The Horizon T101 has a sturdy steel frame with a 300-lb weight capacity. It is a folding treadmill that weighs only 180 lbs, and I can move it around pretty easily. It is 70.5” long, 33.5” wide, and 59” tall. The deck is 13” at its top incline, so you’ll need a ceiling height that’s about 1.5’ taller than the tallest treadmill user.
For training, the T101 has both onboard programs and Bluetooth connectivity to third-party apps. There are six included programs: manual, fat burn, incline, hill climb, distance, and calorie. If you want to use training apps, you can pair JRNY, Peloton, Zwift, and more.
The T101 also has a decent amount of storage, encompassing two tablet racks and cup holders. There’s also a cooling fan with multiple speed settings. The speakers are sufficiently loud, allowing you to hear your training or entertainment audio while walking or running.
I recommend the Horizon T101 for anyone who wants a trustworthy treadmill at a reasonable price. It’s the ideal treadmill to get your walking routine started.

#walking #walkingworkout #treadmillwalkingHow to Lubricate Your Treadmill (NordicTrack, Horizon & Sole & More) – Easy Step-by-Step Guide!TreadmillReviewGuru2025-07-24 | Before following the steps in this video, consult your treadmill’s user manual. When in doubt, listen to the manufacturer’s advice. Ensure that your treadmill requires lubrication and that you are using the proper lubrication (typically, 100% silicone lubricant) before lubrication.
Some treadmills have a pre-waxed deck and do not require lubrication. Most home fitness treadmills that are not commercial-grade require lubrication. Consult the user manual for the treadmill lubrication schedule. Many brands recommend lubricating your treadmill after 3 to 6 months or 150 hours of use. However, it will vary from brand to brand.
Under-desk treadmills are great for adding more physical activity into your day, whether you are busy working or studying. These treadmills are also fairly portable compared to large fitness units. They are great for moving from room to room and storing under furniture. We also included a few heavy-duty under-desk treadmills that are ideal for hours of walking per day for the truly dedicated user.
Our top under-desk treadmill is the LifeSpan TR5000. This treadmill is rated for up to nine hours of training per day. It would work well for walkers who want to walk all day or for sharing among an office.
Our top budget option was the DeerRun Q1 Pro. This walking pad is more portable. It stores upright against a wall or can be rolled under furniture. It comes with a remote control and pairs with the PitPat app.
We also highlighted the WalkingPad brand, which makes foldable under-desk and 2-in-1 treadmills. We really appreciate WalkingPad’s innovative, space-saving design.

If you are bored with traditional treadmill workouts and even studio trainer-led classes aren’t cutting it for you, the Aviron Victory Treadmill might be the perfect new adventure. Aviron provides a gamified training platform that uses the addictive nature of mobile and arcade games to get you hooked on a new fitness routine. But there’s more to Aviron than just games, it also has entertainment apps, video classes, scenic routes, and more so your workouts always feel fresh.
The Victory Treadmill is more than a fancy touchscreen. It has a low-profile, non-folding frame. The motor is 3.5 CHP, so you can train for anything. It has a top speed of 12.5 miles per hour and an incline range of 0 to 12%.
Other features we really like are the speed and incline switches, the low step-up height to the deck, and the safety shutoff that stops the belt when no one is using it. The deck is also pre-waxed to reduce maintenance; no lubrication is needed. You can also opt into a $9/month subscription for a lifetime warranty.
The Bells of Steel Dreadmill is a treadmill that maximizes your floor space in your home gym. You can farmer’s carry, sled push, and more right on the incline deck. Then, you can also fold the deck up for even more exercise options.
At 200 lbs, the Dreadmill is a bulky machine made of sturdy steel. It has few plastic components, and the frame is covered by a limited lifetime warranty. Because it is a manual treadmill, it has no motor and requires no electricity.
The console is battery-powered and shows your time, distance, calories, and heart rate. It also has a phone holder and can approximate your heart rate and body composition with the EKG pulse grips included on the treadmill handles.
I recommend the Bells of Steel Dreadmill for those with shoulders wider than 16” because the handles sit a little far apart for those with narrower frames.
Finding the best elliptical can be difficult, which is why our expert tested several before compiling this list. Our team selected ellipticals with sturdy frames, challenging resistance, and top-notch training content.
These ellipticals may or may not require a subscription. iFIT classes are available with a membership and are compatible with NordicTrack and ProForm machines. JRNY provides content for Bowflex ellipticals, but the Max Trainers typically have onboard programs, too. Sole does not require a subscription and provides Sole+ content for free with your elliptical purchase. Sole ellipticals also have tons of onboard programs and entertainment apps.
Whether you are looking for a traditional elliptical or more of a stepper, we have options for you. Traditional ellipticals are best for replicating a running stride while being low-impact. Vertical ellipticals with a stepper design are best for HIIT workouts. They are also more compact.
Before choosing an elliptical, consider its build, features, and warranty to find the right match.
The Bowflex T9 treadmill has a steel folding frame that reduces the treadmill’s size from 77.2” long x 47” wide x 67.6” high to just 48.6” long. The deck can softly lower to the ground on its own once released, and it is pretty light to lift.
You have more than enough space to run up to 12 mph on the T9 with its 22” x 60” running deck. The T9 also inclines up to 15%, but does not decline. The deck is moderately cushioned with three zones of cushioning. It is softer toward the front and firmer to the back, giving you a soft landing zone and firm push-off zone.
No subscriptions are required for the Bowflex T9. It optionally connects to apps like JRNY, Peloton, and Zwift. JRNY offers the smoothest integration since the treadmill is designed for this app. JRNY costs $19.99 per month after a 2-month free trial for new members. It has trainer-led and scenic classes.
While there is no touchscreen on the T9, you can set your phone or tablet in the device racks to stream training or entertainment content. The treadmill and speakers are Bluetooth. The speaker volume is loud enough to hear well over motor and foot noise. You can also pair a heart rate monitor with the T9. A free monitor is included, but it also supports connections with most Bluetooth devices, as well as Apple and Samsung Galaxy Watches.
Hydragun has the perfect at-home and portable cold plunge and hot tub solution. The Supertub and its Permafrost chiller support your daily water immersion therapy with temperatures ranging from 37 to 108 degrees Fahrenheit or 3 to 42 degrees Celsius. The chiller keeps the tub within a couple degrees of the targeted temperature very well.
The Supertub is an inflatable tub made of a sturdy material that keeps its shape and offers excellent support. It inflates in just a couple of minutes and comes with a matching inflatable lid. At only 21 lbs, this lightweight tub is easy to transport when deflated in the backpack it comes with.
In addition to the lid, Hydragun also offers a few other strategies for keeping the Supertub water as clean as possible. The chiller has an ozone generator, an 80-mesh strainer, and a 20-micron water filter. A water balancing kit comes with the tub and includes pH-balancing chemicals as well as spa sanitizer and oxidizer.
You won’t get overwhelmed with this tub because Hydragun has helpful video instructions that make set up, take down, and maintenance of your tub easy. If you want to obtain the benefits of cold water or hot water immersion therapy daily, this tub it a great and hassle-free way to do so.

The bike has a 250 lb weight capacity, 22 levels of magnetic resistance, and a 24 lb flywheel. These are nice specs for a bike in this price range with high-tech features.
Some pros of the bike are its reasonable price, access to iFIT outdoor classes, and entertainment apps. Some cons are the dumbbell rack, uncomfortable saddle, and low weight capacity.

The DeerRun A1 Pro Treadmill is a compact, budget-friendly treadmill that is perfect for walkers and runners who aren’t doing too much mileage. It makes a great beginner treadmill to kick off your fitness journey.
It has a 3.0 HP motor, a maximum speed of 10 mph, and a manual incline of 6%. The motor noise is similar to a dishwasher in how loud it is at its maximum speed.
The treadmill is easy to store, but the folding mechanism is more complicated than we like. It requires an Allen wrench to fold and unfold, which may be tedious for many users. However, it can fold upright or flat.
It comes with a PitPat app that allows users to track their workouts and compete in races and events. It has free and premium versions. PitPat premium costs $9 per month and is not required to use the treadmill.
Overall, the DeerRun A1 Pro Treadmill is a great option for people who are looking for an affordable and portable treadmill.

The NordicTrack S24 Studio Bike is a high-quality exercise bike with a 24" touchscreen and 24 resistance levels. It's smooth, quiet, and challenging. It also costs $500 less than its counterpart, the NordicTrack X24, because it lacks the incline feature.
One of the bike's greatest strengths is its integration with the iFIT platform, which provides guided workouts, personalized recommendations, and automatic resistance adjustments. You can also train with the entertainment apps Netflix, Prime Video, Spotify, Pluto TV, Amazon Music, Audible, and iHeartRadio.
However, iFIT is a subscription service, and the bike's features are limited without it. You can still use the S24 without iFIT, but you are limited to the manual mode only if you do not create even a free iFIT account. With a free account and a Wi-Fi connection, you can also access a few featured iFIT classes and onboard programs.
Overall, the NordicTrack S24 is a great option for those who want a premium studio cycle and are willing to subscribe to iFIT.

The Bells of Steel Wooden Manual treadmill steps away from the standard curved manual treadmill design. It eschews steel for wood on much of its frame and uses a shorter deck. This design allows it to fit and blend into your home more easily. However, it does not support running as well as other manual treadmills do.
This treadmill is curved and has no speed limit. Yet, the deck is 47” long, which is comparable to many of the under-desk treadmills we test. I was able to go for a run on this treadmill, but I recommend that most exercisers do not run fast or sprint. The heavy slat belt provides plenty of resistance, making the treadmill challenging. It’s a tough workout.
You can add a weight vest to up the intensity even more. The weight capacity is 396 lbs. It weighs 209 lbs but is not too difficult to move thanks to its two front transport wheels.
A simple battery-powered console allows runner and walkers to track their metrics. The console will automatically turn on when the treadmill belt turns. You don’t have to plug it in, so no need to be near an outlet.

The ProForm Carbon Pro 9000 is the brand's top running treadmill with a powerful 3.6 CHP motor, 20" x 60" running deck, and great performance features. The maximum speed is 12 mph, and the incline goes to 12%. There is no decline option.
A folding frame makes the ProForm Carbon Pro 9000 reasonably compact. It is 73.2" long x 34.6" wide x 60.7" tall. When folded, its footprint reduces by about 40%, leaving the treadmill 7" taller and only 44" in length. It has transport wheels, so it can be moved around relatively easily despite its nearly 200-lb weight.
iFIT provides all of the onscreen content for a $39 per month subscription. You can create up to five profiles and use one account on all of your compatible equipment and devices. The iFIT library includes thousands of training classes from over 100 trainers and coaches. Most content is filmed outside, allowing you to explore beautiful locations all over the world right from your treadmill deck.
Smart features like ActivePulse and SmartAdjust improve the iFIT training experience by making it more personalized to your fitness level. You can even enable the AI coach to provide ongoing training advice and class recommendations. We also really enjoy watching Netflix or listening to Spotify while walking and running on the Carbon Pro 9000 Treadmill.

It's the perfect way to break bad habits that distract you from your fitness goals. Even without a subscription, the Fit Bike is still usable with the manual training screen, adjustable resistance, and FTMS connectivity to apps like Zwift.
Equipped with unique features, the Fit Bike stands out from competitors. It has 16 levels of electromagnetic resistance that adjust in an instant and function with fewer moving parts than traditional magnetic resistance. The bike uses a chain drive to give you that slightly grittier feeling you can find on a road bike or bike trainer.
The Fit Bike comes complete with all the essential features, but upgrade packages are available. We enjoyed the upgraded cloud seat on our Aviron because it is plush and very beginner-friendly. If you prefer to train with cycling shoes, SPD pedals are an optional upgrade.

Running on a treadmill and outside are very similar, though sometimes runners subconsciously choose a shorter stride when training on a treadmill. Runners also adapt their strides to the differences in cushioning between outdoor running surfaces and the treadmill deck. But even if you don't need to change your running form for the treadmill, should you change it overall?
If you are running well and without injury, you probably shouldn't change your running form. Your body is well-adapted to your foot strike and form, so changing it could cause problems. For runners who are plagued by injuries, simple form fixes could help.
Instead of rushing to change your foot strike from your heel to your mid or forefoot, make sure you have good shoes and supplement your running with a strength and mobility routine. Other fixes include increasing your running cadence, adopting a forward lean from the ankles, and landing softly.

The NordicTrack X16 elliptical is a free stride trainer that uses a central drive and magnetic resistance. There are two flywheels, one on either side of the pedals, allowing the pedals to move more freely. The stride can change instantly from 1” to 32”. It suits a wide range of statures as a result.
With 26 magnetic resistance levels, the X16 is both quiet and powerful. The resistance is also aided by the impressive -10% to 10% incline range, which makes training on the elliptical more immersive.
Combine the NordicTrack X16 Elliptical with an iFIT membership for even more fun. iFIT provides thousands of trainer-led classes that explore routes all over the world with the guidance of an iFIT coach. The X16 elliptical can follow elliptical-specific classes as well as iFIT’s extensive library of treadmill classes. The incline and resistance adjust automatically during the class.
If you want more entertainment, an iFIT membership also includes access to various streaming apps. The X16 has Netflix, Prime Video, Spotify, PlutoTV, iHeartRadio, Amazon Music, and Audible. It even has a Google Maps integration that allows you to create a virtual route that adjusts to the incline as you move along your selected path.
The NordicTrack X16 is usable without iFIT, but its smart features are best when unlocked with a membership.

The NordicTrack T Series 10 Treadmill is one of the most affordable treadmills from NordicTrack but includes most of the features found on higher-end models. As an iFIT treadmill, the T Series 10 is best when paired with an active subscription.
The console has a 10” touchscreen that tilts up and down for better viewing. It’s large enough to see iFIT and interact with the controls. With an iFIT membership, you can take trainer-led classes or log in to your Netflix account. Other apps are also available.
Runners and walkers can enjoy this treadmill thanks to its spacious 20” x 60” deck and 3.0 HP motor. Both meet our standard for running. You can run up to 12 mph and incline the treadmill up to 12%. The deck is also well-cushioned, providing a soft underfoot experience.
The folding frame makes it easy to store this treadmill after you are done using it. It can also be rolled around on its transport wheels. When unfolded, the frame feels sturdy and supportive.
The NordicTrack X24 Exercise Bike is a premium studio cycle with magnetic resistance and incline/decline capabilities. It pairs with iFIT, a subscription-based training platform, to offer thousands of training classes for the bike, other NordicTrack equipment, and resistance and mobility training. Experience the world through iFIT and the 24” touchscreen, which rotates and tilts for a premium viewing experience.
Access more than trainer-led classes on the X24. Now, iFIT includes Netflix, Prime Video, Spotify, and more when you subscribe. My favorite way to train is while streaming the current binge-worthy shows. The resistance and incline automatically adjust, ensuring that I get a good workout. Better yet, the adjustments are personalized with SmartAdjust.
The NordicTrack X24 Studio Cycle comes with two 3-lb dumbbells. It has Bluetooth audio and heart rate monitor connectivity. There’s also a fan that cools you off as you train. It has everything you need for a quality workout.
Cyclists between 5’ and 6’6” should feel comfortable on the NordicTrack X24 Bike. The saddle adjusts both vertically and horizontally and is comfortable. The handlebars adjust up and down a modest range, delivering a more sport-like geometry. Plenty of grip options and a sweat-resistance coating keep the handlebars comfortable, too.
Climb hills and breeze downhill with the NordicTrack X24 Bike.

The NordicTrack RW900 Rowing Machine is a quiet magnetic rower with 26 resistance levels. It stands out from the crowd with its diverse training platform, called iFIT, and its minimal noise production.
iFIT equips the RW900 with hundreds of rowing classes led by a trainer in a studio and outdoors on the water. Though the instructor provides cues for resistance and stroke rate, the SmartAdjust feature makes things even easier by automatically adjusting the resistance level. iFIT also learns your ability over time by accounting for any manual onscreen adjustments you make to the resistance and tailoring the current and future workouts accordingly.
With an iFIT membership, you can now access several entertainment streaming apps. These include Netflix, Spotify, Audible, iHeartRadio, Amazon Prime Video, Amazon Music, and PlutoTV. I love taking an iFIT class with automatic resistance enabled while watching Netflix.
The DeerRun Walking Pad is a compact and portable under-desk treadmill. It stores upright to fit in small spaces or you can store it under furniture because it is less than 5 inches tall.
The walking surface is only 15.4” x 39.4”, which is just barely enough room for the 3.8 mph maximum speed. If you have a long stride, you may not be the most comfortable on this treadmill. We prefer it for slower speeds (up to 2 mph) so we can walk while working at our standing desks.
While it comes with a remote control, the DeerRun Walking Pad also pairs with the PitPat app. This app can replace the remote control and has fun games you can play if you would like.
The DeerRun Walking Pad comes in a few different colors. It is also called the DeerRun Q1 Classic Pro.

Bob and Brad and Therabody are very different massage gun brands. Therabody’s Theraguns are premium “brand-name” massage guns, and Bob and Brad is an affordable Amazon brand.
The Theragun Relief is an entry-level massage gun from Therabody, while the Bob and Brad D5 Pro is one of their higher-end and more powerful massage guns.
These massage guns have a lot in common, but our pick is the Bob and Brad D5 Pro. It is more powerful, offers more speed settings, comes with a carrying case, and includes more attachments.
The Theragun Relief is very quiet and better for beginners, but the D5 Pro is ideal for most people looking for a high-quality and well-priced massage gun.

The Horizon 7.0 AT has received a smaller update in this version. It’s still the same compact, affordable treadmill for running that we know and love, but now it connects to Apple and Galaxy Watches!
Apple Gymkit is built into the console to connect to your compatible watch easily. Plus, the 7.0 comes with a heart rate monitor chest strap and is compatible with other smartwatches like Garmin.
The 7.0 AT is a simple treadmill with an LCD screen, but it connects to third-party apps like Zwift and the Peloton app for content options through your device.
You can, of course, just hop on and run without connecting to anything. The Horizon 7.0 has a 3.0 HP motor for moderate running and a well-cushioned, foldable deck. It is quiet, easy to use, and one of our top recommendations, so you should consider it if you’re looking for a compact and well-priced treadmill for running.

The NordicTrack 2450 won all the acclaim this year with its powerful 4.25 CHP motor, 14 mph maximum speed, and ultra-fast speed and incline adjustments. The 24” touchscreen display is responsive and high-quality, delivering premium iFIT training classes to subscribers. We couldn’t overlook the soft cushioning on the spacious 22” x 60” running deck.
For treadmill shoppers who don’t want a subscription, the Sole F80 is our pick. It has a 10” touchscreen display with third-party apps from Netflix, Hulu, and more. No subscription is required! The F80 is perfect for walking or running, thanks to its 3.5 HP motor, covered by a lifetime warranty. There’s also a lifetime warranty on its sturdy folding frame.
The NordicTrack 1750 is a more affordable alternative to the 2450. It has a 16” touchscreen display, the same soft cushioning as the 2450, and a slightly slower max speed at 12 mph. The incline range is -3 to 12%, which automatically adjusts in sync with iFIT’s trainer-led classes.
The Horizon 7.0 AT is the best treadmill under $1000. Suitable for walking and running, this folding treadmill has the motor responsiveness necessary for HIIT workouts and the soft cushioning you need for recovery days. It requires no subscription and has two tablet racks.
Sole earned another spot on our list with the more powerful F85. This treadmill has a 15.6” touchscreen display for even better viewing of Netflix, Max, YouTube, and even training apps, like Kinomap. The firm cushioning makes it the perfect indoor training option for marathoners preparing for an upcoming race. The 375-lb weight capacity earned it the award for the best treadmill for heavy runners.

The Urevo 2-in-1 Treadmill is a dual-purpose treadmill. It folds flat to work as an under-desk treadmill or walking pad and folds up for fitness walking and light running. The maximum speed adjusts from 4 mph when folded to 6.2 mph when unfolded.
Walkers and new runners will appreciate the Urevo 2-in-1’s onboard training programs and Bluetooth connectivity. We enjoy pairing this treadmill with apps like Zwift and Peloton for structured workouts.
The compact size of the Urevo 2-in-1 makes it a good choice for exercisers with small spaces. However, the 15” x 40.1” deck may be limited for many users. A short and narrow step is required to train on this treadmill.
At 55 lbs, this treadmill is light and easy to transport on its wheels. It can support a maximum user weight of 265 lbs. The frame is steel and sturdier than many other treadmills we tested at this low price point.
When walking at your desk with the Urevo 2-in-1, you can control the treadmill speed and other settings with the magnetic remote control. The console folds out and has buttons for controlling the treadmill when it is in fitness mode.
While the Urevo 2-in-1 has limitations due to its size, it is a good choice for walkers and runners on a strict budget or with tiny spaces.
The Echelon Stride-6s is a compact treadmill for running. Its design takes up less floor space than comparable models, and it folds flat, which is a feature we don’t see on very many treadmills.
A big aspect of this treadmill is the subscription training content. It is required to buy the Stride-6s. You can cancel after the first month, but having trainer-led studio workouts, racing against other members in different virtual worlds, and streaming from several third-party apps makes the touchscreen entertaining to use.
The subscription is being beta-tested, so we anticipate more updates. Hopefully, some features will be streamlined, too.
If you’re looking for a treadmill to use on an upper-level floor or need something compact and storable that offers subscription training content, check out the Echelon Stride-6s.
The Peloton Tread and NordicTrack 2450 are two of the most popular premium home treadmills on the market. They both have streamlined designs, touchscreens with subscription training content, and are made for running.
The Peloton Tread has slightly smaller dimensions, but the NordicTrack 2450 folds up to save more space when you’re not using it. The 2450 is also a little easier to move, but it is a good idea to have a designated space for either treadmill in your home.
As far as noise, they both sound about the same, but the NordicTrack has a larger motor with a higher max speed, and it inclines and declines. The Peloton only inclines.
For the membership content, Peloton excels in studio indoor trainer-led workouts, and iFIT stands out with outdoor guided workouts.
Both treadmills are great representations of what each brand offers, but our overall pick is the NordicTrack 2450. The treadmill as a whole has more training features and makes for a better experience with iFIT. If you love Peloton, you can’t go wrong with the Tread, but for the overall value, features, construction, and subscription training content, we prefer the 2450.

The ProForm Carbon Pro 2000 is a midrange treadmill that replaces the ProForm Pro 2000 with a new name and slightly different design.
We consider the Carbon Pro 2000 a compact treadmill for running. The deck is an ideal 20” by 60” size,m and folds up, making it a good option if you need something more compact. It also has a 3.0 CHP motor to power your running workouts.
A significant aspect of the Pro 2000 is iFIT. iFIT is on the 10” touchscreen to offer thousands of trainer-led workouts, automatic adjustability, and streaming apps like Netflix.
The screen doesn’t tilt back, and the incline is a little low to adjust, but these are minor qualms for a well-priced treadmill that streams iFIT.

NordicTrack has a new top treadmill: the NordicTrack X24. Its high 40% incline and -3% decline make this treadmill stand out, but its other features, like the high-powered motor, well-made construction, and pivoting 24” touchscreen with iFIT, make it even more impressive and fun to use.
The X24 is a splurge, but worth its price. You won’t find another treadmill that can do what this one can. FIT has been improved to include streaming apps, and we highly recommend subscribing to get the full training experience the X24 offers. The deck is also soft to make running and inclining comfortable. The X24 is heavy and hard to move, but this is the ultimate treadmill for home use if you have the space and budget.
Is this the best version of the NordicTrack Commercial 1750 Treadmill yet? We think so! It has an impressively powerful and quiet 4.25 CHP motor that’s quick to adjust. The deck is large and so comfortably cushioned that I find I spend more time running on it than originally planned.
iFIT also now has streaming apps like Netflix and Spotify, in addition to thousands of outdoor trainer-led workouts.
For years, the NordicTrack 1750 has been one of our top recommendations for most people because it is a high-quality folding treadmill. If you want a soft-cushioned interactive treadmill that handles heavy training, we can’t recommend the 1750 enough.
#NordicTrack #treadmill #treadmillreview2023 vs 2025 NordicTrack 2450: Top Features You Didn’t ExpectTreadmillReviewGuru2024-10-18 | NordicTrack 2450 Treadmill: treviewguru.com/NT2450
While the differences between the new 2025 model of the NordicTrack 2450 and the previous 2023 version aren’t overly apparent at first glance, much has been changed.
The new version is an upgrade overall because of the higher-powered and quicker-to-adjust motor, faster 14 mph max speed, larger and heavier deck, and slimmer touchscreen.
iFIT has also undergone many updates to include streaming apps like Netflix and Spotify and create your own workouts, in addition to the expansive library of trainer-led workouts.
The NordicTrack 2450 has been a top-recommended treadmill for years, but this new version is our favorite.
The new updates to the NordicTrack 2450 have us impressed. The larger deck and motor make this already powerful treadmill even more so. It’s designed to handle a lot of running, plus the 14 mph max speed is intense for fast speeds.
The motor also adjusts so quickly that the 2450 is currently the fastest treadmill to adjust from 1 mph to 12 mph we’ve tested. This treadmill is also one of the softest we’ve tested. The deck cushioning makes running comfortable, especially if you get joint sensitivity.
To get the full experience, we recommend subscribing to iFIT. That 24-inch pivoting touchscreen holds most of the treadmill’s functionality. You won’t want to miss out on features like SmartAdjust and ActivePulse, thousands of outdoor trainer-led workouts, and streaming apps like Netflix and Spotify.
Running is fun and comfortable on the 2450. If you’re looking for a top-rated treadmill, this one is it.
The Aviron Strong Go Rower is a budget-friendly alternative to the Strong Rower from Aviron. The big difference between the two is the lack of touchscreen. If you’re familiar with Aviron’s gamified workouts, you can access them in the Aviron app to use with the Strong Go.
At the time of filming this review, the Aviron app is only available for Apple devices. It should be available to Androids in the future. One thing to keep in mind is that the Strong Go doesn’t have a display to show your metrics or the rower’s resistance level. Even if you don’t want to subscribe to the Aviron app, you’ll need to use a free account on your device to track your metrics and see which resistance level the rower is adjusted to.
The Strong Go is fun to use with the Aviron app, and it’s a very stable and comfortable rower. It has a large, wide seat, comfortably padded, round handle, and vertically and laterally adjustable foot stretchers. You can adjust the width of your feet on the rower to be comfortable for your body. We hope more rowers will implement this design.
The seat is also tall, and the rail is low, so if you have physical limitations that inhibit you from sitting low to the floor, Aviron rowers are an excellent option.
The Strong Go is a hybrid rower that uses air and magnetic resistance. It’s much quieter than air rowers like the Concept2. It also provides more resistance than many magnetic rowers.
Overall, if you’re looking for a rower to use with your device that’s comfortable, easy to store upright, and fun to use, we can’t recommend the Aviron Strong Go enough.

The WalkingPad X25 is currently the largest treadmill in WalkingPad’s compact, foldable treadmills lineup. It is made for jogging and running, yet it folds up twice to store in a closet or even under a tall bed. It only weighs 104 lbs and can handle up to 300 lbs, so it’s appropriate for most people.
The X25 isn’t made for distance running, but it’s a good option for walking and running for shorter distances. If you live in an apartment or need a treadmill for an upper-level floor, this WalkingPad is a good option.
It’s simple to use but can be connected to the KS Fit app for more features and metrics tracking. The X25 isn’t the most budget-friendly, but considering its size and storing ability, it’s worth its price.
We’re pleased with the quality and accessibility this treadmill offers those who don’t have enough room for a larger treadmill.

Our team rounded up a bunch of Amazon walking pads under $300 to find which ones were worth the money. We looked for quiet motors, smooth performance, and easy transport. For less than $300, you can have an under-desk treadmill or 2-in-1 treadmill with onboard training, manual incline, or third-party app connectivity.
The Urevo brand was a highlight for us. The Urevo Walking Pad was the best cheap Amazon walking pad, and the Urevo 2-in-1 treadmill was the best 2-in-1 option. They were very quiet and had smooth performances. We especially liked how the Urevo 2-in-1 connected to the Zwift app for even more training options.
The DeerRun Walking Pad is another quiet treadmill with an outstanding performance for its price range. It connects to PitPat, a gamified training app, and comes in multiple colors, too.
We tested out two incline walking pads. The Maksone has a permanent incline and a chic wooden frame. The Funray has a manual incline and costs less than $200. Both are great for walkers on a budget who want an extra challenge.
If you want to speed things up, 2-in-1 treadmills like the Redliro and Sperax are great for adding jogging intervals to your training. They have consoles that fold up and down for under-desk use or fitness training.
The Sunny Walking Pad is super compact and has a safety key in case you step off the treadmill. It is very quiet and straightforward to use.
Finally, our budget-stretch pick was the WalkingPad C2. This folding treadmill is perfect for small spaces and has an automatic and manual walking mode. Connect with the KS Fit app to control the treadmill from your phone, or use the included remote.
These Amazon walking pads are very affordable and have a variety of handy features. Use them at home or in the office.
The Xebex Trekker 4000 is a unique, challenging, and versatile treadmill. It’s a sled treadmill for sled pushing, walking, and jogging. You can do all of this forward and backward.
The Trekker is a manual treadmill. It doesn’t have a motor; you control the pace of the belt yourself. There are 10 levels of resistance and 2 levels of incline, which makes moving the belt and using the treadmill, challenging.
The Xebex Trekker has a solid and sturdy design. It’s compact and foldable, so it’s good for most homes. It’s also quiet. Since there isn’t a motor, you don’t hear the rumbling from one. The only noise is your foot noise and the sound of the belt moving against the resistance.
The Trekker 4000 doesn’t require being plugged in. The console is simple with onboard workout options and good metrics tracking.
Overall, we’re impressed with this sled treadmill. It’s a cardio machine for both cardio junkies and garage gym lovers alike!
The Sole F89 and Sole F85 are similar treadmills. The F89 is the higher-end and more expensive option. It has a larger touch screen and a little bit of a heartier build thanks to the anodized aluminum frame.
The F85 is the better option for most people because of its price and overall value for what you’re paying.
The Sole F89 is the treadmill to choose if you want the best of the best. It has the largest touch screen of any equipment from Sole.
Both of these treadmills are excellent options for home use. They have stable, folding designs and incline and decline capabilities. Along with touch screens, both treadmills include We recommend both, however, we prefer the F85 for the overall value.

We now have the Sole F89, so as promised, here is my full review of it. Overall, this treadmill is what we expect from Sole. It’s stable, quiet, durable, and well-constructed. As far as construction, the F89 has excellent build quality, like other Sole treadmills we love, it’s just a bit sleeker and heavier-duty.
It’s also a premium treadmill that’s priced as such. It’s a little bit of a splurge (check the link above to see the current price), but it’s worth it if you want a high-quality treadmill with premium features and a large screen with included training content.
I really appreciate that Sole has included trainer-led workout videos, onboard workout programs, and 12 preloaded streaming apps like Netflix, available for free with the F89. Screen-mirroring content from your phone, like the Sole+ App for more workouts, is available too.
Aside from the streaming content on the 21.5” touch screen, the Sole F89 has a large, solid deck that supports all strides and abilities. It also folds up when you’re done. The motor is a 4.0 HP motor that’s designed for heavy use.
If you’re looking for a premium treadmill with plenty of training and content features, I would consider the Sole F89.
