalist being sued. It’s a fight against the corruption of justice itself. If a company can raise hundreds of millions from investors without regulatory oversight, funnel it into political donations, and then use those funds to silence critics — it’s not just a Ponzi scheme, it’s an assault on democracy and truth.
Every time a journalist is targeted, every time a whistle-blower is threatened, it chips away at the freedom to expose fraud and protect ordinary people from financial predators. That’s why this battle matters.
Watch as I expose Christopher Delgado, Oliver Birman, and GOLIATH VENTURES INC for their coordinated attempt to silence me — and why I refuse to back down.

I’m Danny de Hek, also known as The Crypto Ponzi Scheme Avenger. I’m a New Zealand–based investigative journalist featured in The New York Times, Bloomberg, and The Guardian, known for exposing Ponzi schemes, MLM frauds, and crypto pump-and-dump projects that ruin lives. My mission is to protect everyday investors from losing their hard-earned money to serial scammers who keep relaunching under new names.
McCullah is one of those scammers. After destroying investor trust with Apollo Blockchain, Knox Wire, and LunaOne — where more than 11,000 investors lost everything — he’s back again with GRAPE, claiming it will become the “iPhone of crypto.” But once you actually listen to AMA #9 and check the facts, every claim collapses under scrutiny.
*THE SAME OLD PLAYBOOK*
Every McCullah AMA follows the same pattern:
- Announce an “imminent mega-launch.”
- Hide the specifics behind legal or “partnership” excuses.
- Float imaginary funding and fake liquidity numbers.
- Push dates to “next week.”
- Attack anyone who dares to question it.
AMA #9 is no different. He promises $100 million in liquidity tied to a “free zone treaty” that doesn’t exist, says mainnet is “just around the corner,” and hypes AI tools that supposedly generate smart contracts and full websites from natural-language prompts — all with zero proof, code, or partners.
*KEY LIES AND CONTRADICTIONS*
1. $100M Liquidity Fairy Tale (00:23–04:42)He claims funding will come from “land deposits” in a treaty-based free zone by 2026. There’s no jurisdiction, no treaty, no banks, and no escrow. It’s financial theatre.
2. Mainnet “Next Week” (05:20–05:59)He says the launch date will be announced “next week.” The same promise has been made for months — still no repos, explorers, or audits.
3. AI-Generated Apps and Games (01:12–02:06, 15:38–18:58)“LinkedIn-level websites by Q4.” No code, no partners, no demo. Complete fabrication.
4. Migration and Merge Confusion (07:18–08:52)Claims a “seamless decentralized migration,” contradicting previous forced manual swaps. No contracts published.
5. Knox Wire Resurrection (12:15–13:21)Rebrands a dead payment network as new “utility.” No banks, no licenses, no rails.
6. Regulatory Cosplay (09:09–10:32)Promises an e-government with 11 departments, instant citizenship and banking by 2026. Zero evidence, zero jurisdiction.
7. “95 % Positive” Rating (20:23–21:11)Boasts about CoinMarketCap ratings — with no listing link, no methodology, and no transaction volume.
*THE PATTERN IS CLEAR*
McCullah’s strategy is simple:
1. Invent futuristic tech buzzwords (Web4, AI integration, e-gov).
2. Anchor token prices (“$100 per coin”) before there’s a market.
3. Delay deliverables by blaming regulation, devs, or “haters.”
4. Restart under a new brand once the old one implodes.
That’s exactly how LunaOne collapsed — investors received “replacement tokens” worth nothing, while McCullah vanished. Now, he’s recycling the same playbook under GRAPE.
*TELEGRAM SMEAR CAMPAIGN*
When confronted, McCullah doesn’t answer questions — he attacks. In his official Apollo community Telegram group, he called me “a parasite” and claimed “authorities in multiple jurisdictions” would make arrests soon. That’s intimidation theatre. If there were genuine legal action, he wouldn’t need to rant on Telegram — he’d serve real papers.
This kind of hostility is how scammers silence critics. But I’m not backing down. Every claim in this video is backed by transcripts, blockchain data, and archived project material.
*WHY THIS MATTERS*
Thousands of victims from LunaOne, Apollo, and Knox Wire still haven’t recovered their funds. Now, GRAPE is being pushed to the same community under the promise of “making them whole.” It’s a reboot — not a revolution.
McCullah isn’t a visionary. He’s a repeat offender, using buzzwords like “Web4” and “AI blockchain” to draw in new investors while handing old victims worthless tokens as hush money.
As long as he keeps running new “opportunities,” I’ll keep exposing them.
*WATCH, SHARE, AND PROTECT OTHERS*
If you invested in LunaOne, Apollo, Knox Wire, or GRAPE, contact me through dehek.com/contact — I’m building a verified database to help victims recover evidence and track where the money went.
Do your own research. Don’t trust slick videos or Telegram hype. If there’s no proof, code, or third-party audit, it’s not innovation — it’s manipulation.

In this video, I take you on a real-life trip to the New Zealand High Court in Christchurch as I file a Motion to Dismiss — a formal discontinuance notice that asserts one simple point: journalism isn’t a crime.
It’s been a long road. *GOLIATH VENTURES INC* believes it has jurisdiction over a New Zealand citizen — a claim that’s not only absurd but legally baseless. They’ve tried intimidation, false narratives, and even questionable service attempts. So, instead of backing down, I’m walking you through how we respond — calmly, legally, and transparently.
This vlog isn’t scripted or polished — it’s a genuine look at how far scammers will go when they’re cornered, and what it takes to keep fighting back with facts, paperwork, and a bit of Kiwi stubbornness.
*TIME STAMPS*
00:02 Back to Court Again
Heading to Christchurch High Court to sign a motion to dismiss. Three active cases in Pakistan now merged into one, and *GOLIATH VENTURES INC* still trying to interfere abroad.
00:25 The Queenstown Distraction
Dealing with another legal nuisance attempting to take down an exposé blog — another example of how scammers weaponise the legal system.
00:47 The Jurisdiction Problem
Explaining how *GOLIATH VENTURES INC* is attempting to exert authority over New Zealand citizens and why international law doesn’t support them.
01:32 The Comedy of “Service”
The so-called server “Tony” couldn’t even identify me. First he served the wrong person, got trespassed, and then tried again 10 days later. You can’t make this up.
03:03 Legal Reality Check
Outlining the real procedure for serving foreign defendants — and why their case already collapses on jurisdiction alone.
03:20 Filing the Motion to Desist
Preparing a comprehensive discontinuance document and taking it to the High Court for witnessing and stamping.
04:09 Driving Through Christchurch
A calm moment — scenic tour of Bealey Avenue, the courthouse, and a glimpse of how this city rebuilt itself stronger after the quakes.
06:28 Arriving at the Courthouse
At the Christchurch Law Courts, home to real justice. The contrast between scammers’ threats and the rule of law couldn’t be clearer.
07:05 Defending Press Freedom
Standing up for freedom of speech and journalistic integrity. GOLIATH’s lawsuit is about control, not truth.
08:01 Justice of the Peace Closed
Even bureaucracy has its comic moments. When one door closes, find another that’s still open.
09:21 Coffee, Riverside Market & Resilience
Reflections on Christchurch’s rebirth and how rebuilding a city mirrors rebuilding public trust after scams collapse.
11:21 Old Jobs, New Battles
Revisiting landmarks I once painted before the earthquakes — a reminder that persistence pays off in every fight.
12:57 Tracking Down a Notary
Finding an authorised notary to seal the motion — $125 well spent in the pursuit of truth.
14:29 Affirming, Not Swearing
When asked to swear on the Bible, I explained my background in a religious cult and chose to affirm instead. Truth doesn’t need superstition.
15:53 Photocopy Mission in Rangiora
Heading to Warehouse Stationery to scan and prepare the final documents. Every “I” dotted, every “T” crossed.
16:53 Day’s End Summary
All documents signed, sealed, and ready to file. Legal process complete — the fight continues.
17:55 Small-Town Coincidence
Running into friends whose dogs are siblings of Pixel. A wholesome end to a day spent battling bureaucracy.
*WHY THIS MATTERS*
*GOLIATH VENTURES INC* has been trying to use foreign courts and false legal threats to silence journalists exposing its operations. This motion to desist isn’t just paperwork — it’s a statement that truth and accountability cross every border.

At this stage, no verifiable link has been established between Christopher Delgado or *GOLIATH VENTURES INC*. and the *Alexander Brothers — Oren, Tal, or Alon*. The only known point of overlap is Romi Mawardi, who appears to have known or interacted with individuals from both circles.
As an investigative journalist featured in The New York Times, Bloomberg, and The Guardian, I, Danny de Hek, use open-source intelligence (OSINT) to investigate and expose organised scams, Ponzi schemes, and financial misconduct. My mission is to raise public awareness and protect everyday investors from losing their savings to deceptive or unethical operations.
In this episode, we explore the publicly available background on the Alexander Brothers, who rose to fame as luxury real estate agents in New York and Miami. They co-founded OFFICIAL, a high-end brokerage firm that once handled record-breaking property deals for ultra-wealthy clients.
However, *the Alexander brothers later became the subject of serious criminal allegations. U.S. federal prosecutors have charged them with multiple counts related to sex trafficking and coercion, allegations that have been widely reported by The New York Times, ABC News, Curbed, Vanity Fair, and other reputable outlets*.
All three brothers have pleaded not guilty, and the legal process is ongoing. They are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
The aim of this video is not to speculate or accuse, but to ask questions and gather public intelligence. We are interested in whether anyone can confirm — with credible evidence — if Romi Mawardi’s connections to both Christopher Delgado and the Alexander Brothers are purely social coincidences or if there is a deeper professional or financial overlap.
If you have verifiable information, documentation, or firsthand knowledge that could help clarify any relationship between these individuals or entities, please reach out through official channels. All communications are handled confidentially and responsibly.
This investigation forms part of my broader effort to shine light on potential networks of influence and financial misconduct across industries — whether in crypto, luxury real estate, or so-called “exclusive investment clubs.” Many of these worlds intersect through shared investors, influencers, or private circles, and transparency benefits everyone.
Everything presented here is based solely on publicly available information — government filings, press releases, court documents, and mainstream media reports. The goal is to understand patterns and ask questions that others might be too afraid to raise.
We are not alleging that any of these individuals have engaged in coordinated activity. We are simply mapping the visible relationships and encouraging open discussion grounded in facts.
*DISCLAIMER*:
All content presented in this video is based on publicly available sources and is intended for educational and journalistic purposes under fair comment. No conclusions should be drawn beyond the information supported by verifiable evidence. Everyone mentioned remains entitled to the presumption of innocence until proven otherwise.

After years of deception, excuses, and delays, the High Court has officially granted a Final Winding-Up Order against Rory Conacher’s company, RJS Capital. The business is now permanently closed and under the full control of a court-appointed liquidator.
This video exposes the final courtroom showdown, what was said, how Rory tried to delay the inevitable, and what this means for victims and creditors around the world.
Rory Conacher — long known for pushing crypto-style Ponzi schemes and manipulating close friends and family into investing — appeared in court unrepresented, pleaded for more time, and once again failed to provide a shred of evidence. The Judge wasn’t buying it.
*WHAT THE COURT FOUND:*
- Rory had no legal defence
- He failed to comply with liquidation terms
- He continued promoting other schemes (like StepChain) while RJS Capital was under provisional liquidation
- Victims were still being misled with promises of repayment
The Judge dismissed his request for delay and ordered final liquidation with costs.
*WHAT FINAL LIQUIDATION MEANS:*
- The company is officially and permanently shut down
- A court-appointed liquidator will now trace assets, seize records, and begin recovery
- Creditors and victims will be formally recognised and may submit claims
- The company can no longer operate or move funds
- Further criminal investigations could follow
*IN THIS VIDEO:*
- We break down the court proceedings
- Reveal how Rory tried to play the same game, even in front of a judge
- Show exactly where his attention has been (hint: StepChain promotions and misleading newsletters)
- Share exclusive legal commentary on what happens next
- Expose the intimidation tactics Rory has used against whistleblowers and critics
“Justice delayed is justice denied. But today, justice was delivered.”
This is more than just a legal win — it’s a turning point for every investor who has waited years for accountability.

*STEPHEN MARRIED ASHLEY* on 09/03/2025. On Instagram she described herself as:
- Wife
- Mom of 4
- Hairstylist
- Salon Owner
Ashley McCullah Instagram: instagram.com/ashmccullah (REMOVED)
The Betty Instagram: instagram.com/thebettyhairstudio (REMOVED)
Shortly after, Ashley took down her Instagram account. We attempted to warn her directly and advised her to contact local authorities about her new husband’s fraudulent activities. Instead, she has chosen silence.
This raises an important question: how does someone continue to promote their salon and lifestyle brand while married to a man who has left investors devastated by one crypto collapse after another?
*STEPHEN MCCULLAH’S SCAM HISTORY*
- Apollo Blockchain – hyped as “the fastest blockchain,” later collapsed.
- Knox Wire – marketed as a SWIFT replacement, turned out to be empty promises.
- GRAPE (Grap3.com) – advertised as “Web4” and the “iPhone of blockchain,” with unrealistic AI and gaming claims.
- Repeated token relaunches – built on manipulated supply, exaggerated roadmaps, and fake partnerships.
He is still promoting these projects today, claiming impossible features such as:
- AI-generated smart contracts built from plain English prompts.
- MMO game studio “partnerships” with no evidence.
- Promises of becoming a “Top 20 coin” overnight.
These are classic pump-and-dump tactics used to draw in new victims.
*WHY ASHLEY MCCULLAH & THE BETTY MATTER*
Ashley has tied her personal brand and her business, The Betty, to Stephen by marriage. For investigators and victims, this link is important because it highlights where Stephen has been hiding for the past two years. Many victims are now trying to trace his movements in order to recover funds from stolen crypto investments.
Ashley has been contacted and advised to go to the police, but so far has refused. By remaining silent, she is indirectly protecting Stephen while victims continue to seek justice.
*CALL TO ACTION*
This video serves two purposes:
1. To document Stephen McCullah’s scams for public awareness.
2. To give investors and law enforcement leads on his whereabouts through his marriage connection to Ashley and her salon, The Betty.
*THE BETTY LOCATION?*
Here’s my WhatsApp number wa.me/+6421961652
If you have lost money to Stephen McCullah’s schemes, or if you have information that can help investigators, report it to the authorities immediately.
*THE MISSION OF THIS CHANNEL IS SIMPLE:*
To shame anyone running or promoting a Ponzi scheme and to create enough awareness to save mums and dads from losing their family’s inheritance to greedy MLM and crypto fraudsters.
Stay informed. Stay alert. Don’t get scammed.

Over $380 billion has evaporated from the global cryptocurrency markets, making it one of the largest single-day losses in history. Bitcoin, Ethereum, and dozens of altcoins have plunged in value after Donald Trump’s surprise announcement of new trade restrictions on China, triggering a massive global selloff.
This isn’t a market correction. This is a full-blown crash, and the consequences for those involved with Goliath Ventures Inc. could be catastrophic.
*WHAT’S HAPPENING RIGHT NOW*
- Bitcoin down 15% in 24 hours.
- Ethereum down 20%.
- “Stablecoins” briefly lost their pegs.
- Major exchanges are overloaded with withdrawal requests.
- Panic is spreading through institutional and retail investors alike.
When legitimate crypto investors lose money, they still hold assets that may recover. But when a Ponzi-style platform like Goliath Ventures loses money, there’s nothing real backing it. These so-called “liquidity pools” and “DeFi projects” vanish overnight because they were never genuine investments in the first place.
Goliath Ventures depends on new investor deposits to pay old investors — and once the inflow stops, the entire house of cards collapses.
*THE WARNING FOR GOLIATH INVESTORS*
If you are a Goliath Ventures investor in Canada, this message is especially for you.
You trusted people like Mike, Vince the Realtor, Jayson Newton, and Marty. They told you your money was “safe,” “insured,” or “earning steady returns.”But they lied.
Once U.S. authorities freeze Goliath’s assets, Canadian investors will be left in an even worse position than their U.S. counterparts.
Think carefully about your money.Ask hard questions. And don’t wait until withdrawals are “pending” indefinitely.
*THE RED FLAGS YOU CAN’T IGNORE*
- Executives with criminal backgrounds tied to past financial frauds
- Guaranteed profits no matter what the market does
- Secret insurance policies that no one can verify
- Delayed withdrawals or hidden fees when trying to cash out
- Unlicensed fundraising disguised as private contracts
- Promised returns of 2–10% per week — mathematically impossible
If you’ve seen even one of these signs, you’re not part of a smart investment. You’re caught in a scam.
*THE HISTORY REPEATS ITSELF*
We’ve seen this same story before: When FTX collapsed in 2022, billions in customer funds were vaporized overnight. When HyperVerse imploded, thousands of “investors” discovered there had never been any blockchain trading at all — just recycled deposits dressed up with fake dashboards and slick marketing.
Now, Goliath Ventures is following the same pattern.
*THE PSYCHOLOGY OF THE SCAM*
Victims often stay silent because they’ve been emotionally invested and manipulated. They’re told to “trust the process” or “believe in the community.”
But blind faith doesn’t protect your wallet. It only buys the scammers more time to disappear.
When the collapse begins, operators blame “haters,” “FUD,” or “media bias.” They never admit the truth: the money’s gone.
*WHAT YOU SHOULD DO IMMEDIATELY*
If you have funds trapped inside Goliath Ventures, take action now:
1. Request a full withdrawal immediately, even if it’s marked “pending.”
2. Screenshot your dashboard, emails, and all communications.
3. Save transaction records and wallet addresses.
4. Report the platform to your local financial regulator or consumer agency.
5. Connect with other victims — collective action gets attention.
Once withdrawals freeze or websites vanish, even law enforcement struggles to recover digital assets. Timing is everything.
*THE WRITING ON THE WALL*
Goliath Ventures is in serious trouble.Their “liquidity pool” is drying up.Withdrawals are delayed. The constant flow of new investors has slowed to a trickle.
In addition to running what appears to be a Ponzi scheme, they’ve likely made reckless leveraged bets on crypto and lost significant sums.
If you are an investor — or know someone who is — start asking questions now.
Because once the collapse is public, the operators will vanish fast.

After being exposed for promising investors 4–8% monthly returns through supposed “crypto liquidity pools, Bitcoin mining, and blockchain projects,” the company has now turned to dirty tactics to silence those calling out the truth.
Instead of providing proof of any legitimate operations, licenses, or blockchain partnerships, GOLIATH VENTURES INC filed a defamation lawsuit against investigative journalist Danny de Hek (The Crypto Ponzi Scheme Avenger). But beneath the public legal action, the company has launched a darker campaign — filing fake YouTube copyright strikes to try and have his channel deleted.
Within days of the lawsuit being filed, three coordinated copyright strikes were submitted to YouTube, all clearly fraudulent. Two came from entities linked to GOLIATH VENTURES INC, and another came from Shavez Ahmed Siddiqui, a scam promoter previously featured in a Bloomberg documentary exposing his involvement in multiple Ponzi-style investment networks targeting everyday “mum and dad” investors.
Here are the fake takedown notices that triggered YouTube’s automated termination system:
1. “Shavez Ahmed Siddiqui Knocked Out by The Crypto Ponzi Scheme Avenger in Scam Showdown! – UNCUT”
- Reported by: Affiliate Marketing 3.0 BTCC
- Email: waasspprt@gmail.com
2. “BlackBlock and GOLIATH VENTURES February 2025 Event – FULL BREAKDOWN”
- Reported by: GOLIATH VENTURES INC
- Email: copyright@lxmusicpub.com
3. “What Real Quant Funds Look Like Vs. GOLIATH VENTURES, FL Ponzi Scam (Christopher Delgado)”
- Reported by: SA Channel Pvt Ltd
- Email: samedialtd3@gmail.com
Each of these emails belongs to fake or anonymous accounts, not legitimate rights holders. They are part of a DMCA-for-hire censorship campaign — a trick scammers use to flood creators with false strikes until their channels are taken down automatically.
Under U.S. law (17 U.S.C. §512(f)), submitting a false DMCA takedown notice constitutes perjury. YouTube and the courts have previously acted against this type of abuse:
- YouTube v. Christopher Brady (2019): YouTube sued and won a $25,000 settlement against a man filing fake copyright claims.
Court record
- Journalists vs. Massachusetts TV Corporation (2024): A federal lawsuit exposed a media company’s fake takedown campaign aimed at suppressing city government footage.
EFF complaint PDF
- EFF v. Uri Geller (2007): The EFF successfully challenged Geller’s fraudulent DMCA attempts to censor a critical video.
EFF case page
In all cases, the courts ruled that false copyright notices are abuse of process, not free speech — and that platforms must take action against those filing them in bad faith.
These are the exact same tactics now being used by GOLIATH VENTURES INC. Instead of transparency, they’ve resorted to fake DMCA strikes, fake emails, and fake lawsuits — all in a desperate attempt to suppress growing scrutiny.
But as history has proven, such tactics only backfire. Every fraudulent strike leaves a traceable trail of evidence, and every attempt at censorship becomes one more piece of proof of guilt.
The broader investigation into GOLIATH VENTURES INC now involves six government agencies, multiple whistleblowers, and over 120 victims who have come forward with information. According to internal sources, there is strong belief that Christopher Delgado could soon face criminal charges tied to this network of investment fraud.
This story isn’t about a YouTube channel being silenced — it’s about how online fraudsters are abusing copyright law to intimidate, harass, and delay exposure. And just like every scam before it, this one won’t end quietly.

McCullah, known for past disasters like Apollo (APL), GSX, and LunaOne, now claims that his new project, GRAPE (GRP/GGT), will “revolutionise Web3” with AI wallets, free-zone citizenship, and zero taxes. In reality, it’s just another rebrand of the same collapsed projects — full of recycled promises, no evidence, and vague timelines.
Watch as I reveal every contradiction, false statement, and psychological tactic McCullah used in his so-called AMA. From fake “AI integrations” and nonexistent partnerships to the fantasy “free zone” that supposedly offers citizenship with no taxes — the claims are beyond ridiculous.
IN OUR PRIVATE EXCHANGE, MCCULLAH TRIED TO REWRITE HISTORY:
- Claimed he was “the opposite of a scammer”
- Blamed me for being “misinformed”
- Offered to donate $5,000 to my anti-scam cause if I removed my content
- Promised to get “fakejournalists.net” taken down if I cooperated
- Insisted “law enforcement was impressed with what we built” — without a shred of evidence
THIS IS THE SAME PATTERN WE’VE SEEN ACROSS HIS PAST PROJECTS:
Apollo – marketed as a revolutionary cryptocurrency but plagued with false claims and broken promises.
GSX – the so-called “gold-backed stablecoin” that never had verifiable gold reserves.
LunaOne – pitched as a metaverse worth billions, yet disappeared without delivering a single working product.
And now, GRAPE, another fantasy ecosystem built on buzzwords like “AI,” “Web4,” and “citizenship zones.”
If you think this all sounds familiar, it’s because it is. The Ponzi model hasn’t changed — just the branding.
In this video, I feed all of McCullah’s statements, messages, and his AMA transcript into ChatGPT for a full analysis — breaking down his manipulative language, spotting inconsistencies, and exposing how he twists truth into fiction. You’ll see how ChatGPT identifies each red flag, point by point, and why this project is just another high-tech mirage designed to lure desperate investors.
We’ll also go through the Signal and iMessage screenshots, where McCullah’s tone shifts from defensive to desperate, and finally to dismissive when he realises his persuasion tactics won’t work. He even tries to sound calm and rational — the moment a scammer starts saying “I wish you the best,” you know they’ve lost control of the narrative.
Throughout this exposé, I’ll show you how to spot these manipulation techniques — so you’ll never fall for this kind of crypto theatre again.
KEY TAKEAWAYS FROM THIS EPISODE:
- GRAPE (GRP/GGT) is a continuation of McCullah’s previous Ponzi schemes under a new name.
- His AMA is packed with false claims, non-existent technology, and fake progress timelines.
- McCullah attempted to bribe me and offer “donations” in exchange for removing exposé content.
- There is no proof of any AI wallet, free zone, or gold-backed assets.
- His communication style follows the classic scammer cycle: denial → manipulation → control → retreat.
If you’re holding GRP, GGT, or any token connected to Stephen McCullah, now is the time to step back, demand verifiable proof, and protect your funds.

This is Danny vs Goliath — a real-life David vs Goliath story where truth meets power.
On September 22, 2025, GOLIATH VENTURES INC filed a lawsuit against Danny — 7,000 miles away from his home in New Zealand — claiming he caused “millions of dollars in damages.” Their complaint accuses him of lying about their CEO, running a “smear campaign,” and publishing defamatory content.
Here’s what they didn’t mention: after months of investigating GOLIATH VENTURES INC, Danny uncovered what he believes is a large-scale Ponzi scheme breaking multiple U.S. laws and deceiving investors worldwide.
HIS REPORTING REVEALED:
- Impossible guaranteed returns (4–8% monthly)
- Unlicensed money transmission
- Unregistered securities sold to unaccredited investors
- Connections to convicted fraudsters like Verlin Sanciango (My Liquidity Partner)
- Deceptive claims of insurance and audits
- A pattern of withdrawal delays and shifting excuses
- Now, this lawsuit is being used to silence him.
In this exposé, Danny shows how Christopher Delgado and GOLIATH VENTURES INC have allegedly turned the courtroom into a publicity stunt — using the case to reassure panicked investors and attract new ones under the guise of legitimacy.
The lawsuit, filed by Oliver Birman of Perlman, Bajandas, Yevoli & Albright, reads more like an advertisement than a legal document. It describes GOLIATH as “operating at the leading edge of decentralized finance,” with “fidelity bond coverage” and “strategic Bitcoin initiatives” — phrasing that sounds suspiciously like investor bait.
Danny argues that this lawsuit is not about defamation — it’s about intimidation. It’s about silencing journalists who expose uncomfortable truths.
THIS VIDEO DIVES DEEP INTO:
- How GOLIATH VENTURES INC’s business model mirrors My Liquidity Partner, a previous Ponzi scheme.
- The background of its executives, including Nick Petrillo, who has previously appeared in DOJ indictments.
- How the lawsuit could backfire by exposing the company’s fraudulent operations to even greater public scrutiny.
- The Florida Supreme Court setting underscores a symbolic international clash — the American flag vs the New Zealand flag, justice vs corruption, truth vs manipulation.
- This is not just another scam story. It’s a test of how far financial fraudsters will go to protect their empire when exposed.

For those new to this story, GOLIATH VENTURES INC is the latest crypto Ponzi operation run by Christopher “Chris” Delgado and his right-hand man Nicholas Petrillo. Together, they’ve promised investors 4% to 8% monthly returns, supposedly from liquidity pools, crypto mining, and blockchain trading. They even claim investments are insured — yet can’t name the insurer. No verified audits. No smart contracts. No mining equipment. Just another recycled scam with fake imagery and false promises.
They’ve retaliated by taking down my Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and flooding my inbox with bogus cease-and-desist letters. But thanks to Google Project Shield, this investigation won’t be silenced. I’ve confirmed that six government agencies are investigating GOLIATH VENTURES INC, and I’m feeding intel directly to them. We’ve already identified over 115 persons of interest connected to this operation.
Now, let’s talk about Nicholas Petrillo. Nick, you were there from the beginning — drafting contracts, setting up wallets, handling investor funds. You know exactly how Goliath’s system works and where the money flows. You’ve seen this pattern before, and you know what happens next. I’m urging you: go to the Tampa FBI office and cooperate before it’s too late. You’re looking at 25 years in prison if you stay loyal to Delgado. You can break this case faster than anyone. Do the right thing.
Chris Delgado built this empire on lies. He once sold teeth-whitening kits and was fired for stealing concert tickets. Now he parades around as a “philanthropist,” claiming to have donated $4 million to charity, while living in multiple luxury homes, driving Lamborghinis, and spending six figures on nightclub benders. His partner, Nick, has his own past — linked to false advertising fines and previous convictions. These are not financial geniuses. They’re career fraudsters repackaging an old scam.
Investors — you need to ask for your money back now. Goliath Ventures Inc was legally dissolved in Florida on December 3rd. That means your contract is worthless unless you’ve been forced to “re-sign” under a new shell name. If you’ve deposited funds into a bank account or wallet they control, screenshot and save everything. If they’re really using “blockchain technology,” why are they using regular bank accounts? Because it’s not blockchain — it’s laundering.
This isn’t my first rodeo. I helped expose Hyperverse and worked with investigators from Homeland Security, the IRS, and the FBI. People like Bitcoin Rodney and Brenda Chunga (aka Bitcoin Beauty) ended up in prison or became informants to save themselves. Nick, you can do the same. Step up before the handcuffs do it for you.

But after digging into their website, YouTube channel, and fake AI-generated webinars, I discovered something far more dangerous — a slickly engineered multi-level Ponzi disguised as cutting-edge technology.
IN THIS EXPOSÉ, I UNCOVER:
- How SMARTS.MONEY lures victims with the illusion of “zero-loss execution” and “autonomous profit extraction.”
- Why the so-called founder “Prakash Mea” doesn’t exist — and how every voice in their videos sounds 100% AI-generated.
- The fake “live trading” demonstrations that show wallet balances rising, but no real blockchain transactions behind them.
- Their Rewards Program that pays $40 for every $49.90 “activation fee” — a textbook referral pyramid where the only real money comes from new recruits.
- The disturbing link to MEGA Mobile Marketing, a supposed “tech agency” pushing the SMARTS bot while using fake addresses and unverifiable contact info.
- And the “Keen Recruiter” (Fletcher Woo) who texted me personally, insisting it was “10X better than Hyperverse” and “not a scam at all.”
When I looked deeper, I found AI bots posing as community members, staged “Global Connect” events with fabricated ROI data, and a legal page demanding KYC documents — handing your ID to total strangers with no registered business entity.
This isn’t innovation. It’s manipulation wrapped in neon-green marketing.
Watch this video to see exactly how SMARTS.MONEY pulls it off — from its fake trading dashboards to its elaborate AI recruitment theatre. And if you’ve already joined, this is your warning: get out before the next “upgrade” drains your wallet for good.

I’m Danny de Hek, The Crypto Ponzi Scheme Avenger, and I’m reading directly from our official evidence page — dehek.com/goliath-ventures
— which lists filings, photos, and verified documents as the case unfolds.
Goliath Ventures promised investors guaranteed 4–8% monthly returns through “cryptocurrency liquidity pools” and falsely claimed all funds were insured against loss. In truth, there is no verifiable trading activity or insurance. These promises are mathematically impossible and constitute violations of Section 17(a) of the Securities Act and Rule 10b-5 of the Exchange Act, which forbid misleading or fraudulent investment claims.
The company released a fake “independent audit” through BlackBlock Management Services, asserting that Goliath held 115 percent of partner balances. But BlackBlock CEO Matt Burks is also Head of Compliance at Goliath Ventures, meaning the audit was internal. When challenged, Delgado admitted BlackBlock became part of Goliath Ventures, confirming there was never independence.
*EVERY PONZI HALLMARK IS VISIBLE:*
- Unrealistic guaranteed returns regardless of markets.
- Recruitment incentives paying 1 percent on deposits.
- Withdrawal delays of 90 to 180 days.
- Luxury marketing with jets, yachts & Lamborghinis.
- Fake audits and fabricated insurance.
- No on-chain proof of trading.
Early investors were paid quickly to build confidence; later investors faced delays or limits — the classic collapse phase of a Ponzi scheme.
On September 3 2025, immediately after public exposure, GOLIATH VENTURES INC (Florida) filed Articles of Dissolution. That same day, state records show a new GOLIATH VENTURES INC registered in Wyoming, a secrecy-friendly jurisdiction. Bookkeeper Nadia Bringas also dissolved her Florida company and re-formed it in Wyoming under CPA Harry M. Samuels. These synchronized moves reveal deliberate corporate migration intended to obscure accountability.
Continuity with My Liquidity Partner (MLP): Goliath’s model and personnel mirror MLP, a 2021-2022 crypto Ponzi that defrauded victims of tens of millions. MLP’s founder Verlin Sanciangco, a California realtor convicted of wire fraud, fled to Dubai. Chris Delgado, Nick Petrillo, and others now tied to Goliath previously promoted MLP using identical “insured liquidity-pool” language, fixed returns and referral commissions.
A January 19 2023 photo shows Delgado meeting with Sanciangco, MLP officers Tina Lyu and Anastasia Nepomnyashchikh, and Goliath COO Nick Petrillo during MLP’s collapse. Goliath’s later listing of SeedHunter and Kasta — both linked to MLP — demonstrates clear continuity of people and structure.
Federal investigators are also reviewing violations of 18 U.S.C. § 1960 (unlicensed money transmission) and Section 5 of the Securities Act of 1933 (sale of unregistered securities). Penalties include fines up to $250,000 per offense and prison terms of up to 20 years.
Delgado specifically targeted high-net-worth investors in Isleworth, Windermere and Bay Hill, using his rented luxury image to gain trust. Victims include doctors, realtors and business owners. Multiple exclusive clubs in Orlando have now banned him for aggressive recruiting and fraudulent claims of success.
In Canada, top recruiters Jayson “Jay” Newton and Vince Gratta marketed Goliath Ventures through financial seminars across the Greater Toronto Area. Canadian investors represent roughly 30–40 percent of total deposits, with estimated losses exceeding USD $120 million.
The evidence shows GOLIATH VENTURES INC as a high-yield, MLM-style crypto Ponzi built on deception, fake audits and illegal guarantees. U.S. and Canadian authorities are now tracing wallets, interviewing victims and reviewing shell companies linked to Delgado and his network.
If you invested in Goliath Ventures, preserve all transaction records and screenshots, report your losses to regulators, and avoid any communication with people claiming to represent Goliath support or legal teams.

This video is a raw recording of a call that perfectly shows the dangers of trying to play both sides of a Ponzi scheme.
Three weeks ago, “Tyler” phoned me asking if his investment was safe. He wanted advice, reassurance, maybe even protection. I told him straight: take out your principal immediately, leave the fake “profits” behind, and don’t wait for the bankruptcy court to claw them back.
Then the photos arrived. Tyler clinking steins in Munich, celebrating Oktoberfest with the very people accused of siphoning half a billion dollars from ordinary families. Not strangers. Not business acquaintances. Party mates.
This recording is not about catching someone out for fun. It’s about showing investors what happens when you try to be a double agent — feeding me concerns on one hand, and raising a glass with the alleged operators on the other. It never ends well.
If you’re sitting on the fence, this video is a warning. If you think you can play both sides, this is the consequence.
Timestamps (short, sharp, plenty of them):
00:00 — “Just an investor” but in the photo.
00:17 — Dodging when asked if the photo’s recent.
00:37 — Wants “evidence” before pulling money.
01:12 — Pretends he doesn’t really watch the content.
01:26 — Complains about being named, but ignores the photos.
01:57 — Still refusing to admit involvement.
02:15 — “I’m allowed to have friends, right?”
02:44 — Danny: “You’re out celebrating with them.”
03:04 — The impossible 60% returns explained.
03:27 — Classic fraud logic exposed.
03:51 — Tyler shrugs it off as “between the company and stuff.”
04:12 — Thinks Homeland Security will phone him personally.
05:10 — The God vs. Satan analogy.
05:30 — Still claiming to be “just on the sidelines.”
05:54 — Danny: “Too late, you’re involved.”
06:14 — The Lamborghini question.
06:34 — Danny: “Stop handing out those drugs.”
07:16 — Tyler says he’s getting “the dad talk.”
07:52 — The Avengers make him “talk of the town.”
08:10 — Rule: withdraw principal, leave profits.
08:23 — “Read my content like it’s the Bible.”
09:08 — Wants a government contact number.
10:03 — Doubting Thomas analogy.
11:12 — How much did he invest? Won’t say.
11:44 — Losing credibility by dodging again.
12:17 — Guilt by association explained.
12:57 — Gold bar analogy.
13:49 — Danny tells him to ask ChatGPT about red flags.
14:27 — Confusion about Ponzi history.
15:03 — Reasoning “off the scale.”
16:09 — Danny explains how the investigation began.
17:30 — Inside info: investors already cashing out.
18:47 — Tyler asks why this scam was even on the radar.
19:59 — $500K on alcohol in one night.
20:36 — “You’re as bad as all of them, mate.”
21:12 — Tyler can’t prove it’s NOT a Ponzi.
21:53 — Why real CEOs invest their own money.
22:28 — Lavish lifestyle vs. business reality.
23:11 — Nine articles and nine videos later, still denial.
24:12 — Danny signs off: “Wake up, mate.”
The Warning for Double Agents:
This isn’t just entertainment. It’s a handbook on what not to do:
• If you’re invested in something and you suspect it’s a scam, don’t go partying with the people under suspicion. That makes you complicit.
• If you’re worried enough to phone me for advice, but you’re also flying across the world to celebrate with the very people you’re worried about — you are no longer an innocent bystander.
• If you’re giving me intel, you’d better be genuine. Because if you’re feeding both sides, you’ll end up exposed.
• You cannot be “just an investor” while also being photographed in VIP sections with the alleged ringleaders. That’s called association, and it carries consequences.
• If investigators come knocking, they won’t separate you from your mates. They’ll treat everyone in the room the same.
The moral is simple: don’t try to be clever. Don’t straddle the fence. Don’t play double agent. It’s not just dangerous — it’s foolish.
Why this matters:
Ponzi schemes thrive on silence, denial, and people pretending they’re “just investors.” Every dollar pulled out is someone else’s life savings. Every luxury car, every jet, every champagne bill is paid with money from parents, retirees, and ordinary workers.
This conversation shows exactly how people rationalise staying in too long, even when the red flags are flashing like neon lights. It’s funny in moments, but it’s tragic overall — because behind every beer stein in Munich is a pensioner in Auckland, a nurse in Texas, or a family in London who will never see their savings again.
If you take one thing away from this video, let it be this:
Stop drinking with Satan. Pull out your money. Tell the truth. Don’t be a double agent.

*STEPHEN MARRIED ASHLEY* on 09/03/2025. On Instagram she described herself as:
- Wife
- Mom of 4
- Hairstylist
- Salon Owner
Ashley McCullah Instagram: instagram.com/ashmccullah
The Betty Instagram: instagram.com/thebettyhairstudio

Before that, I want to speak directly to people who have kept money invested in GOLIATH VENTURES.
If you think that everything said so far about Goliath is a lie, what if I could prove to you that Chris Delgado is a criminal?
What if I can show you proof that years ago he scammed people out of millions of dollars while working for another scammer? Would that help convince you that GOLIATH VENTURES is nothing more than a scam — a ponzi scheme?
There’s no liquidity pool. He’s taking your money and giving a little bit of it back to you, calling it a “profit.” You’re too blinded by greed and you want to believe these lies. But this is all going to end in tears.
*WHAT THIS VIDEO COVERS*
- The links between VERLIN SANCIANGCO (aka “Sir Verlin”), CHRIS DELGADO (aka “Lord Delgado”), and the rebranded scam.
- How MY LIQUIDITY PARTNER (MLP) was a near-identical ponzi scheme that ripped off thousands of investors.
- Why the same tactics — fake charity donations, influencer promotion, and stolen contact lists — are being reused under GOLIATH VENTURES INC.
- The evidence suggesting Delgado is just a puppet, with Sanciangco running the operation from Dubai.
- The recruitment networks, enablers, and super-recruiters keeping this scam alive.
- Why investors must face the reality that their money is gone and the so-called profits are just recycled funds from new victims.
*KEY FACTS*
- Domain registrations of MLP and GOLIATH VENTURES are only 20 days apart — both through GoDaddy.
- Charity donations are made with stolen money to build fake credibility.
- Recruitment relied on bribed employees at Rolex, Tiffany & Co., and real estate agents to target high-net-worth individuals.
- Sanciangco was convicted of wire fraud, fled to Dubai, and continues operating scams beyond U.S. reach.
- Delgado flaunts wealth, women, and luxury assets while victims’ life savings vanish.
- Victims describe a 700 sqft office in the Burj Khalifa filled with Eastern European women used to lure investors.
- Influencers like Carl Moon Runefelt (aka The Moon Carl) and co-founder Fabian Kumpusch promoted both scams.
*WHY THIS MATTERS*
This isn’t just about losing money. Victims are unknowingly funding lavish lifestyles, sex trafficking networks, and money laundering fronts. Every dollar sent to GOLIATH VENTURES fuels an international criminal enterprise.
The real question isn’t if GOLIATH VENTURES will collapse — it’s how many people will go to prison when it does.

Today, I’m introducing a new Avenger to the fight against scams: The Terminator. His mission is clear — to take down the domain names and websites that scammers hide behind. If they use a domain to lure victims, The Terminator will hunt it down and help take it offline.
Think of it this way: How do you eat an elephant? One mouthful at a time. That’s the same approach we’re taking when it comes to shutting down scam websites. One domain at a time, we’re breaking down their online presence until the fraudsters have nowhere left to run.
I encourage you — if you come across a domain name that you believe is being used to run or promote a scam, please report it to me. I’ll investigate, collect the evidence, and if it’s a fraud, we’ll add it to the takedown list. Together, we can dismantle these networks, one website at a time.
If you know of a website or domain name that you believe is being used to promote or run a scam, I want to hear from you. You can submit suspicious domains directly through my contact page at dehek.com/contact. Every report helps us build evidence, investigate properly, and, with The Terminator now on board, work towards taking those domains down for good.
Investigating scams properly takes hours of digging — research, writing, fact-checking, and verification. I never charge victims for this work, but I do offer an optional sponsored review service for those who want to support the cause. Sponsorships allow me to dedicate more resources to uncovering evidence, digging deeper, and raising public awareness faster. It’s not required — I’ll keep exposing scams regardless — but if you’d like to help keep this mission alive, you can do so here:
ko-fi.com/s/e450de6745
Every domain taken down is one less weapon scammers can use to steal from honest people. And with The Terminator joining this mission, the scam world just got a whole lot smaller.
Stay vigilant, stay informed, and remember: No Scam survives the Avenger.

But while Delgado is the ringleader, he didn’t act alone. Many individuals and organizations are still benefiting from this scheme:
- *Wael Georgey (Properties In Town Inc.)* — invested $1.6M, withdrew his principal, and continues to sit on profits. Aggressively recruiting others while presenting himself as a trusted realtor.
- *Aspire Rejuvenation Clinic (Tomo & Ana Marjanovic)* — linked to fundraising, alleged laundering, and intimidation tactics instead of transparency. Ana now serves as CFO.
- *Julie Artrip (Rolex Boutique Millenia)*, Tim Robinson, Amit Nayee (Tiffany & Co.) — accused of selling client lists of wealthy individuals to Delgado, helping him target new victims. Blocked inquiries when questioned.
- *Kabooki Sushi* — Delgado’s hotspot for recruiting, paid for with stolen investor funds.
- *Isleworth Golf & Country Club* — Delgado’s $8.5M home deal and staged events happened here. Introduced by Sanjay Srinivasan. No answers from management.
- *Helpful Hands Charity* — ran fundraisers alongside Delgado and still promotes an upcoming 2025 event “Presented by GOLIATH VENTURES INC” despite federal investigations.
- *Indian American Chamber of Commerce (Jan Gautam)* — promoted Delgado at events, later stripped images from their site but left his logo on their homepage. Silence since.
- *Orlando Economic Partnership* — listed Delgado’s company as a “Top Investor.” No reply after being warned.
- *Multiple Charities* — from Angel’s Army to Apopka High School, Delgado paraded donations to polish his image. No word on whether they’ll return funds once clawbacks begin.
- *Ultimate Auto (Joe Labon)* — confirmed Delgado was a paying client but wanted anonymity, showing the fear of association even for legitimate vendors.
- *Tyler Peters (Galaxy Investment, Luxury Jet Ski Rentals)* — suspected feeder fund operator. Claims to be “just surviving” while appearing in photos celebrating with Delgado at lavish events.
- *Eric Zitza* — race car driver sponsored by Delgado. Instead of distancing himself, demanded “hard proof” while ignoring red flags.
- *Dianne Desboyaux* — aggressively recruited victims, profited through uneconomical real estate deals. Likely facing indictment.
- *Brett Keyser (Re/Max Realtor)* — active recruiter into the Ponzi.
- *Piers Curry (Taylor Financial, TF Premium Finance)* — linked to *WealthMD* and *BlackBlock*, promoting Delgado’s services without licenses. Companies quietly erased him from LinkedIn instead of answering questions.
- *London House Orlando* — Delgado’s favorite nightclub, used as a recruiting and laundering venue, with allegations of sex trafficking and large payments from stolen investor funds.
*WHY THIS MATTERS*:
This Ponzi scheme could exceed $500 million, making it one of Florida’s largest fraud cases. Money has been laundered through real estate, luxury goods, charities, and feeder funds. Every individual or organization that took Delgado’s money without asking questions has helped keep the scam alive.
*THE CALL FOR ACCOUNTABILITY*:
Silence will not protect anyone. Bankruptcy trustees will claw back illicit profits. Law enforcement agencies (HSI, IRS, Homeland Security) are investigating. Those who continue to hide their involvement will be remembered not as bystanders, but as enablers.
*FINAL WORD*:
Ponzi schemes thrive in the dark. Delgado may be the face of GOLIATH VENTURES INC, but the spotlight must also be on those who promoted him, took his money, and gave him credibility. The receipts are clear, the victims are speaking, and the truth is being documented.

I review what’s on the website, what’s said in recent AMAs, and what was recorded by the New Zealand High Court in 2023 when McCullah’s NZD $3.85m defamation case against me was discontinued on the morning of a security-for-costs hearing and the Court described the proceeding as a “gagging writ”, awarding indemnity costs in my favour.
*WHAT THIS VIDEO COVERS*
- Token migrations & supply changes: talk of a move to 27B supply and early cohorts getting ~2,700×; 1:1 swaps for others; manual, issuer-custodial swap windows.
- Performance claims: “Every user node adds 1,000 TPS,” “hundreds of millions of TPS,” “top-20 in six months.”
- Audits & security: repeated “audit-soon” promises, no published audits, while the site’s roadmap page had an expired TLS certificate (browser warning).
- Website optics: “In the News” page reads like sponsored PR; the item labeled Bloomberg was non-functional when checked.
- Stack mismatch: claims to build a “decentralized internet / Web4,” yet the public site runs on WordPress (standard Web2 stack).
- Sales funnel: “Quick Buy” desk for U.S. buyers, and language that proceeds are used to “support liquidity” on exchanges.
- Control & yields: on-record statements that the team has total control of supply/spend, plus promised 10–15% staking “from the foundation funds.”
- FourthStar context: after LunaOne’s blow-ups, FourthStar surfaced claiming to “buy assets” and offer token “credits.” Without signed transfer docs, audits, or a public refund program, that reads like a rebrand-and-rescue—not remediation.
*SPECIFIC CLAIMS SCRUTINIZED IN THE VIDEO*
- Supply / Circulating Supply: shifting between “tiny float/scarcity” and expansion to 27B with favours to early buyers.
- Forced migrations: proposals to send tokens to an address within a two-week window to receive replacements. Legitimate projects typically use trustless, audited migration contracts and long windows.
- Quantum-resistant talk: references to “buying a quantum-resistant encryption” without naming algorithms (e.g., Dilithium, Falcon, SPHINCS+), parameters, libraries, or audits.
- Audit promises: “We’ll absolutely do audits (CertiK, etc.)” but none published at time of review.
- Influencer blitz & relaunch playbook: heavy emphasis on influencer pushes and the idea that “relaunches pump,” with price anchoring to past peaks.
*HOW YOU CAN VERIFY ELEMENTS YOURSELF* (QUICK CHECKS)
- Website security: visit the /roadmap page; note any TLS/SSL warnings your browser gives (e.g., net::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID).
- “News” items: click through the “In the News” links; look for “sponsored / partner content” labels, duplicated copy across outlets, and whether the Bloomberg link actually resolves to a bylined Bloomberg News article.
- WordPress stack check: view source for wp-content / wp-includes or open /wp-json (JSON response = WordPress).
- Token migrations: insist on published, audited contracts, snapshot blocks, and Merkle proofs—not email/DM addresses and short deadlines.
- Audits & benchmarks: look for PDFs from reputable auditors, issue lists + fixes, open testnets, and reproducible performance reports.
*IF YOU’VE BEEN AFFECTED*
- Save screenshots, wallet addresses, TX hashes, emails/DMs, and any manual swap instructions you received.
- Report misleading offers or withheld funds to your consumer authority/financial regulator.
- Share your receipts (with redactions if needed); I’m collating victim statements.
*NOTES & CONTEXT*
- Court record (NZ, 2023): the High Court described McCullah’s discontinued proceeding as a “gagging writ” and awarded indemnity costs after he dropped the case on the morning of the security-for-costs hearing.
- This video is not financial advice. It is a review of public statements, website content, and on-record legal outcomes, aimed at helping ordinary people spot high-risk patterns before money is lost.

Promoters like Ryan “Ryzn” Conley are already hyping this as the next big thing, pushing packages worth thousands of XRP and telling people to recruit friends and family. Their videos even brag about “airdrops 40–120 times a day” and doubling your returns if you bring in new investors. It’s the same old scam in a shiny new wrapper.
*INSIDE THEIR MARKETING*:
- A fake corporate story with no verifiable founders or audited results.
- A roadmap promising “global expansion” and “real estate tokenization” by 2029 — nothing but fantasy projections.
- A 16-level payout plan that rewards endless recruiting, not real trading or technology.
- Pressure tactics like “buy before XRP hits $4 or $10” — pure speculation designed to rush people into handing over money.
When you look closer, it’s all smoke and mirrors. Their London HQ? Just a rented meeting room filled with hype men. Their AI? Nothing more than a buzzword slapped onto a Ponzi model. Their packages and “Yacht Club” tiers? Nothing but investor money being recycled to pay earlier recruits.
If you’ve been following my channel, you’ll know these scams always collapse the same way: new money dries up, payouts stop, and thousands of ordinary people are left holding the bag while promoters disappear with the cash.
This is exactly why I do these reviews — to save people from losing their hard-earned savings to scams dressed up as “opportunities.” If you’re thinking about joining XRP AI BOT, or if someone you know is being pitched, watch this video first.

Blog: dehek.com/general/scam-fraud-investigations/goliath-ventures-exposed-glossy-promises-shaky-contracts-and-the-dark-reality-of-guaranteed-returns
Where it all began: inflated promises of 60% annual returns, backed by flimsy contracts that “guaranteed” principal while giving Delgado escape clauses.

Blog: dehek.com/general/scam-fraud-investigations/goliath-ventures-exposed-part-3-christopher-delgado-matt-burks-blackblock-and-the-compliance-illusion
The smoke-and-mirrors routine — Matt Burks and BlackBlock posed as “independent compliance experts” while secretly tied to Delgado’s team.

A so-called “audit” turned out to be nothing more than a Mailchimp PDF, with no licensed auditor, no standards, and no independent verification.

Blog: dehek.com/general/scam-fraud-investigations/goliath-ventures-inc-christopher-delgado-and-the-missing-fincen-registration-why-it-matters
Any real financial firm would file with FinCEN. Goliath never did. That’s not innovation — that’s evasion.

Blog: dehek.com/general/scam-fraud-investigations/goliath-ventures-inc-florida-ponzi-collapse-coming-clawbacks-and-arrests

*WHAT REAL FUNDS LOOK LIKE*
What Real Quant Funds Look Like Vs. Goliath Ventures, FL Ponzi Scam
Blog: dehek.com/general/scam-fraud-investigations/what-real-quant-funds-look-like-vs-goliath-ventures-fl-ponzi-scam
A side-by-side breakdown: real quant funds provide transparency, on-chain proof, and audited results. Goliath provides… smoke.
Throughout this 12-hour stream, you’ll hear from whistleblowers, see internal documents, and learn exactly why Goliath’s promises were always impossible.
*KEY RED FLAGS WE EXPOSE*
– Guaranteed returns + guaranteed principal (Ponzi math)– Contracts full of escape hatches– “Independent audits” that aren’t audits at all– Missing FinCEN registration– Shady affiliates and vanishing bookkeepers– Lavish spending on jets, cars, and lifestyle while investors remain in the dark
More whistleblowers are welcome. If you have information about Goliath Ventures, you can contact me confidentially at: dehek.com/contact
#GoliathVentures
In this video, I break down exactly what a real quant fund would look like — and then compare it to what Goliath Ventures actually has. Spoiler alert: the contrast is damning.
WE’LL COVER
- Finance Team: Why a $500M fund should have a CFO, controllers, and auditors — not a single bookkeeper with a psychology degree.
- Compliance & Legal: How Matt Burks and Matthew Malkemes blurred the line between auditor, compliance officer, and recruiter. Add in a DUI lawyer as “legal counsel,” and you see the house of cards.
- Trading & Investment Team: Why any real fund would employ Ivy League PhDs and proven traders — while Goliath can’t name a single CIO, quant, or risk manager.
- Technology & Engineering: The missing CTO, blockchain engineers, and smart contract auditors that should be running any operation boasting “liquidity pools.”
- Research & Analytics: Legitimate firms produce research, white papers, and risk assessments. Goliath? Just flashy videos of private jets and luxury cars.
- Investor Relations: Why a Mailchimp “audit” is not the same as GAAP-compliant, third-party audited statements.
This isn’t nitpicking. It’s the defining red flag. If the money and the returns were real, the people and the infrastructure would be too.
“Trusting a man fired from In-N-Out Burger for stealing to manage hundreds of millions is beyond reckless.”
The CEO, Christopher Delgado, leans on smoke and mirrors — from glossy lifestyle shots to cozying up with public figures like Trump, Kash Patel (head of the FBI), and Speaker of the House Mike Johnson. That’s not credibility. That’s camouflage.

This video exposes why Goliath’s contracts are not just misleading but likely *illegal unregistered securities*. That single fact could form the foundation of SEC and DOJ prosecutions, investor clawbacks, and prison sentences for insiders like Delgado, Matt Burks, and Piers Curry.
👉 Read the full blog here:dehek.com/general/scam-fraud-investigations/the-unregistered-securities-problem-why-goliath-ventures-contracts-are-likely-illegal
*WHAT YOU’LL LEARN IN THIS VIDEO*
- Why calling themselves a “*Private Equity Fund*” or a “*Joint Venture Private Fund*” doesn’t matter — legally, these were securities
- How the *Howey Test* applies to Goliath’s contracts
- Why *unregistered securities* carry massive SEC, DOJ, and civil liabilities
- The Florida-to-Wyoming corporate shell swap — a textbook fraud move
- The role of *WealthMD* in targeting retirement accounts and IRA rollovers
- The fake “independent audits” manufactured by *BlackBlock*
- How investors could face *clawbacks* even if they already withdrew money
- Why recruiters and promoters could face criminal liability for selling unregistered securities
*THE RED FLAGS YOU CAN’T IGNORE*
- Promises of *3–10% guaranteed monthly returns*
- Claims of being “*insured and bonded*” that don’t stand up
- Pooled investor funds funneled into unlicensed crypto operations
- Disclaimers added only after regulators started asking questions
- Corporate dissolutions and *Wyoming shell company reincorporations* to dodge oversight
*THE FALLOUT THAT’S COMING*
If regulators move (and they will), Goliath Ventures faces:
- *SEC enforcement*: cease-and-desist orders, asset freezes, disgorgement
- *DOJ charges*: sale of unregistered securities, wire fraud, conspiracy
- *FinCEN penalties*: unlicensed money transmission, asset seizures
- *ERISA suits*: targeting misuse of retirement funds through WealthMD
- *IRS actions*: disqualification of IRAs, back taxes, and penalties
*WHY THIS MATTERS TO INVESTORS*
If you invested in Goliath Ventures, your money was likely tied up in an *illegal security*. That means:
- Your “profits” may be clawed back by a bankruptcy trustee
- Your principal may not be safe
- If you recruited others, you could be personally liable
- Retirement funds used through WealthMD may trigger legal exposure
This isn’t just a paperwork oversight. It’s a criminal enterprise in plain sight.
*THE BOTTOM LINE*
Goliath Ventures wasn’t sloppy. It was carefully engineered to *deceive investors*, *dodge regulators, and create the illusion of legitimacy*.
Unregistered securities, unlicensed money transmission, retirement account raids, and fake audits are the building blocks of this scheme. And when the SEC, DOJ, and FinCEN act, it won’t just take down Delgado — it will also drag down Burks, Curry, and anyone who promoted or profited from this scam.
This is one of the clearest cases of fraud I’ve ever investigated.
My mission is simple: *to protect everyday investors from losing their life savings to Ponzi schemers and MLM bottom feeders*. If you value this work, make sure to subscribe, share, and help spread the word before more people lose their kids’ inheritance to scams like Goliath Ventures.

This event shows classic Ponzi structure red flags: inflated returns, shifting language (fund vs JV), false assurances of insurance, moving goalposts for investors, and compliance theatre designed to reassure while avoiding actual regulation.
Watch the live stream, follow the timestamps, and see for yourself how GOLIATH VENTURES and BLACKBLOCK openly admit to practices that regulators would find deeply troubling.

For over two years, Christopher Delgado and his crew dazzled Central Florida with flashy parties, luxury lifestyles, and promises of guaranteed returns. They called themselves a “private equity company” one week, and a “joint venture private fund” the next. Whatever the label, the pitch was always the same: risk-free riches.
But the truth is now impossible to ignore: Goliath Ventures appears to be a $150+ million Ponzi scheme.
And here’s the part most people don’t understand — when Ponzi schemes collapse, the government comes after not only the operators, but also the so-called “winners.” If you withdrew more than your principal, you may be forced to return every cent of those “profits.”
This process is called a clawback.
*WHAT YOU’LL LEARN IN THIS VIDEO*
- Why Ponzi profits are an illusion
- How bankruptcy trustees use fraudulent transfer laws to claw back payouts
- Real cases like Bernie Madoff, where $14 billion was clawed back
- The role of feeder funds like WealthMD and sham audits by BlackBlock
- Why recruiters face liability for selling unregistered securities
- The risks for anyone who rolled over retirement funds (IRAs/401ks) into this scam
- How clawbacks could impact thousands of Goliath investors
*WHY INVESTORS SHOULD BE ALARMED*
Evidence suggests Goliath raised hundreds of millions from 1,500+ investors, paying out over $100 million in fake “dividends” in 2024 alone.
Those weren’t real returns — they were new investor money recycled to keep the scam alive. Now federal clawbacks can reach back years, freezing accounts, tracing crypto wallets, and forcing “net winners” to repay funds they thought were theirs.
Even if you:
- Believed Goliath was legitimate
- Paid taxes on your returns
- Already spent the money
Ignorance is not a defense.
*WHAT’S COMING NEXT*
If Goliath Ventures is ruled a Ponzi scheme in federal court, expect:
- Lawsuits against net winners
- Frozen bank accounts and seized crypto wallets
- Subpoenas for feeder funds like WealthMD
- Targeting of financial advisors, accountants, and recruiters who moved the money
This is the same playbook used in the Madoff collapse, and the outcome will be brutal.
*WHAT YOU SHOULD DO NOW*
If you were an investor, recruiter, or advisor connected to Goliath Ventures:
- Stop reinvesting or moving capital linked to these entities
- Preserve all transaction records
- Seek legal counsel who understands Ponzi clawbacks
- Prepare liquidity — clawbacks are coming
The Bottom Line
Goliath Ventures didn’t just collapse. It set a trap.
Investors who thought they “won” may soon find themselves forced to repay their so-called profits. Recruiters and promoters may face charges for selling unregistered securities. And the operators at the top? They’ll face the full weight of federal enforcement.
This is far from over.

This isn’t just a minor paperwork issue. For a crypto investment operation handling pooled customer funds, MSB registration is absolutely foundational. Without it, the entire Goliath Ventures enterprise looks like it has been operating completely outside of federal anti–money laundering (AML) oversight.
In this video, I break down what this missing registration means, why it matters, and what kind of legal exposure it could create for Chris Delgado, Matt Burks, and Piers Curry — the figures behind Goliath Ventures.
*WHAT YOU’LL LEARN IN THIS VIDEO*:
- Why FinCEN MSB registration is mandatory for crypto operations handling customer funds
- The legal obligations every Money Services Business must meet (KYC, AML, SAR reporting, recordkeeping)
- How Goliath Ventures allegedly accepted investor money, pooled it, and paid out “returns” without any oversight
- The risks to investors when there is no AML, no KYC, and no regulatory compliance
- The potential criminal, civil, and personal liability Delgado, Burks, and Curry may face under U.S. law
- Why operating without MSB registration could trigger asset forfeiture, civil fines, and wire fraud charges
*WHY THIS IS SERIOUS*
- 18 U.S.C. § 1960 makes it a felony to operate an unlicensed money transmitting business.
- Penalties include up to 5 years in prison and $250,000 in fines per violation.
- The U.S. government can freeze and seize personal and corporate assets tied to the business.
- Civil fines of $5,000 per day may be assessed.
- SEC, FinCEN, and state regulators can pile on with parallel enforcement actions.
For investors, this means your money was never protected. No compliance programs. No regulators watching. No safeguards to stop fraud.
*WHY I’M COVERING THIS*
As The Crypto Ponzi Scheme Avenger, my mission is to shine a light on Ponzi schemes, MLM scams, and crypto frauds so ordinary people don’t lose their life savings. Scammers prey on trust and ignorance. By exposing their lies, we take away their power.
I’m not here to sugarcoat it — Goliath Ventures looks like compliance theater. They put on a show of being “insured,” “bonded,” and “regulated,” but the missing FinCEN registration proves otherwise.
This isn’t just sloppy paperwork. It’s one of the clearest legal traps these operators have set for themselves.

*DEBUNKING VIDEO:*
From Mobile Homes to Private Jets: The Rise of Chris Delgado, The Crypto King youtube.com/watch?v=xB0NlTuMU78 by @Strokeofsucccess
As The Crypto Ponzi Scheme Avenger, my mission is to expose the truth and protect everyday mum-and-dad investors from losing their life savings to multilevel marketing bottom-feeders and crypto scam promoters. In this video, we dig into Delgado’s statements, highlight contradictions, and show why so many warning signs are flashing.
*MAJOR RED FLAGS IN THIS INTERVIEW:*
- *From Rags to Riches Narrative* – Delgado repeatedly leans on his “trailer park to jets” story. Classic MLM/Ponzi leaders love to oversell their humble beginnings as proof of credibility.
- *Name-Dropping & Association* – Constant references to Patrick Bet-David, Grant Cardone, and John Mason are used to inflate his legitimacy. Scammers often rely on borrowed credibility rather than transparent business practices.
- *Private Equity That’s Not Really Private* – Delgado claims Goliath Ventures is a “private equity firm” where outsiders can’t invest. Yet he talks about investors, partners, and “acquisitions” without any evidence of regulatory oversight.
- *No Education, No Finance Background* – Admits he has no degree, yet positions himself as a financial mastermind running a multimillion-dollar firm. This is a serious red flag in any investment opportunity.
- *Lavish Lifestyle as Proof of Success* – Watches, Rolls-Royces, private jets, and designer living are constantly paraded as “evidence” that the business works. In reality, scammers use luxury optics to lure victims.
- *Vague Structure & Claims of Exclusivity* – Delgado insists Goliath “doesn’t solicit investments” and only works with certain individuals. Yet he also speaks about growth, acquisitions, and investor trust. This contradiction is a hallmark of Ponzi operators who blur the line between “private club” and illegal fundraising.
- *Religious & Motivational Packaging* – Heavy reliance on “manifestation,” prayer, and destiny to justify his wealth. This emotional manipulation makes vulnerable investors believe they too can “attract abundance.”
- *Vault Conference Sponsorship* – Brags about Goliath Ventures sponsoring Patrick Bet-David’s Vault event. But why would a supposed private equity firm spend millions on marketing if it doesn’t seek outside investors? Another glaring inconsistency.
*WHAT YOU’LL SEE IN THIS VIDEO*:
- Delgado’s self-promotion disguised as inspiration
- His constant use of celebrity association to build credibility
- The way he dodges transparency around Goliath’s operations
- How religion, family values, and generosity stories are weaponized as trust-building tools
- The exact psychological playbook Ponzi promoters use
I’m Danny de Hek, aka The Crypto Ponzi Scheme Avenger. My mission is to shine a bright light on scammers and fraudsters, so families don’t lose their kids’ inheritance to slick-talking promoters. If you’ve ever been approached about Goliath Ventures or Chris Delgado, this video is your warning.
Stay alert. Ask questions. And never invest in any opportunity that hides behind motivational speeches and luxury lifestyles instead of audited financials and legal transparency.

This video gives you a behind-the-scenes look at what it’s like to hunt down these bottom feeders in real time. Scam Zooms pop up all over the internet — and often disappear just as quickly. They’re usually filled with promises of passive income, generational wealth, or magical crypto trading bots. But at the end of the day, it’s the same old Ponzi playbook: take from the newcomers to pay the old hands until the money dries up.
My mission on this channel is clear: to shame anyone running or promoting Ponzi schemes and create as much public awareness as possible. Too many mums and dads have lost their retirement savings, too many kids will never see their inheritance, all because of these so-called “leaders” pushing fake opportunities.
In this episode, you’ll see how hard it can be to pin these scammers down, but also how determined we are to keep exposing them. Sometimes it’s not about catching a fish — it’s about showing the bait and warning others before they get hooked.
If you’re new here, I’m Danny de Hek, aka The Crypto Ponzi Scheme Avenger. I’ve made it my mission to investigate, expose, and document the tricks MLM scammers use to lure people in. Whether it’s Zoom calls, fake tokens, AI trading lies, or crypto recovery scams — I’ll be there shining a light on their dark corners.
Stay tuned for more investigative content where I’ll continue naming and shaming these con artists. And remember: if you see someone promoting a “too good to be true” opportunity, it usually is.

“Goliath maintained an average collective balance of 115% or more of partners’ balances at all times.”
If that were true, every investor should be able to get their full principal back immediately. No excuses. No delays.
This video is designed to help investors demand their money back and test whether Goliath’s guarantees are real — or just smoke and mirrors.
*HOW TO WITHDRAW YOUR FUNDS*
The Goliath Ventures contract is clear:
- Email your request to agreement@goliathventuresinc.com
- Ask to withdraw *100% of your principal*
- Remind them that Section 3.6 of the contract guarantees your money in full
- Save every email, reply, and screenshot
Withdrawals are supposed to be processed within *5–7 business days*, with a possible 90-day delay for “suspicious circumstances.” If they stall beyond that, you’ll know the guarantee is worthless.
*THE UMBRELLA OF GOLIATH, WEALTH MD, AND BLACKBLOCK*
We now have *full contracts* from Goliath Ventures and Wealth Management Doctors (Wealth MD), plus records tied to BlackBlock.
Here’s what we found:
- The contracts are *nearly identical*.
- Goliath promises full return of principal.
- Wealth MD routes withdrawals through *Matt Burks* and *John “Travis” Lillie* — the same Matt Burks who wrote the fake “independent audit.”
- BlackBlock, presented as an auditor, is really part of the same white-label scheme.
Many investors who think they invested with Goliath may have actually gone through Wealth MD or BlackBlock. If you are involved with *any of these three companies*, demand your withdrawal now. They are not separate entities — they are one Ponzi network.
*WHY YOU MUST ACT NOW*
Ponzi schemes collapse when withdrawals outweigh deposits. The longer you wait, the smaller your chance of seeing money back. Delgado claims investor funds are secured — so test him. File your withdrawal request today.
*HELP BUILD THE VICTIM DATABASE*
We are collecting anonymous data to support regulators and law enforcement. If you invested, please visit dehek.com/contact and share:
- Date of investment
- Amount invested
- Amount withdrawn so far
- Whether you are in profit or still clawing back your principal
This data strengthens the case against Goliath Ventures and its affiliates.
*PERSONS OF INTEREST*
We are monitoring the following individuals as persons of interest connected to Goliath Ventures, Wealth MD, or BlackBlock:
Christopher Delgado, Tyabre Zeper, Piers Curry, Alex Bukalo, Nadia Lavy Bringas, Matthew Malkemes, Hunter Smallback, Harry M Samuels, Wael Georgey, Stephanie Hernandez, Michael Chmielewski, Tomo Marjanovic, Aaron Thornton, Nicholas Petrillo, Michael Hernandez, David Panzik, Marty Birthelmer, Tiffany Nguyen, Vance Fundora, Fabian Kumpusch, Stephen Davis, Lee Ann Howe, James Delgado, Casey Holladay, Vince Gratta, Jonathan Mason, John T. Lillie, Punit Shah, Matt Burks, Jayson Newton, Douglas & Stacie Shenkman, Khurram Bukhari, Sarah Soliman, Sanjay Sam Srinivasan, Dante Spitalieri, Gary Rice, Martinette Mitchell, Neucurth Harrison, Denise & Lance Noriega, Isaac Babb, Kat Blazick, Romi Mawardi
*Disclaimer*: These people are not accused of crimes. They are listed as persons of interest based on open-source intelligence. If someone should be added or removed, please contact us at *dehek.com/contact*.
*BUYING LEGITIMACY THROUGH SPONSORSHIPS*
Delgado has used investor funds to buy credibility, with Goliath Ventures listed as a *Platinum Sponsor* of the Indian American Chamber of Commerce (IACC) Orlando — alongside Orlando Magic, Windermere Medical, and Patel Financial.
We have written to IACC Orlando to demand answers about their relationship with Goliath Ventures. This is a classic scam tactic: buying influence and visibility to appear legitimate while victims continue to lose money.
*FINAL WORD*
The facts are simple:
- Goliath Ventures Inc. is under Homeland Security investigation
- Their “independent audit” is a sham
- Their contracts guarantee full return of principal
- Investor funds are supposedly sitting idle
So test them. File your withdrawal now. The more people who demand their money back, the faster this Ponzi scheme collapses under its own lies. Don’t wait for Delgado’s next excuse. Act today.

Since the beginning of our investigation into Christopher “Chris” Delgado and Goliath Ventures, the evidence has only grown stronger. What started with a leaked contract has now expanded into a full-scale exposé backed by whistleblowers, victims, and investigative journalists from around the world.
*THE TIMELINE SO FAR*:
Part 1: We uncovered the Goliath Ventures contract that promised “guaranteed” 3–4% monthly returns and “absolute and binding” guarantees of principal. These promises were contradicted by sweeping disclaimers and 90-day withdrawal delays.
Part 2: Investor emails revealed choreographed payout schedules, false claims of partnerships with Merrill Lynch, and a so-called “audit” distributed through Mailchimp with no licensed auditor attached.
Part 3: A leaked February 2025 training video showed compliance theatre, scripts telling promoters what to say, fake “insurance” slides, and a conflict of interest where BlackBlock — presented as an “independent auditor” — was also promoting and selling Goliath contracts.
Part 4: In September 2025, Goliath Ventures Inc. was dissolved in Florida and immediately reincorporated in Wyoming, a classic move to dodge liabilities. At the same time, Delgado claimed it was all a “smear campaign” rather than answering basic questions.
*OUR LATEST ACTIONS*:
We have now contacted every charity linked to Goliath Ventures, making them aware of the reality:
“If regulators confirm this was a Ponzi scheme, donations may be clawed back. What looks like philanthropy today could become a financial and reputational liability tomorrow.”
We have also begun correspondence with the U.S. Secret Service regarding investor losses. While Delgado’s camp claims we’ve been silenced by lawyers, that is false. We are more determined than ever, backed by a growing network of Avengers exposing this fraud.
*WHO WE ARE INVESTIGATING*:
Chris Delgado, Tyabre Zeper, Piers Curry, Alex Bukaio, Nadia Bringas, Matthew Malkemes, Hunter Smallback, Stephanie Hernandez, Michael Chmielewski, Tomo Marjanovic, Aaron Thornton, Nicholas Petrillo, Michael Hernandez, Vance Fundora, Fabian Kumpusch, Stephen Davis, Lee Ann Howe, James Delgado, Casey Holladay, David Panzik, John T. Lillie, Punit Shah, Matt Burks, Jason Newton, Douglas & Stacie Shenkman, Vince Gratta, Marty Birthelmer.
These names are now part of our active database. Their roles and involvement are being investigated, and whistleblowers are continuing to provide documentation.
*THE PUSHBACK*:
We are receiving flak from all sides — but as the old saying goes: you only take flak when you’re over the target. This shows we are right where we need to be. None of this would have escalated if Delgado had simply answered a few basic questions instead of dismissing our work as “jealousy.”
*CALL TO ACTION*:
We urge whistleblowers to continue stepping forward. Your courage is making a difference. Each piece of information helps us uncover the truth and protect future victims.
This is far from over. Stay tuned, stay vigilant, and remember: guaranteed returns + guaranteed principal + withdrawal delays = classic Ponzi red flags.

Act today.

In this video, I’m uncovering the truth about the so-called Digital Asset Insurance Alliance (DAIA) — a “crypto recovery service” promoted through Facebook ads that looks professional on the surface but shows all the hallmarks of a classic recovery scam.
*WHAT WE FOUND*
DAIA claims to work with regulators and lawyers to help victims recover lost funds from crypto, forex, and trading scams.
- They promise immediate recovery if your case “matches an investigation.”
- Their Terms and Conditions look official but contain placeholders like “[Jurisdiction],” which no real legal contract would leave blank.
- They prey on victims who have already lost money, offering false hope of recovery.
- This isn’t just about DAIA — it’s about how Facebook profits from scam ads while failing to protect users. These platforms happily accept advertising money from fraudsters but ban people like me when I expose the truth.
*WHY THIS MATTERS*
Recovery scams are some of the cruelest cons out there. They don’t just steal your money once — they trick you into handing over more by selling you the false hope of getting it back.
The reality is, crypto recovery is almost impossible. At best, blockchain forensic specialists can trace where funds went, but they can’t retrieve them once they’ve been cashed out. If someone promises you quick recovery through Facebook ads, it’s a scam.
Platforms Profit While Victims Suffer
This isn’t just a DAIA problem — it’s a big tech problem.
- Facebook makes billions from ads but refuses to spend enough on protecting users.
- Scam ads could be easily flagged, but instead they’re pushed to vulnerable people.
- I’ve personally reported Facebook pages promoting scams (including Ponzi schemes with official government warnings), yet instead of removing them, Facebook banned my account after scammers maliciously reported me.
Think about that. I’ve been featured in the New York Times, appeared in a documentary, and was part of a Bloomberg investigation that ran for 10 months, but Facebook branded me the scammer. And there’s no way to speak to a human being to put it right.
The sad reality is platforms are profiteering off scam ads while silencing the people exposing them.
*FINAL WARNING*
If you’ve lost money to a scam, report it to your official financial regulator or law enforcement agency. Never trust a recovery service you discover through social media advertising.
“When platforms profit from fraud, they stop being neutral hosts and become part of the scam.”
If you found this video useful, check out the full blog on my website where we break down DAIA and recovery scams in detail.
Stay safe. Stay sceptical. And remember — NO SCAM.
