I forgot to tell, this laser also work with well known lightburn software, but Glaser softwer offer us everything we need and a lot more, but there is still option to use constantly developed lightburn software.

This is so amazing machine because it work on many usefull materialls, like all kind of metals, inox, aluminium, brass, copper, plastic, leather, ceramic, tiles, and much more.
beside of it's super power this laser engraver is also unbealivable fast, we can actually miss engraving process when blink with eye.

I see lot of potential in that machine for some small buisness, i already make many engraves on my tools and home, but i afraid soon will be marked every object in my house :)

About E80 laser modul i got only one word to say: Monster.

Neje max 4 i test in this video is one of first versions, new version already has some improvement like:
-X and Y cable chains included
-pen holder for drawing is longer
-E80 has new air assist nozzle, wich is shorter so you can use bigger "z step per pas" value without worried that lens hit the wood.

The weather is good so we mowe and bale our first piece of land this year, it was on 27.05.
This is our biggest meadow / grass land in one piece and it's the only one flat enough to work with tractor at least more or less (20-30% steel need to mowe and work handly)
we own Metrack 4004 for a few years now, but this time i push it to the limit for the first time, it go up to 38 degree then rear wheels start lifting or start sliding, one time i was preatty close to turn it arround, so now i know where the limitation is ;)

That's also the only field where we make bales, because there are really bad weather in may when the grass is ready to cut, everything else we dry and store as dry hay.

In this video i will make a lathe spindle stopper, wich limit the deepth of clamping, so we clamp each part on same position into lathe chuck.
It's simply but so usefull tool, i just can't imagine to work seriall pieces without using this adon in combination with carriage stoper i make in previews video.
I make very simply version of spindle limiter, but why complicate while things can be simple, it work, it's settable by entire spindle and it's precize.

As you can see in the video modul isn't that powerfull as A40640 but E40 got much better cooling and better limitation of power on laser diode, so the modul is suitable for long term use of cutting, wich is great for seriall cuts like for small buiseness.

In this video i will upgrade my neje 3 max with some super addons.
First of all is precize metal Z axis lifting device, wich make focus settings much easier and more precize, then i add a belt tensioner wich allow us to set entire machine to work more priceze because belt isn't too loosen or overtight.
i try to mount also metal airassist noozle, and realize i got much better cutting result with using manual air assist tube.
As last i upgrade my A40640 laser modul with adittional hetsink and fan so entire modul are cooler and allow us to use that modul on 100% laser power also in longterm use.

Who ever got a lathe knows good that there's never enough tool holders for quick change tool post.
I make them out of hard (7075) aluminium which is great for machining, they are strong just enough for a mini lathe.
and can't become magnetic. for the end i make anodise protection which process will show in some of next video.

In this video i just show you some modifications i make on tractor Tomo Vinković 1018, original steering was very hard, so we mounted hydraulic steering system about two years ago, with that mod, tractor god hydraulic system, so i start thinking why not to add another valve and cylinder for the casson and voila, here it is, beside of that mod i also make some smal improvements, and offcourse couldn't resist some milling and turning timelapses.

In this video i will try to fix my broken linear scale,
i'm pratty sure that it was my fail because i got problem with mill motor wich was in short, so DC current may leak to the ground and demage the scale.
i tell banggood what's happened and they send me new one, free of charge from EU warehouse, so i got new one in only few days.
Later i try to fix old one to replace only suspicious element on the board that's LM339N. I buy 10 of them for $1 and after replace the scale works like new.

In this video i'll just fix some fails on 25years old Felisatti T83 miter saw.
It got many working hours behind, so after all that time it's normally that the bearing wear out, with that opportunity i also fix few other problems, like non working protective saw shield, brakes on motor, and switch for constantly running.
