So its been a hot minute since the last video. Lots of things going on this year obviously. I've been trying to release this original for a while and I'm glad to get it out. Initially I was gonna try and sing on it, but I couldn't do the songs intended message justice, so I handed off the vocal and lyrical duties to my friend Caleb Hyles, and I knew it would be in good hands. He absolutely nailed the concept and did it better than I ever could have.

Hopefully some of you can relate to the message of the song; it was an important thing for me to go through and I tried my best to represent it in a musical way, and Caleb absolutely captured it as well. Thanks for listening.

In all seriousness though, this game was a great experience and I really enjoyed playing it and feeling the same when I played Undertale for the first time. And just like with Undertale, I felt a big connection to the music and knew I had to cover something from it. This video was a challenge to myself to put something together that I was proud of in a short time frame (while also trying to get something out in front of the massive wave that is incoming). No matter what though I am proud of this one and am excited to see where Deltarune goes from here!

Slime God (Terraria: Calamity) Guitar Playthrough || SixteenInMono + DMDokuro

SixteenInMono 2018-01-27 | Guitar playthrough of "Slime God", a song I wrote with DM Dokuro for the Terraria: Calamity mod!

So I've been silent this month, struggling to finish a lot of stuff with other people, as well as struggling to finish my own projects, since I'm in kind of a slump. Hopefully it wears off and I can get back on schedule soon and continue working. In the meantime, I've been working with amazing composer DM Dokuro on some songs for the Terraria mod, Calamity, where Dokuro and I worked on 3 songs together, the final of which I decided to do a playthrough of!

While not incredibly technical to play, I wanted the guitars to support most of what is happening in this track, and there is a lot of layers to it. If you guys want to see the other tracks I did with Dok here on this channel as guitar playthroughs, please let me know!

Final Hours (Majoras Mask) || SixteenInMono

SixteenInMono 2017-11-21 | My arrangement of Final Hours from The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask

ZELDA MONTH IS STILL A THING. And I knew I wanted to do something good for it. Then I remember I have wanted to revisit Majora's Mask for a long time, and I've always had a connection with this song just because of how great it is. I started the arrangement and it kept growing and growing and getting longer and longer until it became the 11 minute behemoth i have here.

This is the longest single song arrangement I've ever done and I hope it stays that way. So many layers and guitar tracks all at once, just a MASSIVE wall of sound. A lot of climaxes and quiet parts. And a jam solo with my bro Ro Panuganti. What an arrangement.
