FF6 Terra dark gothic Industrial Remix Soup and Thunder 2025-08-28 | Final Fantasy 6 Terra's theme is one of the songs I consider to be something of a rite of passage to remix, given how widely it's covered at OCRemix and in general, and rightly so as it's a beautiful song. Tackling this classic required some thinking on how to try and make something a little unique in the vast array of styles and genres I've heard this track done. Going for something experimental, I tried a sort of dark industrial arrangement inspired by various sources, like Darktide's ost (fantastic music there). Thematically this song draws from Terra's enslavement to serve as a mere machine, a weapon without a soul.
