Life is a Series of Still Pictures

Bentinho Massaro 2023-07-01 | You cannot accept something when you indulge in the story—when you animate the character.

If you could watch an entire two-hour movie—ideally a movie that's really exciting and exhilarating and draws you in—and feel your own presence and see the movie purely as a series of neutral phenomena—still pictures—then you would have mastered the ability to not indulge. You would know the state of true acceptance. Blissful, awake, space-like, meaning-free acceptance. This is the state of non-indulgence.

Try it out. Try to watch an entire two-hour movie without seeing the storyline—focus only on letting the pictures be pictures, without subjectively attributing story or meaning…

Notice how the movie (or your mind rather) will tempt you to indulge in perspectives and emotions—to identify with the story. I'm not saying this is always the best way to enjoy a movie, but for the purpose of this exercise you would have to be willing to sacrifice the partial joys and thrills you get from following the trail of meaning which the movie was designed to evoke; you’d have to have the will to not indulge the incessant addiction to feeling emotion, gratification, validation and identification.

So for practice sake, see if you can watch an entire movie with nothing but a blissful sense of awareness of the whole thing without any need for meaning, to the point where you don't feel the story you just see your own presence. Even when something scary or beautiful happens, don’t enter it and don't register it; just see a neutral picture, and the bliss and the ease will stay the same. This can show you true “suchness” or equanimity.

Absolutely all of you can do this for two to five seconds, but very few will succeed perfectly for two hours straight. Somewhere within that margin is your level of enlightenment at the moment. Some are closer to the two hour mark; others are closer to the two to five second mark. But somewhere in between these two markers is your current level of will, courage, faith, confidence, conviction, concentration, and knowing yourself as the Creator.

So when you indulge in the emotional state, you’re too engaged to love it into acceptance. You can’t accept it. You have to deal with it. You have to change it. You have to fix it. You have to listen to it. That’s not acceptance. That’s indulgence…

To know that that’s not who you are equals true acceptance of the non-self. Because now you’re able to love it because you know you don’t have to listen to it anymore. because you’re free of it, you can love it. When you’re attached to it, you can’t love it. You can’t accept it. You may spend all your time worrying about it. That’s not acceptance. It’s more accepting to not spend your time worrying about it, ironically.

You Are Not Your Emotions

Bentinho Massaro 2023-05-10 | When we say "Okay, we're in an emotional state and it's distracting me,"
we're giving it too much credit and we're not appreciating the guidance system in the emotions. Because what the guidance system is telling us by making us feel bad, it's like "That's not the way to think and go and be and pay your attention to."

So if you continue to indulge it, that's not acceptance. That's indulgence.
Acceptance of the true gift of that emotional state would be to not listen, to not let that dictate what you do next. To arise to a greater state of will that's in alignment with what you know is true.

So learn in those states to act more on what you know and less on how you feel, less on your moods.
And that will be very powerful, because then you see, I am not this mood swing based, physical, hormonal meat suit with conditioned parental perspectives. No, I am the will that chooses what it needs to do or wants to do that's true for itself.

Why You Should Stop People Pleasing

It's really our own suffering that we're trying to avoid because we don't really want to be honorable. We want to be pleasant. We want to be comfortable.

If you want to navigate this reality freely. If you want to honor your soul, then you have to honor your soul.

So, if there are roles that you're playing that are not in alignment for you, and you know it, and you've known it for a while, probably. Then stop playing those roles.

And then you communicate that to the best of your ability with as much purity, honor, honesty, patience, yet deliberateness, or decisiveness, as you can. And you let the chips fall where they may and you're unafraid to suffer about that.

It’s the body focus that makes us feel so at stake. It can still flare up, but you notice it and it’s very easy to unfold it, to unwind it. When you have sufficient experience of your True Self, there is naturally no fear of others because, are we not One? There is no separation.”

Let Go of What‘s Not You #Shorts

Bentinho Massaro 2023-03-27 | You wake up with the thoughts you think are yours. You feel things that you think are your feelings. I’d say more than 90% of it is not actually yours.

Everything that you are today pretty much is an expression of society. How many assumptions do you have about life, who you are, why you’re here, what you’re supposed to do? And how much of your every day experience is direct knowledge, direct experience of the self?

We could make a distinction between what you are and who you are. Who you are, is who you express yourself to be in this moment. What you are, is the changeless self, it’s the source from where all these projections arise and appear. The true source, the true inner self which just so happens to be God.

You are good to let go. Just let go. It’s good to let these things go. They’re not you. You’re not letting go of yourself. You can’t let go of yourself. It’s impossible. If you’d let go of everything, the only thing that remains, would be you.

Keeping Your Eye On The Ball: A Team Dynamics Session with Bentinho Massaro

Bentinho Massaro 2022-12-29 | Bentinho recently called the team together to solidify their unity and to inspire them to stay aware and available.

Using the analogy of a team-based sport, he reminded them that each player on the team has a position on the field, and each position on the field is a position of leadership. A single person on the team cannot ensure the win; it takes a team effort. And team effort requires unity.

He also spoke about how the vibrations of “vulnerable” and “unconquerable” are actually very close to each other. If you use vulnerability as an invitation towards unity—towards keeping your eye on the ball—it quickly turns into a feeling of invincibility. If each player maintains proactive awareness, and if there is team unity, then the team and the game is impenetrable.

According to Bentinho, our excessive focus on “things” causes us to internalize the sense that there is actually an external reality. This is a habit that takes effort to change, and in changing this habit, your faith will be challenged. You may go through ups and downs, as it takes a little while to uproot the “Newtonian observer effect.”

Part of the conditions of this particular dimension is to make what we observe with the senses seem real. To counter this, spend more time in meditation, in awareness, in I-Am-ness, in faith, and in your desired feeling / imagination. Spend more time there than you spend in physical reality and things will start flowing much faster in the direction of what is beneficial to you—a reflection of your wellbeing and your connection to God.

The more you practice using your imagination, the more real it feels. Imagination has a presence to it. It’s not just empty images projected into the “real” reality; imagination IS the real reality. But because we’ve crystallized imagination in terms of the physical senses, we forget that what produces the physical world is the deeper reality of imagination.

Imagination is the cause of our physical circumstances; there is no cause anywhere in physical reality. The more you practice this and regain your awareness at this level, the more the subtle becomes the real and the gross becomes the unreal, or the effect of the real.

Everything You Want Is Here Now #Shorts

Bentinho Massaro 2022-10-17 | “When you feel good, it means that your vibratory field is aligning itself--synthesizing, harmonizing--with the deeper vibrational fields (truths/laws) of existence itself. Your vibrations start to match that of higher levels of reality/consciousness.

In other words, when you focus on things--and focus on them in a way that makes your being feel truly good and expanded--those good feeling states are the body's translation of how in sync you are with the totality of the universe. The better you feel, the more truthful and in alignment with the totality of life you literally are.

This is why we feel good when we focus on something that makes us feel like we can do anything we truly desire (I'm not talking about your perceived neediness, but rather your true heart's desires), and why we feel bad when we focus on a thought that makes us think we cannot achieve anything we truly want because we are lacking skill, worthiness or resources, for example.

In the first example--where we focus on abundance and feel good--we feel good because we are focused along the vibrational lines of believing in endlessness, vastness, innate worthiness, limitless possibility, and abundance. We feel good because we are getting in tune with ***universal truths.*** These are *true vibrations* that are able to harmonize with and include--instead of oppose--*all* of existence.”

Free Yourself from the Illusion of Time

Bentinho points out that right now, you are attracting that which matches your current vibration, so soften your ideas about time. Every time you focus on a lack of time, you are delaying what is already accomplished for you. Everything you truly desire has already been organized for you in perfect alignment. Assume your desire already exists and leave the how’s and when’s up to God.

The key frequency to tune into is that your desire is already here, so stop focusing on the facts; don’t try to take on God’s job from a linear, time-bound point of view. Instead, shift your focus to noticing how you feel—your state of consciousness—and continue to enjoy that which you wish to manifest in your reality.

Connect to the sense that everything you’ve ever desired has been heard and organized on a level of reality beyond what you currently perceive; a level of reality that knows no time or limitation. Everything is possible in God. Everything you want is already here, so start experiencing it now.

Experience Yourself as Multidimensional and Timeless

Bentinho Massaro 2022-09-30 | What if we didn't experience time as a limitation? What if we could access our desired state simultaneously alongside our current physical reality? This is what gives us access to parallel realities.

During a recent live session with No Limits Society, the questioner expressed frustration with a process he's going through and the perceived limitation of time in his physical reality, which seems to be delaying his wish-fulfilled state.

Bentinho explains that if you can simply align to the state, or energy, of the wish-fulfilled state and let go of any need for it to appear in a certain way, then there might still be a sequence of appearances to take you through the illusion of linear time to end up at your destination. And if you don’t indulge in these processes with a sense of doubt (which will cause you to lose your footing in the end state), then there is no "process."

Let the wish-fulfilled state exist for you, because it does exist! But appreciate it as already existent in its own domain or parallel reality. Don’t try to place your desired reality into this present reality; don’t tie the two realities together. Let go of your attachment to how, when and what will occur, because these conditions create an imaginary tie between those two realities, and there is no tie. They are literally alternate universes. Shifting between parallel versions of reality involves no causality.

Self-Discipline: Try This Playful Approach

Bentinho Massaro 2022-08-07 | A woman in Bentinho’ No Limits Society program talks about how she has a history of being overly self-disciplined and hard on herself, and that this no longer resonates for her. She asks Bentinho for guidance on how to develop a more aligned sense of self-discipline—when it’s appropriate to push herself and when it’s appropriate to just play and be.

In general, don’t push yourself to do any task, unless it’s an emergency situation or a commitment you must follow through on in order to be in alignment with your honour and duty and integrity. Other than in these situations, when you don’t feel like doing something, there is either guidance or resistance in this feeling.

If you don’t feel like doing something you feel you should be doing, pause yourself and get clear on WHY you don’t want to do it. Is the resistance coming from a place of guidance and excitement, or is it coming from avoidance and negative definitions you’ve applied to the situation? If you have resistance towards a part of your true calling, it’s helpful to see that it’s because you’re defining the task at hand in a negative way and this is preventing you from entering the flow state of excitement. If you transmute or drop the negative definitions you’ve created about the task, you may find that it is actually filled with playfulness and excitement. Then your energy will return for these very things which, at the moment, do not feel exciting.

So, don’t force yourself to what you don’t want to do. Instead, force yourself to sit down and get really clear on what it is you truly want. Free Yourself From Any Pattern

Bentinho Massaro 2022-08-02 | A woman in Bentinho’s No Limits Society (NLS) program asks a question during a weekly NLS session. She is upset that she is going through a difficult emotional process while she is on holiday. Bentinho advises her to not be so hard on herself, and shows her how to not be so affected by her emotional pattern.

In the actuality of the here and now, is it true that your patterns determine your focus? Are your patterns aware of you or are you aware of your patterns? Who is the boss here? Be aware when you are attributing power to a pattern. You, as free will, determine where your focus goes. Even when it appears that your pattern is in charge of your choices, your life, your energy flow and how you feel, this only appears to be happening because of where you are placing your focus.

To take back your power doesn’t mean to change anything “out there.” To take back your power simply means to remember your focus. By stepping into this remembrance, you can then redirect your focus because you’ve freed yourself up from the object of attention. When you’re so focused on the object of attention, whether it’s a pattern or a memory or an idea, you forget yourself and you think the object of attention has power over you. When you remember your focus / yourself, at least for that moment, the object of attention disappears. What remains is the stable sense of I-Am and the free will to choose where you place your focus.

Trust Your Innocence: How to Surrender as The Divine Feminine

Bentinho Massaro 2022-07-29 | During a recent No Limits Society (NLS) Zoom call, a female NLS member asks Bentinho: “How can I surrender to God?”

In the privacy of your own internal metaphysical reality, you can fully and safely surrender to your sense or symbol of God. At its highest state, the True Feminine is like a receiver or receptacle for God’s energy, being equal to God in power and worthiness and desirability. As a practice, initially this feels like a greater trust in one’s innocence, softness, and surrender.

Trust in the safety of your own innocence, your own softness, and your own surrender more than you trust in what you think you know. In this softness, in this surrender, in this humility and openness, you can begin to become the feminine receiving force, which will greatly empower you. It is this humility—the surrender of knowledge, rigidity, judgment and expectations—that makes you the embodiment of Love once again.
