This time I'm back with original music, after a long time making Star Wars soundtracks. This time we return to the Clockwork Lands, where we will visit the home of the Inventor and witness the technological and scientific wonders of the Steampunk world.
In this music I imagine a scene where it focuses on the day to day of an inventor, who after a while has an amazing idea and decides to work hard several days and nights until he sees that his invention becomes a reality.
This music takes place in an imaginary world known as Clockwork Lands, this special music is developed in a combination of steampunk, clockpunk and teslapunk environment.

It is a theme that I had a lot of fun composing since I wanted to do a scherzo for violin for a long time.
#steampunk #music #wonderlustStar Wars Wars Main Title - Virtual Orchestra [ Midi mockup 2024 version ]Luis Humanoide2024-07-18 | After several years I have decided to do another arrangement of one of my favorite movie themes, and that is really challenging, the Star Wars theme, I am not a fan of doing covers, but there are exceptions and this theme is one of those. In 2019 I did my first version, and 5 years later I decided to do it again to see how much I have improved in my orchestration techniques with new libraries, and I like the result, at least I think it surpasses my previous version.
This has been a work of great patience and meticulous detail, in total it has taken me 5 days to do it. The 2019 version I did for the fan film Tragedy of the Chosen One, at that time I got desperate after finishing with the brass section and decided not to pay as much attention to the other sections. This time I decided to take more time to make it as detailed as possible. Besides, I have decided to do it in its entirety (the length of the Star Wars title sequence).
The technique, how did I do it? To do it, I downloaded a midi of the Star Wars theme, then I had to adapt each track to the virtual instruments, especially cut notes, adapt the dynamics, and also separate instruments (For example, the trumpets track includes all trumpets, and I had to separate them into each individual trumpet).
You can also transcribe from the score to your program, or find a better midi than the one I found.
DAW used: Studio One Plugins: Fab Filter proQ for Eq, and Valhalla room for reverb (Although I didn't use much reverb this time)
Editing program: After Effects Recording program: Obs Studio
The Libraries:
Brass: The brasses I used to shape the theme are: ♦ Infinite Brass [Nice playability] & Beaufort brass from Orchestral Tools [Awesome soft sound, articulation based, and it has very wonderful short notes] ♦ Trailer Brass: The trombone for adding more strength to the beginning part and "The Horde" patch for adding more bass support for the tubas
And the brasses for adding more strength and support: ♦ Pacific Brass, JunkieXL brass, Fortissimo brass (Free library by Jasper Blunk) [Fortissimo has very nice legato] ♦ Cinematic Studio Brass for a solo trumpet
Strings: Main strings: ♦ Pacific Ensemble Strings for Spiccato and marcato, and sometimes legato ♦ Performance Sample Vista for the legato string section ♦ Soaring Strings for supporting Vista Strings ♦ Orchestral Strings Runs from Orchestral Tools for the running string part of the end
Woodwinds: ♦ Infinite woodwinds for all woodwinds [It has very nice playability and was very easy to adapt, very good for the runs] ♦ Cinematic Studio Woodwinds for the main flute and piccolo flute [It sounds even more natural] (I had to bounce to waveform the woodwinds part because my CPU was suffering)
Percussion: ♦ X3M Orchestral percussion for almost everything ♦ True Strike, Metropolis Ark 3 for extra timpani ♦ Cineperc for melodic percussion
Harp: ♦ Orchestral Harp from Project Sam
Note: I wanted to use some patches from Nucleus for the run part, but I didn't use it, however I forget to rename the tracks

I have written more music for it, now around 30 minutes of music, but maybe I'll release these pieces slowly because it's part of an album. It is very fun to work on this music, since I had time to not work on steampunk music, and the best thing is they found me because my Clockwork Lands pieces and these pieces are the references for this new music. Thanks a lot to JRWI staff for trusting in my workSerenade of the Autumn Leaves - A piece for violin and orchestraLuis Humanoide2024-06-18 | This is a very personal piece I had made last year, and now I decided to share it. It is a piece for violin and orchestra, somewhat melancholic and sad at times.
Every year leaves grow and fall from the tree, but over time others grow on it. Some people play, go to it and enjoy its company, eventually, they grow up and leave. It is the nature of life.

Recently I got a new string solo libraries from Performance Samples, and I was also listening to the soundtrack of the Helldivers 2 game which I have listened to it a lot, so I decided to have some fun making a string arrangement with the main theme A Cup of Liber-Tea. I decided to make this video as a screencast, mainly to show which articulations I use.

Happy May the 4th. This is the longest single Star Wars piece I have ever made and I had a lot of fun making it, a tribute to Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic.
This piece is a commission for a Kotor mod from the Movie Duels channel. I was originally going to make it about 3 or 4 minutes long but decided that the length doesn't do justice to the themes of The Old Republic. Movie Duels channel: youtube.com/@MovieDuels
I haven't played the Kotor game and until recently didn't know the music, but GP channel gave me the direction of what music to thread, and I liked the result quite a lot.

This time making the soundtrack for a short film fan made of Dune. Doing this soundtrack was interesting as it's not the kind of conventional orchestral music I usually do, so I had to play with some sounds and the atmosphere to make it sound like you're on the planet Arrakis. This music is inspired by Hans Zimmer's soundtrack, although there is some reference to the soundtrack of the 1984 movie. The Postal Odyssey - Uplifting Orchestral MusicLuis Humanoide2024-03-09 | Spotify: open.spotify.com/album/7C0T5iYOS6v6rrMWUS7oiB Buy track on Bandcamp: luishumanoide.bandcamp.com/track/the-postal-odyssey
This time we go back to an epic uplifting adventure in the 50's, when people used a lot of postal mail, and thousands of messages and things traveled in paper and cardboard worldwide. In this musical adventure, we will discover the mystery of what happened to the letters when they were sent.
What happens in this video is purely imaginative, some things may be far from reality or may not be historically correct.
This piece of music came up as an idea, where I wanted to make a piece of music about postal service and use more elements that make the orchestra sound like in the 20th century, keeping the musical magic that some pieces of The Clockwork Lands had, but with harmonies closer to modern times.

In this video, you will be part of the risky missions depicted in the artwork along with the music.
Animations were made by myself, using the following models: "Clone Trooper Phase I" (skfb.ly/6QYNZ) by D34TH11 "RC-1140 "Fixer"" (skfb.ly/oLtNz) by Abel "RC-1138 "Boss"" (skfb.ly/oLsK6) by Abel "Star Wars Battlefront 2 - LAAT Gunship" (skfb.ly/oIuYF) by Neut2000
About Special Operations (Detailed description, text by Kom'rk [he is the star wars expert]):
With the shadow of the Separatist Alliance looming over more and more Systems are spreading their violence to them. The forces of the Jedi and the Grand Army of the Republic are spread thinly on dangerous battlefields all over the Galaxy. Now it is in the hands of a small group of Clone Troopers led by Jedi Generals Iri Camas, Arligan Zey and Badan Jusik, being forced to send their Operational forces on riskier Missions with higher Casualty Rates. The Operational Special forces were made up of an Unspecified amount of ARC Troopers, of the Classes Null and Alpha, five thousand Republic Commandos and an unspecified amount of Clone troopers. To aid them in their missions the Soldiers are Specially trained in Sabotage, Advanced Reconnaissance, Counter Terrorism, Infiltration, Hostage rescue and more.

This year 2023 I had the pleasure of working on amazing projects from very talented creators and my own projects. I am sharing this small video of some works from this year (Of course, there are not all, there are projects that have not been published yet).
In the great metropolis, where the obsession for progress is present, people live their daily lives by the clock. Work and fun keep the city pulsing and growing, where its citizens don't care what happens beyond.
This piece is a new musical adventure we explore the rushed life of the citizens, which is inspired by the lifestyle of the 50's and New York City (That's why the city looks like New York), adding some elements of dieselpunk aesthetics. Although it could be placed between dieselpunk, decopunk, and atompunk,...etc.
In this music, I have had a lot of fun exploring the elements of Jazz and some minimalism.
So, you make a lot of retro-futuristic music, you mean you would like to live in the past? No, at that time I couldn't do what I can do today with today's technology, even if I went 10 years in the past I would be desperate for the power that computers had.
💠 The visuals:
In editing, I had a lot of fun creating the sequences for this video. The still images in this production were created with AI: Midjourney, Stable Difussion XL, and DallE3, since I knew specifically what I wanted to put in. For upscaling and removing the background I used Clipdrop by Stability AI.
The animations were created with After Effects, for the satellite views I used Google Earth Studio since the AI couldn't do flat satellite views.
The 3D models used are: "Heavy Escort Frigate, "Le Téméraire" Class" (skfb.ly/oJuLw) by H.Foucault. "ZEPPELIN" (skfb.ly/QLVV) by Alexey "AOT Marley Airship" (skfb.ly/6YH97) by Solarliu
This is the full soundtrack version from Syndicate: A Star Wars Fan Film I had the opportunity to score this wonderful Star Wars short film, a story of bounty hunters, and play with several instruments, from the orchestra, synths, and western instruments.

In my return to collaborations, this time I had a lot of fun making the soundtrack for this fantastic space battle in the Star Wars universe. Pursuit Over Gan Moradir, from Galactic Cinema, who had made an extraordinary animation and I had the pleasure of composing this custom soundtrack for the production.
I've wanted to do a soundtrack for a space battle for a long time, and it's fun, Although it has its challenges, the music has to have action and complexity, so it does take some time.
If you are a fan of The Clockwork Lands, you may notice that there is a part that I took from Chronicles Aboard an Airship.
What libraries did I use for this?:
🎻 Strings: Pacific Ensemble Strings layered with Cinematic Studio Strings, Symphobia 1, and the strings of my shoes.

🎷Woodwinds: Cinematic Studio Woodwinds layered with Infinite Woodwinds,.Metropolis Ark and the flute I played when I was in kindergarten.
😱Choirs: Performance Samples Oceania and real screams of souls suffering in the hell.
🥁Percussion: Cineperc, True Strike, and Spitfire Lady Gaga Washing Machine.
🎹 Piano: I didn't use a piano.

Another small piece to contribute to the Royalty Free music and creators, this piece is my interpretation of how the Warhammer 40k game would sound, where I was inspired by seeing the images of the soldiers. You can use it without giving credit, however, I will appreciate it if you do
This little piece I did in about 3-4 hours, lately I've been practicing orchestration since it's been a while since I've done music and I don't want to lose the habit. After this, I will start working on some pieces where I return to Clockwork Lands, with new surprises and sounds.

#royaltyfreemusic #royaltyfree #royaltymusicLegends of the Highway - Epic Hybrid Orchestral Racing MusicLuis Humanoide2023-05-23 | Spotify: open.spotify.com/track/05IGFRbwefLKP9SR7geQlo This piece started as a musical practice where I tried to make something that sounded like Two Steps from Hell, eventually, it grew and I decided to complete this music and give it a story. I don't usually do this kind of music but it was fun to make it, playing with beats, synthesizers, and orchestra to create an adventure full of speed and action.
As you can notice, this piece is primarily influenced by the works of Thomas Bergersen and Bryan Tyler, the last one using the drums a lot in his pieces.
The story of this piece takes us to a world between cyberpunk and fantasy, where we are spectators of the amazing races with extraordinary cars of various styles, we cross places full of dangers and wonders, after all the adrenaline of racing keeps legends full of life.
Making this music was like playing with my HotWheels cars again, the inspiration for the story is mainly the Speed Racer series.
There are other very good movies that had an influence, like Ford v Ferrari, it's a very good movie, but don't think I was inspired by Fast and Furious, I almost didn't see those movies (only the first one because it was on TV and the 7th one because everybody said it was cool because of the tribute to Paul Walker).
This time I've returned to Star Wars with a collaboration with High Ground Animations on the soundtrack for the trailer of their new fan film, Tukk Tales The Rescue, and if I'm still alive in the next few months and next year, I'll also do the soundtrack for the short film. The production is phenomenal and the level of animation looks like it belongs in the original Clone Wars series.
Enter a dystopian dieselpunk world, where hard, back-breaking work in huge factories achieves greatness and progress, huge machines roam the streets and skies, authoritarian systems deploy huge military forces, secret agencies infiltrate to steal top-secret information, and riots are a daily occurrence.
In this music, I introduce this dark, noir, dystopian world, and try to create my own version of what dieselpunk might sound like. Unlike my Steampunk music, the vibe of this music is much darker and more intense, with more dissonant and chaotic elements, low brass representing all the metal of the weapons and the cities. This idea is mainly inspired by the great masterpiece Metropolis by Fritz Lang and Batman from the 90s.
The art of this video combines the wonderful art of human artists and images generated with artificial intelligence, which completes the points that I wanted to represent in this video. Here I got images and characters made with AI and then animated them in After Effects and created some sequences to create a cinematic feel.
Artificial Intelligence tools for image creation are impressive and useful for visualizing the ideas I had when creating this piece, but the art of human artists has an incredible dynamic, feel and soul that is hard to replicate.
This time I present a melancholic piece; in a small town, when winter comes, and the sunlight is less, some people and families enjoy the warmth of family and loved ones waiting for Christmas. But it is not like that for everyone; some people feel more lonely in the village, spending cold and dark days just watching the time passing by and finding a reason to move on.
This year I have not had time to make music, some personal things happened, and that is my reason for writing this piece, a sadder piece. However, next year I will come back with a lot of musical ideas because I will finish my degree., and I will have more free time to dedicate to music.
Sometimes being with the wrong person causes a worse feeling of loneliness than being alone.Clockwork Lands: Chronicles Aboard an Airship - Steampunk Orchestral MusicLuis Humanoide2022-07-22 | Buy my music album here: luishumanoide.bandcamp.com/album/music-from-the-clockwork-lands Spotify: open.spotify.com/track/2ZbMbaUcAmtTauK6lXiBIg Download the map of the music: drive.google.com/file/d/1lj5ya2VzBaPgTgt5n-OqZ4yUaBq1czAD/view?usp=sharing Welcome to the next adventure in the Clockwork Lands. Chronicles Aboard an Airship: A group of travellers decide to leave the great city of Royal Brahnguld due to rumours of a military blockade in the country and a forthcoming armed conflict; in the situation, they board the ship without authorization from the air police, and now they must leave the Republic of Brahnguld and reach the humble lands of the north, before any blockade.
While "Symphony of the Clockwork Lands - Part 2" explores and romanticises the magnificence, the places and the magic of those lands, in this music, we have to leave because we realise the growing danger that was poisoning those lands, and we arrive on new horizonts.
In this musical adventure, we will hear familiar themes from Clockwork Lands, this the story that I wanted to do from "A Ship in the Clouds" in 2016, but this time it is a complete work. In this music you can notice great inspiration from John Williams, thanks to listening to his pieces I have entered the world of the orchestra, as well as Joe Hisaishi, John Powell, Dvorak and Bruckner.

The video consists of a mix of artwork and animations made by me and amazing artwork made by talented artists from Arstation, which are:
In the face of the growing warlike tension between several territories further south and blockades in certain nations, the northern lands prepare their people to defend the territory. In this musical adventure, we are part of the battalion's troops, their training, and travel through various places in the cold north. This is another adventure across the Clockwork Lands; we had heard a hint of war tension in Symphony of the Clockwork Lands part 2, wherein the journey we had to cross a country in the deployment of its arms race.
Talking about the music, this piece has a lot of inspiration from orchestral works coming from Tchaikovsky (Some Nutcracker vibes), Rachmaninov, and John Williams (The Resistance March). Besides that I did it on my slow laptop, since I was out of my studio, it took me about 1 month of constant work.
The artwork was challenging to get, the art of the Iron Harvest and Frostpunk games was the one that came closest to the ideas I had. The pieces of artwork used are the following, I recommend you to visit the works of these talented artists:
You can use this music without problems for your videos, games, RPG sessions, streams, etc. If your production is monetized, consider donating to my ko-fi page, I'm a hobby composer, and I am not working professionally in this field; every support will be welcome.
This music was made in late 2020 for a short film, however, the music was not used in the final cut, specifically for the short "The Dark Times" in its early draft, however, the short film was modified, and extended and the music needed to be different. Anyway, I would like to share this work with you, especially if you are an Star Wars fan.
The official soundtrack from "The Dark Times" is composed by the talented fellow composer Daryl Leight Lynn: youtu.be/c4SO9I0tu14
The musical journey continues on 4 wheels, this time on an automobile trip, where we travel through the steampunk world known as Clockwork Lands.
A journey through steampunk cities, roads and natural passages through vintage cars, we can imagine many beautiful memories on these journeys. A constantly moving music as well as the movement of an antique vehicle, but there will be several stops to contemplate what surrounds us and make beautiful stories in those places. Do you have a story or a nice memory in an automobile that you would like to share with us? it would be great to read it.
In this piece, I was inspired by Joe Hisaishi, as I imagined many scenes as if they were a Studio Ghibli film, but also by other composers such as Thomas Newman and John Powell. There are also some disco influences.
In this video, I used images from artstation, pixabay, pexels, some renders in After Effects, and I used for the first time Unreal Engine for the scene in the victorian city.
The incredible works of artstation in this video (I recommend you to see the work of these amazing artists):

This time I am sharing a piece of music that I have not announced before, this time I decided to make it a surprise (The piece I announced for mid-October is another one), a piece part of the Clockwork Lands music universe, as there are some citations to other pieces, and is has a bit of Steampunk vibes.
This music is a waltz, the waltz of souls, the story of many people on this planet, our souls are sailing in the infinite universe, souls come to meet and share existence, souls that dance and that maybe if there is another life they will meet again, and within the infinity of things that we still don't know about the universe, love is something that helps to give meaning to our life.
I may not be very good with words, but I express that better with music, music that will help you to imagine your own story.
This waltz is also dedicated to a very special person in my life. Unfortunately, such a love story didn't work out, we had to go our separate ways, but that's life and it must go on. However, I discovered that the love of my life is the passion I have for creating, that's all I need.

When I was younger, I discovered the Star Wars saga and watched the original trilogy and the prequels many times, and I was amazed by the music of John Williams, the Star Wars soundtrack was very influential and inspired me to start composing orchestral pieces.

In this musical adventure "The Boy and his Bicycle / El niño de la bicicleta", we experience the tales of a boy, who lives in a land inspired by the villages of México. The story takes place in my imaginary world “Clockwork Lands“. But unlike several pieces, this one does not have a Steampunk atmosphere or sounds.
The story:
We travel along with a boy who has waited a long time to finally receives his bike - eager to ride the streets, slopes and hidden paths of his village. During his journey he observes an airship coming from distant lands. He challenges the ship to an exciting race - who is the fastest? This encounter fills the boy with excitement and inspiration and a new dream starts to grow inside his young heart. The dream to become an airship pilot one day. But for now, he enjoying the adventure on his bike.
A high-speed trip that eventually stops at a riverbend where he limits his speed to appreciate the surroundings. Then, another airships arrive, they are heading towards the village to be part of a festival. The excitement starts to grow on the boy once again and he follows the ships back home to the festival that will fill the day with joy.

This is an orchestral music piece which combines some musical elements from México and Spain. Some musical pieces that inspired this music are "Huapango" by José Pablo Moncayo, "Aragonaise" by George Bizet and "Capriccio Espagnol" (Capricho Español) by Rimsky Korsakov.
🎛️ Technically speaking:
I developed this music out of my studio, with my laptop, which is very slow compared to my PC, plus I don't have my keyboard and I also don't have many libraries that I have on my PC, which made making this music take a long time.
I was still able to add many layers of instruments as I bounced almost all the midi tracks to audio, a process I did with "Symphony of the Clockwork Lands 1" and "Release the Dragons", which prevents the CPU from exploding.

This is maybe the most epic Steampunk music I ever have made. This time you will not be the passengers on this trip, you will be the pilot and you will have to control a flying machine with complicated mechanisms. This music is between the Steampunk and Dieselpunk fiction styles.
I wanted to make this production more like a musical short film, instead of just using static images. The process took me about 2 months of hard work, 1 month on the music, and another on the animation.
The animation was done with After Effects, with the help of Element 3D plugin, and Cinema 4D. Also with the help of Google Earth Studio for some aerial shots. The Aeolus in this video is an adaptation of the Kirov airship from the game Red Alert.
I also thank the artists who gave me permission to use their fantastic works:

I have decided that I have enough material to make my Steampunk music compilation, this music is inspired by a fictional universe of mine known as The Clockwork Lands. These are musical pieces and ideas that I have been developing since 2016, if you listen carefully some musical motifs are in several pieces.
This mix is for those who enjoy listening to music non-stop, ideal for focusing, homework, inspiration, reading, or having some fun with D&D (dungeons and dragons) campaigns. This music is not totally Steampunk, it is orchestral music inspired by Steampunk and Fantasy worlds, mostly inspired by classical music by Tchaikovsky, Dvorak, Rachmaninoff, Shostakovich, and contemporary composers like John Williams, James Horner, Howard Shore, etc.
Clockwork Lands is a musical journey that began with ideas in the year 2015, and in 2016 I decided to start making them a reality, and so it was until this year I am proud to be able to share the second part of Symphony of the Clockwork Lands 2, which brings together many elements of the music I have made in this course of time
Some of my pieces appeared last year in the compilation of The Spirit of the Orchestral Music, which is also called "Clockwork Lands", due to the name of the Symphony I composed
The journey through Clockwork Lands continues with the second part of Symphony of the Clockwork Lands, a piece I am happy to share as it took me about a year to do.
The time of winds is because in this imaginary world, there is a season of the year where the air currents begin to flow; these currents are used by air travellers to fly around the world, it is a very magical time because you see balloons and colorful zeppelin travelling around the world. The idea of this piece is to experience a musical journey through Clockwork Lands, a world that mixes fantasy, steampunk, clockpunk and dieselpunk and beautiful landscapes of nature.
This story has 3 important elements, the beautiful images that describe the world, the music that describes the emotions and the listener who experiences a story in this world.
This second part develops in a deeper and more delicate way the adventure that started in the first part of the symphony, it is a music that takes its time to tell a story where known themes sound and new musical themes are introduced to this story.
You can see the artworks I used in this video at this link that sends to an artstation collection:
This is also a music inspired by futuristic cities and cyberpunk environments, and thenew upcoming new game Cyberpunk 2077. I started with a hip-hop beat and then a new piece of music was born.

This time I have collaborated with Cinematic Captures again to make the music for a new production that we are proud to share, watch the video here: youtube.com/watch?v=ih7AOd3v2-E
A 6-minute recap of the events of the video game STAR WARS: Jedi Fallen Order, starring the young Jedi apprentice, Cal Kestis.
We hope you enjoy this new production, in which we have put a lot of passion and effort.
At first, I had done the 3-minute piece which had finished in November of last year, since it was going to be for a release trailer, but it was decided to make a longer video, so these days I was working on extending this music. Something that was very joyful and epic.
This music includes songs by John Williams, Gordy Haab, Stephen Barton, Blakus, and I. That's right, I've created new songs for characters like Taron Malicos and Merrin (Cal Kestis' Gothic girlfriend).
Unlike a lot of music I have on my channel, it's not an epic and energetic piece or one with great orchestration detail like "In the House of the Inventor", this piece is a musical story I decided to share, where I have long imagined a journey made by a group of friends, who as time goes by become a brotherhood. The story takes place in my imaginary world know as the Clockwork Lands (a steampunk world), maybe you'll hear some themes from other music I've made.
Also dedicated to my internet friends, since I started to share my music, I have met very good friends from several countries, it is something really magical
Music inspired by Howard Shore and James Horner, you may find one of the themes familiar with Lord of the Rings, . that's a theme I came up with in 2016, and now I've decided to develop it

All the orchestration was done by me, including the main theme of Star Wars, in fact Youtube if it detects it as if I stole it from some recording of John Williams.
I wanted to make the soundtrack feel like the soul of Star Wars, and I think the most important thing is to make the music make you feel, instead of trying to imitate Williams, but once you have achieved the emotion, adding touches similar to John Williams is not difficult.
All this was done with sample libraries, if you want to know which use, I invite you to read the description of my musical pieces: The Great Port of the Air ...and... Crossing the Asteroids
.....................Credits of the Film. . . . . . . . . . . . .
............................................ Working on the music for this film has been a wonderful experience, Ian-Luke is a very good director, I really didn't feel pressured while making music, and so I was free to do something really beautiful. I think the patience has given very good results, that is, that guy spent a lot of time finding voice actors, animators, composers, etc, and all that on the Internet.
Something very important are the animations of Loacher Films, these are really incredible, he has done a titanic and amazing work in this production, I think that in the future we will see it in a great production.
And let's not forget the voice casting, all the voices sound authentic and full of emotion, totally attached to the Star Wars characters.
